Abstract

Kondisi pelajar dan remaja Indonesia saat ini tengah mengalami krisis etika dan moral. Pelajar dan remaja kerap kali menjadi pelaku perbuatan asusila, melakukan tindak pidana, menyalahgunakan obat-obatan terlarang, dan berbagai bentuk pelanggaran lainnya. Hal tersebut tentu saja berdampak buruk bagi diri sendiri, keluarga, dan masyarakat. Maka diperlukan solusi yang tanggap untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Dalam bidang pendidikan, diperlukan upaya pengembangan dan perubahan kurikulum pada jenjang sekolah dasar untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai Islam dalam rangka membangun karakter siswa. Salah satunya dengan menerapkan pembelajaran matematika integrasi hadis. Kesadaran akan pentingnya penanaman nilai-nilai Islam, khususnya nilai hadis, dalam membangun karakter siswa seharusnya menjadi prioritas bagi guru dalam pembelajaran matematika. Akan tetapi, masih banyak guru yang belum mampu menguasai dan menerapkan pembelajaran terintegrasi, sehingga dalam pengabdian ini peneliti akan memberikan pengenalan pembelajaran matematika terintegrasi hadis kepada guru. Kemudian, diharapkan hasil pengabdian ini menjadi acuan dalam penerapan pembelajaran matematika, khususnya di sekolah dasar, untuk mencetak generasi yang tidak hanya mengenal matematika tetapi juga mendapatkan pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

A teacher, not just having the main activities and duties but as a teacher, also has another task that is no less important, known as a student of knowledge. Teaching is a routine activity and is normal for a teacher, but as a student of knowledge, a teacher is required to always improve his knowledge and abilities through writing a scientific paper. Writing scientific papers has several stages that must be passed, especially those used to raise the school's brand image. The Community Service Program which was carried out at the Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership propaganda building in Probolinggo City was attended by 20 participants who were teachers who taught at Muhammadiyah schools ranging from elementary schools to high schools throughout the city of Probolinggo. The method used in this service is through seminars, namely by providing knowledge through lectures, discussions and questions and answers. The results of the seminars conducted showed that there was an increase in understanding, insight, and knowledge in planning, implementing and preparing materials for writing scientific papers. To write scientific papers, a teacher really needs to do plan management, time management, and evaluation management so that they can deal with busy teaching and various other additional tasks.

Abstract

The entrepreneurship training program for beginners in Krucil Village, Probolinggo Regency, was designed to enhance the community’s understanding of entrepreneurship concepts while encouraging them to start new businesses. This training employed the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, actively involving the community in every stage of the program. Evaluation results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding, increasing from 20% before the training to 85% afterward. Additionally, within a month after the training, 40% of participants successfully started new businesses, with snack production (35%) and handicrafts (25%) being the most chosen business sectors. Participants who started businesses reported an average income increase of 20%. The training also motivated participants to actively seek other business opportunities, focusing on utilizing local potential such as agricultural products and natural village resources. However, to ensure the program's long-term impact, further efforts are needed, including business mentoring, access to financing, and more specific advanced training tailored to the participants' business needs. With an integrated and sustainable approach, the Krucil Village community is expected to achieve greater economic independence and optimize local potential sustainably. This success also serves as an inspiration for developing economic empowerment programs in other villages with similar characteristics.

