Abstract

The reason of this observe is to analyze and decide the effect of profitability, leverage, and growth on the performance of property sector company shares, to analyze and determine the effect of profitability, leverage, growth and stock performance on the company value of property sector companies and to analyze and determine the effect of profitability, leverage, and growth on company value with stock performance as an intervening variable for property sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. This research is protected in quantitative research the usage of secondary facts. This research is a quantitative research conducted to see the effect of profitability, leverage, growth on company value with stock performance as an intervening variable with case studies on businesses within the belongings, actual estate and constructing creation sectors indexed at the IDX in 2017-2021. In this study the authors used secondary statistics from annual reviews and financial reports. This study concludes that there is no effect of profitability on stock performance, there is an effect of profitability on firm value, there is an effect of leverage on stock performance, there is an effect of leverage on firm value, there is an effect of growth on stock performance, there is an effect of growth on firm value, there is an effect on performance stock on firm value, on firm value with stock performance as an intervening variable, there is an influence between growth on firm value and stock performance as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the potential influence of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. This research falls under the category of explanatory research, encompassing all employees in the research population. This research used non-probability sampling and judgmental sampling methods to select a sample of 100 workers. The researcher collected information through questionnaire distribution and analyzed the data using a quantitative descriptive approach. Research findings show that leadership style, motivation, and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Leadership style, with a regression coefficient of 0.371 and a t statistic of 4.450, confirms a significant positive influence on performance. Likewise with motivation, which has a regression coefficient of 0.176 and a t statistic of 2.025, and work discipline, which has a regression coefficient of 0.381 and a t statistic of 4.489, both of which also make a significant positive contribution to performance. Together or simultaneously, leadership style, motivation, and work discipline are able to explain as much as 70.7% of the variation in employee performance. Other variables or factors not included in this study account for the remaining 30.4%. These findings provide a comprehensive picture of the factors that influence employee performance, making a significant contribution to the understanding of the complex dynamics of the work environment.

Abstract

The cause of this look at is to investigate the direct impact of provider first-class on customer satisfaction of mobile banking customers, to analyze the direct effect of carrier exceptional on customer loyalty of cellular banking users, to investigate the direct effect of patron pleasure on purchaser loyalty of mobile banking customers and to analyze the indirect effect of carrier exceptional of client loyalty through consumer pleasure of bank BCA cell banking users. The population in this study is 1,050 customers using mobile banking. The sample in this study was taken purposively. The number of samples is 91 people. The studies device used on this study became a questionnaire or questionnaire that turned into made by means of the researcher himself. The studies device is a tool used to degree an observed natural or social phenomenon. The primary data used in this study is data obtained based on answers to questionnaires distributed to customers. The conclusion from the study is that there is a significant influence between service quality variables on customer satisfaction for customers who use mobile banking, so that improving the quality of online services will have an impact on customer satisfaction to use mobile banking. There is a significant influence between the variables of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, the better the online service quality, the greater the loyalty level of mobile banking application users. There may be a sizeable have an impact on between the variables of customer delight on client loyalty, the higher the level of customer delight, the higher the level of loyalty of mobile banking application users

Abstract

Tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat menjadi salah satu upaya implementasi dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan berkelanjutan, dengan demikian kenaikan ouput perkapita yang dapat dilihat dari Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) sekaligus dapat diidentifikasi mengenai kondisi pertumbuhan ekonomi. Alasan secara empiris penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mempelajari, menganalisis dan mengetahui pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia selama periode 2012-2021 melalui pendekatan data panel dinamis serta perlunya menentukan sebuah model ekonometrika sebagai pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia, penelitian ini merancang model pertumbuhan ekonomi, kemiskinan, jumlah pengangguran dan inflasi dengan didukung oleh teori pertumbuhan klasik. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel pengamatan 330 sampel yang terdiri dari seluruh provinsi di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengagguran dan kemiskinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, inflansi secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. Sedangkan secara bersama-sama pengangguran, kemiskinan, dan inflansi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi

