The Employment Skills Education Program (PKK) is a government assistance program that aims to prepare human resources who are skilled, have character, are competitive, and have the ability to innovate. This is an aid to industry-based courses and training and entrepreneurial opportunities. Through the results of initial observations that have been made, graduated students of English Literature Faculty of Letters UNARS do not have special courses on skills as a tour guide. Through the English for Tour Guide Training program those who are interested in following the skills as a tour guide are included as participants in the 2021 PKK program and will be trained to have competence as a tour guide. PKM program participants who gain the skills to become tour guides will be very useful as their provision to find work. In collaboration with the AUSEI course institution as a service partner for PKM activities, it is hoped that later PKK program participants will have a competency certificate to work. This training and mentoring are carried out for approximately three months where students are given English language guidance and training that focuses on the English for Tour Guide material. During the training, students also had the opportunity to discuss and ask questions if they encountered problems during the training to reach the right solution. The expected outcome of this PKM activity is that students have special skills in English about English for Guides as evidenced by a certificate of competence. The COVID-19 pandemic has made many people's economy decline, not a few people have their economy fulfilled. Business owners lost 50% of their customers. This causes the turnover of entrepreneurs to decrease. In order to attract customers, it is necessary to innovate the product. As in SMEs UD. ABC Cookies that use Moringa as the basic ingredient of cendol. This MSME development method is by innovating products from old Moringa leaves into Moringa powder, so that it becomes cendol, changing packaging to be more attractive, sticker and photo design, online marketing, customer service, and financial management. The output of this activity is that the 2021 UPM Thematic KKN students received new information about the benefits of old Moringa leaves which are usually not used by the public but can still be used as powder and become the basic ingredients of food and drinks. By utilizing old Moringa leaves, the surrounding community can contribute to depositing old Moringa leaves to be used as basic ingredients for food and drinks so that they are not wasted. This cooperation is mutually beneficial between the community and MSME owners.

This service is aimed at increasing the number of entrepreneurs and increasing the business competitiveness of Untag Banyuwangi students and alumni during the covid-19 pandemic. The small number of entrepreneurs, and the pandemic still hasn't ended, makes business people inevitably have to change their business strategies. The Untag Banyuwangi Entrepreneurship Development Program is carried out on the basis of cooperation with the Directorate General of Research Strengthening and Development of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. The implementation of mentoring is carried out by providing lighters related to entrepreneurship and business coaching assistance. The results of the service were obtained by 80 alumni students who started their business, after the selection and mentoring process, 5 students were obtained to then be granted patents for the products produced.

Archery is a sport that is recommended in Islam and sunnah by the prophet Muhammad Shallalahu 'alaihi wasallam. This sport has long been known in Indonesia, by carrying out archery activities each individual is able to train strength, endurance, focus, hand and eye coordination, balance, increase hand and finger flexibility, increase patience and build self-confidence. The problem that occurs in the community in the city of Situbondo, especially for students at the Abdurachman Saleh University Situbondo, is that Archery is still not well known and is also still less attractive to the public because archery has not yet become a "free" sport of football, badminton, futsal, or basketball. Students also do not really know the sport of archery and what are the benefits of doing archery regularly. The lack of introduction to archery from sports coaches or agencies such as KONI related to archery is also a problem. The PKM activities carried out by the service team used the lecture, demonstration and practice methods, besides that, an archery competition simulation was also held. The result of this service is the increase in community knowledge and skills about archery, in addition to increasing knowledge of facilities and infrastructure will have an impact on increasing interest in sports, especially in the field of archery.

