Abstract

AbstractThis research generally aims to clarify and solve learning obstacle in the problem solving of System of Linear Equations In Three Variables in the tenth grade of MA Al-Mustaqim Kubu Raya. To minimize the learning obstacles, the didactic design was arranged. The form of this research was didactic design research with a qualitative approach. This study was conducted by giving the pre-test questions of problem solving to 27 students, then selecting four students to be the research subjects randomly. After analyzing the results of the pre-test, students experienced learning obstacles in understanding the problem, arranged a solution plan, implementing a settlement plan, and recheck the results obtained. After that, the researcher arranged the didactic design in the form of learning scenarios and the student worksheets. The didactic design that has been prepared is tested on research subjects. After that, the researcher gave the post-test questions. The post-test results showed that the obstacles that experienced by the four research subject reduced  Keywords: Didactical Design, Learning obstacles, Problem Solving

Abstract

AbstractThe ability of teachers to use appropriate learning models in their classes is essential to improve student’s achievements. The purpose of this research was to determine the difference in study result and the influence of the learning model scramble to the study procces of students of Class X SMK SMTI Pontianak. This research design was quasi-experimental research with nonequivalent control group design. Engineering sample selection was done by cluster random sampling technique. The tools of data collection used on this research were test items, observation and interview sheet. The result showed that there was difference significantly in study result between the two classes, learners who were taught using conventional learning model and learners who were taught using scramble learning model. Based on the calculation of effect size, scramble learning model in nomenclature binary compounds material gave a value of 1, 2023 which had a high influence on the study of students of class X SMK SMTI Pontianak.Keywords: Difference in Study Result, Learning Model Scramble, Nomenclature Binary Compounds

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study refers to the implementation of learning to pass volleyball schedule for two meetings in one semester is still not enough to increase volleyball passing on students. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of game modification on the results of learning to pass ball volleyball. The methods used in this study is an experimental research form Pre-experimental Design, One-group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects in this study were 32 students of Class VIII B of SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya. Data analysis with t-test. From the results of statistical calculations it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of game modification on the learning outcomes of passing over volleyball as evidenced from the value of the t-count 9.50 > t-table 1,965 with a significant level of 0.05. While the effect is 18.5%.  Keywords: Game Modification, Learning Outcomes, Top Passing.

Abstract

AbstractThis research have the purpose to determine skill differentiation of science process, before and after studying guided inquiry learning model at salt hydrolysis material. This research also have the purpose to know the impact of science process skill of the  XI MIPA SMAS Santo Fransiskus Asisi Pontianak students. This research used pre-experimental design method with design One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Data collecting  were executed by measuring technique, direct observation, and direct communication. Wilcoxon result  showed that there are differentiation between science process skill of the students before and after the application of guided inquiry learning model. By using effect size Glass,  the calculation result showed that there are the influence of science process skill of the students before and after the application of guided inquiry learning model about 80,98%.  Keywords: Guided Inquiry, Science Process Skill, and Salt  Hydrolysis.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research was to find out how much influence the discipline of learning has toward student learning outcomes on economic subjects in  XI IIS 2 class at SMA Santun Untan. The method used in this research is descriptive percentage method with the form of research used is ex post-facto research. This research had all of the 29 students of XI IIS 2 class at SMA Santun Untan  as its population . In collecting the data, the researcher used indirect communication and documentary study technique. The tools of data collection used were questionnaire and docummentation. The technique of data analysis was descriptive and simple regression analysis. Based on the result from the t test that had been done,t value > t table (2,374>2,048) therefore, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted which meant there was a significant positive effect between  the discipline of learning has toward student learning outcomes on economic subjects in  XI IIS 2 class at SMA Santun Untan . The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) amounted to 0.173 which meant the contribution of the effect between the discipline of learning  and student learning outcomes had 17,3%  meanwhile the rest was 82,7% which was affected by another factor that was not included in this research Keyword :Discipline of Learning, Student Learing Outcomes

