Abstract

Vocabulary is a very important role in Chinese. Mastering vocabularycan improve students' listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.In order to create a good learning process, teachers can use interestingteaching methods to support students' learning interests, especiallysuitable vocabulary teaching methods should be selected, for example:total physical response method. total body response method is aforeign language teaching method, which teaches language throughthe coordination of language and movement. In order to understandwhether the use of total physical response method can effectivelyimprove students' understanding of Chinese words, the authorconducted a study on the second grade students of LKIA MiddleSchool. Based on the results showed that the students' ability tounderstand Chinese words improved after using total physicalresponse method. The average score of the students in the pre-test was66%, and the average score in the post-test was 86%, indicating thatthe students understanding of Chinese words had improved by 23%.Therefore, using the total physical response method can improve thestudents' understanding of Chinese words on the second grade studentsof LKIA Middle School.

Abstract

The problem in this research is where the Vo2max of the GarudaBatu Ampar Volleyball Club Athlete which has never been used as source of research in order to improve physical, technical and tactical as well as mental, one of the things that researchers do is to determine the classification of physical abilities, especially Vo2 Max. Volleyball athletes are an important part of an activity to exercise, so the purpose of this study is to determine the Vo2 Max level of athletes who participate in volleyball sports coaching activities, the research method used is a survey method with a percentage level and uses a sample of 12 players, with the results of the study there are criteria at level 7 there are 3 people. Level 8 has 3 people. Level 6 has 3 people. Level 5 has 1 person and level 4 has 2 people. The table above shows that the number in the study is 12.28, with an average value of 10.23, standard deviation of 11.7022, variance value of 57.76, maximum value of 50, and minimum value of 4.24. The need for physical exercise, especially endurance in order to be able to contribute during the match, the need for exercises that are able to create vo2 max abilities that will improve fitness.

Abstract

AbstractAt an early age, children's language development is included in the expressive language phase. Children use expressive language because they are already able to express their thoughts, opinions and feelings through spoken language. This expressive language will make it easier for children to communicate and adjust to their environment. This research aims to find out the influence of Traditional Cang Cericit Games on Early Childhood Expressive Language Skills in Kemala Bhayangkari Kindergarten 13 Pontianak Kota. The research method used is quantitative with the Pre Experimental Designs approach with the form of One Group Pretest-Posttest Designs. The source of this research is all B4 graders at Kemala Bhayangkari Kindergarten 13 Pontianak Kota. The research instruction is using observation sheets and chek lists. This research data collection technique is observation and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing, the study showed that there was an influence of traditional Cang Cericit games on children's expressive language skills in class B4. This is evidenced by the results of SPSS calculations with the wilcoxon signed ranks test formula, obtained z value of -2,521 and Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.012, because a significant value (0.012) < the value of α (0.05), so ????0 it is rejected and ???????? accepted. So it can be said that the influence of tradiisonal game Cang Cericit on the expressive language skills of early childhood in Kemala Bhayangkari Kindergarten 13 Pontianak Kota.Keywords: Early Childhood, Expressive Language, Traditional Games

Abstract

This study get intention to increase children's creativity by science learning assignment on 5-6 years at TK Negeri Pembina in Singkawang City. This study is action research arrange in two cycles. Subjects in this study is 5-6 year old at TK Negeri Pembina in Singkawang City with a total of 17 children. The research data is increasing children's creativity through science learning activities that are collected using observation and documentation methods with means in the form of checklists and archives or documentation. The data has been gathered was explanation with a comparativedescriptive analysis method. is it know that there is an increment in children's creativity by science learning activities on 5-6 years child at the TK Negeri Pembina Singkawang City. Because the average child at the beginning of the meeting still reaches the developing stage, and at the next meeting the child reaches the developing stage as expected. The results and conclusions of the discussion state that through science learning activities can increase inspiration children on 5-6 years in the TK Negeri Pembina Singkawang City

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to described the implementation of the recipients of the Family Hope Program (Program Keluarga Harapan) through the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) for Underprivileged Family Students in Nanga Kalis Village and analysed the Implementation Constraints of the Recipients of the Expected Family Program through the Smart Indonesia Card for Underprivileged Families Students in Nanga Kalis Village. This research was used qualitative descriptive method. The data collection process was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Then, the stages of data analysis in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification/drawing conclusions. The sample of this research was taken from the beneficiaries were 3 families, 1 village secretary and 1 assistant. The results obtained in the field are as follows: 1) The implementation of the Family Hope Program Recipients through the Smart Indonesia Card for Underprivileged Families Students in Nanga Kalis Village, is by selecting students who are viewed from the student's family data as a requirement to obtain KIP. Furthermore, assistance is carried out by one person to direct parents/students in disbursing funds from KIP. 2) Obstacles in implementing the Family Hope Program Recipients through Smart Indonesia Cards for Underprivileged Families Students in Nanga Kalis Village, are delays in disbursing KIP funds which result in student facilities being hampered from being fulfilled.Keywords: Implementation, Family Hope Program, Smart Iindonesia Card