Sidorejo Village is one of the developed villages in the Rowokangkung sub-district, Lumajang Regency. Sidorejo Village has very minimal drug abuse problems. However, the community and the government of Sidorejo Village are very enthusiastic about preventing drug abuse. This makes the people of Sidorejo aware of the dangers of drugs. This journal aims to realize Sidorejo Village, Rowokangkung District, Lumajang Regency as a Shining Village. The form of Shining village innovation in preventing the dangers of drug abuse is intended to have an impact on regional conduciveness. The methods used to realize the Shine village include conducting counseling and campaigns. The counseling carried out in the village of Sidorejo was counseling entitled "Prevention of Drug Abuse" Making Sidorejo the village of Shining in addition to counseling, a campaign was also carried out in the form of an resistant to drug pledge. The results obtained are that the prevention of drug abuse in Sidorejo village, Rowokangkung district, Lumajang district has been implemented according to the wishes of the community to realize the Shining village is very adequate. Food plants are very important to be cultivated by rural communities as providers of food for survival. Sidorejo Village, Rowokangkung sub-district, Lumajang district was chosen as the village for the Lumajang University Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) service. This KKN aims to emphasize the delivery of education to the Sidorejo village community on the importance of processing and using husk charcoal and organic liquid ZPT in food plants. The method used to realize an advanced Sidorejo village with food security is the first by making husk charcoal and organic liquid ZPT which is carried out by KKN students under the auspices of the Lumajang University LPPM. The husk charcoal and organic liquid ZPT produced will be given to the people of Sidorejo so that they can be applied to the community's food plants. The second method is outreach activities to the people of Sidorejo village regarding the importance of the benefits of husk charcoal and organic ZPT on the growth and development of food plants in Sidorejo village. Counseling to the people of Sidorejo through increasing the productivity of community food plants by utilizing materials that are easily found around the environment. The third method is the arrangement and maintenance of the continuity of Pawon Urip and the fourth is the stage. The results of the study were the creation of two products in the form of husk charcoal and organic liquid ZPT as well as increasing public knowledge on how to increase community food plant productivity and the movement to better maintain the survival of Pawon Urip Sidorejo plants so that they were growth and neatly arranged. Empowering aims to increase people's income through agribusiness, mushroom cultivation and improve skills for the community, especially students at the Pondok Pesantran Al Barokah Mojolegi Wangkal Kraksaan Probolinggo which brings many benefits in the form of: (1) Mastery of free time with useful business. (2) Utilization of residual land for useful business activities, (3) Expansion of diversification in the field of farming, (4) Increased knowledge, skills, and insights in the field of cultivation, especially oyster mushroom agribusiness, (5) Improved management skills, especially in marketing field. This community service activity for oyster mushroom cultivation was carried out at the Pondok Pesantren Al Barokah Mojolegi, Wangkal, Probolinggo Regency. The results obtained are that the students have high enthusiasm to take part in counseling activities and foster oyster mushroom cultivation, as an effort to get a source of income outside of their parents' gifts. And also for the management of the Pondok Pesantran Al Barolah Mojolegi Wangkal, Probolinggo Regency, providing opportunities for resource persons to socialize community service programs to their students to start quite a lot of activities, so the students need support from both the cottage manager and intensive guidance from resource persons. for this activity to be successful.

The limited knowledge owned by KWT Sekar Arum in seedling hydroponic plant seeds and lack of manpower to maintain the seedlings caused the seeds produced to be poor (small stems and few leaf shoots) and some were eaten by pests. Poor seeds produce plants that are not optimal. Therefore, in this community service activity, a nursery chamber is designed for seedling hydroponic plant seeds that utilize solar panel energy as a source of electrical energy in indoor hydroponic plant seed cultivation. This nursery chamber is equipped with artificial light and automatic irrigation so the seedling process can save energy and time. Artificial light is made using 2 types of LED lamps with a red spectrum and a blue spectrum arranged at a certain distance so that the intensity of the light produced is 100 mol/m2/s. To be utilized optimally, all members of KWT Sekar Arum were given counseling and training related to the use of the nursery chamber. In addition, KWT Sekar Arum is also assisted in the process of transplanting and maintaining hydroponic plants so the results are maximized. Based on the results of the evaluation, it can be seen that the transfer of technology provided can be utilized properly by KWT Sekar Arum, the seeds produced from the nursery chamber already have 3-4 leaf shoots when they are 9 days old and ready to transplant, and the results of hydroponic plants produced has been maximized with wide and many leaves.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are independent businesses, with certain assets and excluding land and buildings. People's economic activities are small-scale and need to be protected to prevent unfair competition between other businesses. This community service, we discussed about a grocery store that has the potential to be developed in the future. This business has been running since 2013 namely Vian Cell Grocery Store. The problems that exist in this business include labeling goods, online marketing, and not having books to find out profit or loss every month. Following up on existing problems, we have a work program to create a logo which will later be in the form of stamps and stickers. We are also expanding the market share of this store by becoming a Gojek application partner. Our last work program is to provide socialization in the form of the importance of using simple bookkeeping and teach about simple bookkeeping that can be used to improve the quality of this store.

Poktan Manggar Kencono Jambwangi is a farmer group whose purpose formation is to facilitate the activities carried out by cocoa farmers in the village of Jambwangi. The farmer group was formed by and for farmers, so that the focus of the development was to farmers themselves. Therefore, it is very necessary to strengthen and empower the farmer group towards the independent farmer group (Farmer's Group Autonomy) based on superior HR capabilities (Smart Farmer's Group \/ SFP). The method made in this service is in the form of counseling, discussions and assistance about the preparation of organizational structures, job descriptions, and standard operating procedures for later farmer groups to be able to manage their organizations effectively and efficiently because supported by superior peasant human resources capabilities. The results of the Poktan Manggar Kencono Jambevantan dedication still require coaching and assistance in the administration of good and correct organizational, organizational structures and also the application of a clear job description \/ division of tasks between existing parts of the organizational structure and operational standards procedures.