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to analyze the development of lesson plans based on PBL model to improve student learning independence in mathematics subjects in grade IV of SDN 27 Pontianak Tenggara. The method used in this research is research and development that was developed with the ADDIE model. Data collection techniques used are direct observation techniques and indirect communication by questionnaire and observation. Based on the calculation of the average percentage of the learning independence questionnaire that obtained the results of the first and second questionnaires there was an increase of 0.54%, from the second and third questionnaires there was an increase of 0.1% while the third and fourth questionnaires increased by 3%. If seen from the student activity sheet from the results of Lesson Plan 1 revision 1 and Lesson Plan 2 revision 1 decreased 1.49%, while Lesson Plan 2 revision 1 and Lesson Plan 1 revision 2 an increase of 3.6%, and Lesson Plan 1 revision 2 and Lesson Plan 2 revision 2 an increase of 1.61%. This proves that the development of lesson plans based on PBL models can improve student learning independence in mathematics subject in grade IV of SDN 27  Pontianak Tenggara. Keywords: Development, Learning Independence, Problem Based Leaning

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is how planning, implementation and assessment in implementing a scientific approach through integrated thematic learning that aims to make students more interested in finding and building their own meaningful and enjoyable knowledge through the implementation of scientific approaches at Singkawang 1 Public Elementary School and 23 Public Elementary Schools Singkawang. This research was conducted in Singkawang 1 Public Elementary School and Singkawang 23 Public Elementary School. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study were classroom teachers and fourth grade students at Singkawang 1 Public Elementary School and Singkawang Elementary School 23. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection tools are interview sheets, observation sheets, and documentation. Data analysis using steps: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Techniques for checking the validity of data using triangulation. The results of the study show that grade IV teachers have carried out learning with a scientific approach in integrated thematic learning. The scientific approach implemented includes; observe, ask, try, reason, and communicate. With the scientific approach to integrated thematic learning, students become more active in learning, especially being confident and brave to ask questions, reason and express ideas or opinions, so that they gain knowledge based on direct experience. Abstract

AbstractThe arm of this research was to improved verbal language skills though conversational method in 4-5 years old children at TK Bina Insan, Southeastern Pontianak. The research method is used a descriptive method with classroom action research consisted of implementation, observation and reflection. Data collected through observation, interview and documentation. Based on the result of data anlysis, in general it can be concluded that verbal language skills through conversational methods in grup A 4-5 years old children at TK Bina Insan, Southeastern Pontianak. In particular it can be concluded that; (1). The planned of learning to improved verbal language skills though conversational method of conversed is catagorized very well; (2). The implementation of learning to improved verbal language skills through conversational method of conversed is catagorized very well, that means the implementation of verbal language skills learning has been carried out in accordance with the made plans of learning; (3). The results of increased learning of verbal language skills through the method is good, because every aspect of children?s verbal language skills has increased with very high catagories. Keyword : Verbal Communication, Converse

Abstract

AbstractSynonyms are words that has the same meaning. “tongyang” and “yiyang” are meant synonyms. These two words are often used in daily life. Judging from the meaning of the meaning of the word and its use, there are similarities and difference between these two words. Therefore, students often do errors in using these two words. In order to understand the mastery condition of Mandarin Education Study Program FKIP UNTAN 2017 students toward mastery of the synonym words “tongyang” and “yiyang”, the writer used a test method to examine students understanding and difficulties of the synonym “tongyang” and “yiyang”. The results of the study stated that the mastery of students in the synonym “yiyang” was better than “tongyang”. The percentage of correct answers for the word “tongyang” is 64% and the percentage of correct answers for the word “yiyang” is 82%. In the analysis of the types of difficulties, the writer realized that students lack mastery in the use of the word “tongyang” with the beginning sentence and the use of the word “yiyang” can indicate as a predicate. Keywords: Synonym Word, Tongyang and yiyang, Condition of Mastery

Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this research is to determine the application of the BCCT learning model at TKIT Al-Mumtaz Pontianak. The research method was a desctriptive with a form of qualitative research. The subject of this research were 5 teachers. The data were collected by using observation, interviews and documentation, with  tool of data collection in the form of observation guidance, interview guides and documentation. Meanwhile, analysis of the data using reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the finding and discussion, it generally concluded that planning, implementing and evaluating the BCCT learning model has been implemented quite well. From the conclusion above, it can be specifically as follows: (1) the teacher trains child’s mentality to dare to communicate in role play. (2) the teacher develops the child’s ability to explore natural materials that they rarely find at home. (3) the teacher develops the basic development of them such as, recognize letters, numbers, read and write therefor they are ready for the next level. (4) the teacher makes activities by playing blocks so the children have the ability to solve the problem. (5) the teacher teachs religion, children are trained to carry out god’s order.Keywords: Description, Motivation in Learning