Abstract

Small and Medium Furniture Industry is one of the leading commodities of Kendal Regency and has important role in regional economy. Furniture IKM, which was only focused onproducts, must now change its strategy to focus on customers and implement modern management and be able to build relationships with customers. Consumers need more than just the value offered and have unique needs so companies need to think about creating marketing concepts that not only rely on the company's internal capabilities, but also involve consumer feelings. Maintaining good relation swith customers and increasing their loyalty through the development and fulfillment of customer needs is one of IKM furniture strategies in developing business. From the description, the author took the initiative to help design an information system based on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as an industry 4.0 technology to digitize marketing, especially for managing customers. The implementation of CRM-based information systems starts from collecting data, then analyze business processes, and using case diagrams. The next step is to implement a CRM system using Microsoft Excel VBA. Finally analyze and evaluate CRM implementations in Furniture IKM. From this research we get a CRM system that is suitable for furniture IKM business processes.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to examine the relationship between brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty and consumer preference, as well as the relationship between brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty and purchase intention. Additionally, it examined the relationship between consumer preference and interest in purchasing as an intervention variable. The research was conducted purposefully from November to December 2022. Data sources were obtained through online survey results (primary data) and through literature (secondary data). Sampling using the incidental sampling method based on the Lemes how formula with an unknown population size produces a minimum of 100 samples. Data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-4. Descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS, which are utilized to analyze the data, are processed using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The findings demonstrated that brand loyalty and brand awareness variables had a direct impact on consumer preferences, however brand association variables and quality judgments did not. While brand awareness, brand associations, and brand loyalty do not directly affect purchase intention, perceived quality characteristics did have an impact on customer buying interest. The intention to purchase does not indirectly depend on perceived quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Shopee Express baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus pada mahasiswa Universitas Advent Indonesia sebanyak 120 responden. Teknik dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner online yang disebarkan menggunakan google form dan pengolahan data ini menggunakan SPSS 25. Analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Statistik Deskriptif, Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas, ,Uji T dan Uji F, dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari uji t dan uji f yang secara parsial dan simultan menunjukkan variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Shopee Express.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan guna mendapatkan hasil dari potensi yang berdampak pada kualitas audit yang dimana akan menghasilkan pengaruh terhadap tingkat hasil dari audit yang bermutu. Hal yang dipercaya dapat mempengaruhi kualitas audit dalam penelitian ini diantaranya ialah pengaruh adanya kompleksitas audit, due professional care dan transparansi yang diteliti dari para auditor yang ada pada Kantor Akuntan Publik di wilayah Jakarta dan sekitarnya. Analisa dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data deskriptif dengan jenis data kuantitatif dan sumber data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada masing masing auditor pada setiap Kantor Akuntan Publik. Pengumpulan data daripada penilitian ini berjenis angket dengan berbentuk kuesioner sejumlah 50 sampel, masing masing pengukuran nya menggunakan skala interval 1 sampai 5. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa kompleksitas audit, due professional care, transparansi memberikan dampak yang baik dan hasil yang berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kualitas audit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how customer happiness among users of commuter trains is influenced by customer expectations, customer value, and service quality. Multiple linear regression has been employed as the analytical technique. The distribution of questionnaires is the primary method of data gathering in this quantitative study. Accidental sampling is the method employed. Participants in this study were commuter service users from Jabodetabek. Between September and October of 2022, this study was carried out at a number of commuter train starting points, transit stations, and terminating points. Accidental sampling was the method used in this investigation. Questionnaires are distributed to gather this data. The customer expectation variable has no impact on customer satisfaction for consumers of the Jabodetabek commuter rail service, according to the research findings. Customers of the Jabodetabek commuter train service are significantly more satisfied when the customer value variable is taken into account. Customers who utilize the Jabodetabek commuter train service are significantly more satisfied when the service quality variable is taken into account. Consumer happiness is significantly influenced simultaneously by customer expectations, customer value, and service quality.

Abstract

This study sought to ascertain the impact of workplace stress and intention to leave on employee turnover. All of the employees at one of the mining businesses in Indonesia made up the population of this study, which had a total sample of 35 employees. Based on the saturated sample approach, samples were obtained. Multiple linear regression analysis is the technique utilized for data analysis. The study's findings indicate that employee turnover intentions are significantly influenced by both the work environment and work stress, either simultaneously or in part. The following conclusions can be taken from the data that was gathered and tested using the multiple linear regression model: The workplace has a considerable impact on employee turnover intention, with a t-test result of 0.000. The findings of the t test, which showed a value of 0.049, on the intention of employee turnover, show that work stress has a substantial impact. According to the results of the f test, the workplace environment and work stress have a considerable impact on the likelihood that employees will leave their jobs.