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the moral values contained in the novel Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap by Bene D. Rajagukguk. These moral values can be a lesson for readers. The moral values found are moral values that reflect the relationship between humans and God, humans and themselves, and humans and others. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative research form. This study uses a literary sociology approach. The research data source was obtained from the novel Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap by Bene D. Rajagukguk, with data in the form of words and sentences used as quotations. Data collection techniques used documentary study techniques, with the data collection tools being the researchers themselves and data card. The results of the first study: the moral value of the relationship between humans and God, namely being grateful, praying to God, and believing in God's destiny. Second: the moral values of human relations and oneself, namely responsibility, honesty, confidence, and guilt. Third: the moral values of human and neighbor relations, namely willingness to sacrifice, hope to make parents happy, love, and pride in parents. Fourth: a lesson plan has been prepared using the novel Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap as learning material based on KD 3.9 and 4.9 using an inquiry learning model based on HOTS, TPACK, 4C, and literacy.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the potential for attractions, accessibility, andamenities, the development of Datok Island coastal tourism on the socio-economic conditions of the community, and the appropriate strategy to beapplied. Descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Dataobtained through observation, interviews, documentation and SWOT analysis.The results of the study showed potential attractions, namely white sand, hills,mangrove forests, the Karimata strait sail monument, the Dutch heritage pond.Accessibility is the condition of the road that has been paved. Amenity, namely,there are already built facilities such as gazebos, lodging and others. Theproblem of attractions is that there is no cultural tourism and lack of supportingattractions. There is no map or map of the beach location for accessibility.Amenity lack of facilities. The social economic level of education around thecoast is mostly elementary to junior high. The strategy is to develop otherpotentials such as cultural tourism (customs, handicrafts, arts and others),human potential (local cultural arts dance performances), building adequateinfrastructure facilities (souvenir shops, rides for games, sports venues, foodstalls). traders who are clean and tidy, make maps or plans for the location ofthe Datok island beach, carry out socialization of the development of good andcorrect tourist destinations, form POKDARWIS groups, conduct comparativestudies with more advanced tourist objects, promote maximum tourism objects,and empower all the community around the coast of Datok Island to promotelocal business.Keywords: Strategy, Tourism Destination Development, Social Economic

Abstract

Teachers play an important role in developing children's spiritual quotient. Children who have spiritual quotient are able to respect themselves and others. Teachers play an important role in increasing children's spiritual quotient because teachers deal directly with students in class through the teaching and learning process. This study aims to describe the role of teachers in increasing the spiritual quotient of children aged 4-5 years in PAUD Bina Anak Sholih. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative research form. The subjects in the study were teachers of class A PAUD Bina Anak Sholih Pontianak Selatan. The research location is in PAUD Bina Anak Sholih Pontianak Selatan. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that: 1. The teacher's role as a guide in improving children's spiritual quotient, the teacher always directs, supervises, and guides every activity inside and outside the classroom so that children understand religious values and children are able to apply them themselves, 2. The role of the teacher as a motivator in improving children's spiritual quotient, namely the teacher always encourages children when children are able to answer and participate in activities well, and the teacher gives rewards for what children have done, 3. The role of the teacher as a facilitator in improving children's spiritual quotient, namely the teacher provides and provides facilities to help children improve their spiritual quotient. thus the role that the teacher has implemented to improve the spiritual quotient of children aged 4-5 years in PAUD Bina Anak Sholih Pontianak Selatan has been carried out properly .

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the presentation form of the Jepin Langkah Bujur Serong dance of Pontianak, West Kalimantan, as well as to complete the research data. The focused problem is related to the elements of presentation form of the dance. Qualitative descriptive method was applied in the study, with qualitative form and the use of choreography approach. The data was collected by observation, interview and documentation of the Jepin Langkah Bujur Serong as an entertainment dance. The dance is performed by 4 to 10 dancers of both men and women. It has 3 variation of movement: the beginning, the middle and the end, which are known as ragam 1, ragam 2 and ragam 3. Tahto movement is used in every change of the ragam. The floor patterns of the dance can also be adjusted creatively. Musical instruments played to perform the dance are selodang, gambus, beruas, accordion and violin. Realist makeup and the Malay’s traditional clothes of Pontianak are used in performing this dance.Keyword: Form of presentation of the Jepin Langkah Bujur Serong dance

Abstract

This research is a research on the development of learning media “Digital Flashcard” on the material of Pancasila symbols for class II Elementary School which was carried out due to the lack of use of learning media in the process of teaching and learning activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the design, development process and to see the responses of teachers and students in using digital flashcard learning media on the material of Pancasila symbols. This study uses the Design and Development research method using the ADDIE model development which consists of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies as a complement. The result of this research is to design a digital flashcard in accordance with the material of Pancasila symbols. Produce digital flashcard media products in the form of web and applications that get assessments from material experts in very feasible criteria and from media experts in very feasible criteria. As well as the response from teachers and students as media users who get scores in very decent criteria. Based on the results of the research, digital flashcard material for Pancasila symbols is very feasible and can be used in the learning process.
