Abstract

The title of this study is "Implementation of the Independent Village Program Policy in Empowering the Local Economy at Sekadau Hilir District of Sekadau Regency". The issue addressed in this study stems from the lack of coordination among village authorities, community members, and relevant institutions, which potentially hampered the program's implementation and reduced the effectiveness of its organizational processes. The objective of this study is to describe and analyze the organizational stages, interpretation, and application within the implementation process of the Independent Village Program policy aimed at empowering the local economy in Mungguk Village at Sekadau Hilir District of Sekadau Regency. This research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The findings indicated that the organizational stage has been implemented by the Mungguk Village Government through the establishment of an operational structure, including the Activity Implementation Team (known as Activity Implementation Team/TPK), community groups, and other program partners. The interpretation stage, referring to the understanding of village officials and part of the community regarding the substance of the Independent Village Program, remains varied. A significant portion of the general public had a lack of comprehensive understanding of the program's benefits and mechanisms. The application stage, or the actual implementation of the program, was ongoing. However, the outcomes were not yet evenly distributed. Some community members have begun to experience increased income through small-scale enterprises, yet many others have not directly benefited from the program. The study suggests strengthening all three stages; organization, interpretation, and application, to ensure more effective program implementation and greater impact on community economic empowerment. The success of this program largely depends on the active involvement of all stakeholders, effective coordination, and a shared, clear understanding of its objectives and execution mechanisms.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has significantly influenced the business landscape, including the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector in Tangerang Regency. As key contributors to regional economic growth, MSMEs face the urgent need to adopt digital transformation, particularly in financial management. However, many MSMEs continue to rely on manual or spreadsheet-based systems, which hinder financial transparency, accuracy, and efficiency. This study aims to analyse the implementation of cloud-based accounting information systems (AIS) and their impact on improving MSMEs’ financial transparency in Tangerang Regency. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method, using questionnaires distributed to 100 MSME owners and financial staff who have implemented cloud-based accounting systems. Data were analysed through simple linear regression using SPSS 26 to determine the relationship between the implementation of cloud-based AIS (independent variable) and financial transparency (dependent variable). The results indicate that the implementation of cloud-based AIS has not significantly improved financial transparency among MSMEs in Tangerang Regency, with an R-squared value of 0.003 and a significance level of 0.624 (>0.05). This suggests that only 0.3% of financial transparency variation is explained by the use of cloud-based systems, while 99.7% is influenced by other factors such as digital literacy, infrastructure readiness, and managerial support. Despite the weak statistical correlation, the findings highlight the strategic potential of cloud-based accounting systems to enhance operational efficiency, data accessibility, and stakeholder trust. The study concludes that the success of digital transformation among MSMEs requires not only technological adoption but also government facilitation, training in digital literacy, and policy support to maximise transparency and accountability in financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant effect of balance training on improving the ball control ability of soccer players at SMP Negeri 3 Bambel. The methodology employed was an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of eleven soccer players selected through a total sampling technique. The instrument used to measure the dependent variable was a ball control skill test. The results of data analysis showed a considerable increase in the average score of ball control ability, from 2.36 in the pretest to 4.27 in the posttest. The statistical t-test resulted in a t-count of 7.95, which is significantly greater than the t-table of 1.81 at ten degrees of freedom and a five percent significance level. Based on the hypothesis testing criteria, this leads to the rejection of the Null Hypothesis (H0) and the acceptance of the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha). Therefore, it can be concluded that balance training has a significant and positive effect on improving the ball control ability of soccer players at SMP Negeri 3 Bambel. This finding underscores the importance of integrating balance training into fundamental soccer training programs for adolescents.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of a structured physical exercise program on the physical fitness of eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Kutacane. Employing an experimental design, a total of 20 students were randomly assigned to two groups: an experimental group that underwent a specifically designed 4-week physical training regimen and a control group that participated only in the standard, regular school sports activities. Physical fitness was quantitatively measured through a battery of standardized tests assessing various components, including the 60-meter sprint for speed, pull-ups for upper body muscular endurance, sit-ups for abdominal endurance, skipping for agility and coordination, and the vertical jump for lower body explosive power. Data collection occurred in two phases: a pre-test before the intervention and a post-test following the 4-week period. The collected data were subjected to statistical analysis, commencing with tests for normality (Shapiro-Wilk) and homogeneity (Levene's test) to validate the assumptions for parametric testing. Subsequently, a paired t-test was employed to compare the pre-test and post-test results within each group. The findings reveal a statistically significant improvement across all measured aspects of physical fitness in the experimental group, while the control group showed minimal changes. These results robustly demonstrate the profound effectiveness of a structured, consistent physical exercise program in enhancing the overall physical fitness of junior high school students. The study concludes that such programs are crucial and should be integrated into the standard physical education curriculum to foster better health and physical development among adolescents.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically analyze the effect of applying the wall bounce training method on improving underhand passing skills in volleyball games among 11th-grade students of SMA Negeri 2 Lawe Sigala-gala. This research used a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of 15 students selected through a purposive sampling technique. The measurement instrument used was the AAHPER (American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, and Recreation) Volleyball Passing Test. The wall bounce training intervention was carried out for 16 sessions with a frequency of 3 times per week. Data were analyzed using a parametric statistical paired sample t-test with the help of SPSS software after first testing for normality with the Shapiro-Wilk test. The results showed a significant increase in the average score. The average pretest score was 20.13 ("moderate" category), which increased to 25.07 ("good" category) in the posttest. The results of the paired sample t-test showed a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating that there was a statistically significant difference between the underhand passing ability before and after the treatment was given. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the wall bounce training method is proven effective and has a significant positive impact on improving volleyball underhand passing skills. Therefore, this exercise can be used as an alternative training method that is simple, efficient, and effective to be applied in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning, especially in volleyball material.