Abstract

Abstract Islamic character education plays a crucial role in shaping children's morals, ethics, and behavior, especially for those living in orphanages. Orphaned children often face limitations in access to education and family guidance, making it necessary to implement effective and interactive learning methods to instill Islamic values. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Islamic character education programs at Al-Musthofa Orphanage through activities such as communal Quran recitation, listening to prophetic stories, reading books from a mini library, and writing hopes on a "tree of hope." This research employs a qualitative case study approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that Quran recitation activities enhance children's ability to read and understand the Quran, listening to prophetic stories helps them emulate the attitudes and behaviors of the Prophet, the mini library fosters an Islamic literacy culture, and the tree of hope provides motivation and optimism for the children in facing the future. The study concludes that experience-based and participatory learning methods are effective in building Islamic character among orphaned children. Therefore, similar approaches can be implemented in other orphanages to enhance Islamic character education on a broader scale. Further research is recommended to explore the long-term impact of this program and to develop technology-based methods as tools for Islamic character education. Keywords: Islamic Character Education, Orphanage, Quran Recitation, Prophetic Stories, Mini Library, Tree of Hope Abstrak Pendidikan karakter Islami memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk moral, etika, dan akhlak anak-anak, terutama bagi mereka yang tinggal di panti asuhan. Anak-anak panti asuhan sering kali menghadapi keterbatasan dalam akses pendidikan dan bimbingan keluarga, sehingga diperlukan metode pembelajaran yang efektif dan interaktif untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai keislaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas program pendidikan karakter Islami di Panti Asuhan Al-Musthofa melalui kegiatan mengaji bersama, mendengarkan kisah Nabi, membaca buku dari perpustakaan mini, serta menuliskan harapan di pohon harapan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan mengaji bersama meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan memahami Al-Qur’an, mendengarkan kisah Nabi membantu anak-anak meneladani sikap dan perilaku Rasulullah, perpustakaan mini menumbuhkan budaya literasi Islami, serta pohon harapan memberikan motivasi dan optimisme bagi anak-anak dalam menghadapi masa depan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa metode pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman dan partisipatif terbukti efektif dalam membangun karakter Islami pada anak-anak panti asuhan. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan serupa dapat diterapkan di berbagai panti asuhan lainnya untuk meningkatkan pendidikan karakter Islami secara lebih luas. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak jangka panjang dari program ini serta mengembangkan metode berbasis teknologi sebagai alat bantu pendidikan karakter Islami. Abstract

The health issues faced by communities are often caused by a lack of knowledge and awareness of healthy living practices. This study aims to enhance community awareness and participation through an education and empowerment-based service program. The methods employed include training, workshops, and outreach activities that involve active participation from the community. The results of the program indicate a significant increase in community knowledge and behavior regarding health issues, evidenced by the rising participation in health check-ups and the adoption of healthy practices in daily life. The implications of this research demonstrate that collaborative and participatory approaches are effective in empowering communities and supporting the sustainability of health programs. Additionally, these findings serve as a foundation for developing more relevant and responsive community service programs that address the evolving needs of society in the future. Abstract

The International Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an (MTQ) is a strategic event to showcase the best tilawah (Qur’anic recitation) and tahfizh (Qur’anic memorization) skills at the global level, while also serving as a means of Qur’anic cultural diplomacy. However, the achievements of Indonesian participants at the international level still face challenges, particularly in aspects such as the accuracy of tajweed, fashahah (articulation clarity), mastery of melody, fluency of memorization, and mental readiness for performance. This community service research aims to describe the process and outcomes of the International MTQ mentoring program as an effort to enhance tilawah and tahfizh competencies. The method employed is a participatory approach involving pre-assessment of initial competencies, intensive training (talaqqi, sima’an, peer feedback), competition simulations, as well as mental and stage management coaching. The target group consists of prospective International MTQ participants who have passed the national selection stage. The mentoring results show a significant improvement in tilawah scores (average increase of 18%) and tahfizh scores (average increase of 15%) based on International MTQ assessment standards. In addition, participants demonstrated increased self-confidence, voice control, and memorization accuracy during the simulation stage. These findings affirm that structured mentoring, based on a holistic Qur’anic training method, can serve as an effective strategy for preparing globally competitive participants while strengthening Indonesia’s image as a global center for Qur’anic development.

Abstract

This study examines how educative da’wah can effectively shape the religious character of children in madrasahs, particularly through the Community Service Program (KKN) in Sumberbendo. It addresses the increasing need for formal religious education that goes beyond teaching rituals or religious laws, focusing on developing strong spiritual and moral values from an early age. Educative da’wah is understood as an approach that combines clear communication, creativity, and local relevance, believed to be effective in instilling values such as honesty, responsibility, social care, and tolerance. Employing a qualitative case study method, this research includes direct participatory observation, in-depth interviews with madrasah teachers, religious leaders, parents, and students, as well as documentation of KKN activities. Data analysis uses thematic coding to identify factors supporting or hindering the implementation of educative da’wah and its impact on children's religious character development. The findings indicate that educative da’wah, through joint worship practices, value-based educational games, and contextually relevant religious discussions, enhances children's religious awareness and fosters tolerance, empathy, and discipline. However, challenges such as inadequate facilities, diverse family religious backgrounds, and limited time are noted as significant obstacles to optimal implementatio.
