Abstract

The Law on Villages' objectives can be realized more quickly through the independent and cooperative development of a village's economic potential. In emerging villages, maximizing local economic potential is a response to strategic analysis. If we hope that the business we start or run does not suffer significant losses, investment decisions must be made. Villagers of Rantau Sialang, who work primarily as rubber farmers, will be provided with information and comprehension of the perspective on business feasibility studies in order to provide them with the tools they need to create business feasibility studies for managing their enterprises. Head of LPPM STIE Rahmaniyah Sekayu and Head of Rantau Sialang Village's are partners in this project. The service approach takes the form of lectures (written modules, slide shows, and video playback with projector material), discussions, and hands-on experience for creating company feasibility studies and assessing business activity plans. The participation of participants, the fact that the final evaluation value was greater than the first evaluation value, the excitement with which the material was received, and the occurrence of cordial conversation during discussions all contributed to the success of this activity.

Abstract

Aviation Security Personnel play a central role in preventing crimes within the aviation sector, bearing significant responsibilities. Strong expertise and competence are crucial in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia PM Number 28 of 2021 concerning the National Aviation Security Education and Training Program. Aviation Security Awareness training becomes essential, particularly within the Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic Curug campus environment. A 3-month Community Engagement Activity involves various partners including UPBU Budiarto, the Center for Calibration of Flight Facilities, Airnav Indonesia Budiarto-Curug Branch, and BMKG Curug. Experienced instructors in the field of Aviation Security participate in a comprehensive 2-day training, covering topics such as National Aviation Security, Criminal Technology, Trusted Insider Threats, and Aviation Security Threat Handling. The results demonstrate that several entities within the PPI Curug campus community still lack awareness in Aviation Security. The training focuses on National Aviation Security, Criminal Technology, Trusted Insider Threats, and Aviation Security Threat Handling. This training enhances the understanding and capabilities of personnel in executing aviation security measures, applying them in practice, and cultivating an overall commitment to aviation security. The ongoing Aviation Security Awareness training is expected to continuously develop the competence of aviation security personnel, enabling them to perform their duties at the required level of quality.

Abstract

Every aviation service provider must establish, maintain and comply with a Safety Management System (SMS) that is appropriate to the size, nature and complexity of operations. One of the flight service providers is the Airport Management Unit (UPBU). Indonesia Curug Aviation Polytechnic conducts community service through online SMS training. The purpose of this activity is to equip participants with knowledge of the Safety Management System and be able to implement it in the world of work. Participants consisted of 22 people from UPBU throughout Indonesia, 1 person from the Directorate of Air Transport, 1 person from Aviation Facility Calibration Center and 1 person from the Airport Authority. Overall the activities ran smoothly and could be understood by the training participants. This is evidenced by the results of learning with an average grade of 81.05. Apart from that, the overall results are good. However, there is 1 (one) indicator that needs to be improved, namely internet connectivity. In online learning, one of the obstacles in its implementation is an internet connection. Moreover, the participants came from various regions in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to provide training on how to improve the quality of MSME human resources by improving social media-based marketing using digital skills. This training was carried out by the community service team at the Muhammadiyah University of Technology Jakarta in collaboration with the Telkom Community Development Center Bandung. Through this training, it is hoped that MSMEs will understand and master digital technology. Training is held offline through lectures and discussions on digital concepts. The use of digital is expected to grow a social network without limits. MSME stakeholders can find out the benefits of social media-based marketing such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Twitter, and others so that MSME products offer more opportunities to expand business networks and increase sales.

Abstract

Drainage on the Lekso River in Blitar City is experiencing various problems, such as clogged channels, damage to infrastructure, and accumulation of garbage. Based on these problems, community service activities were carried out with the aim of assisting Drainage Maintenance on the Lekso River, Blitar City. The method used in this service is identification of drainage problems and needs through field surveys and consultations with relevant authorities and outreach to the community regarding the importance of maintaining good drainage and environmental management. As a result of this community service, the community receives training and education assistance for the community regarding proper drainage maintenance techniques, such as channel cleaning, infrastructure repair, and waste management. In addition, the local community carried out drainage cleaning and repair activities together with the guidance and supervision of the community service team.

Abstract

The socialization regarding the flight training area of the flight cadets at the Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic Curug the community is a crucial effort to enhance the awareness and knowledge of the local residents. Through this socialization, it is expected that the community can comprehend the procedures for providing first aid in emergency situations and identify the restricted areas that are essential for aviation safety. Following the successful conduct of the socialization activities within the Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic Curug, participants are anticipated to acquire proficiency in first aid techniques and understand the legal implications that apply in the event of violations within the training area, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 1 of 2009 concerning aviation. The socialization also involves officials and staff from the transportation department, held at the office of the Transportation Agency of Tangerang Regency. This activity encompasses presentation sessions and interactive discussions. The entire process proceeds smoothly, with materials presented by the speakers followed by active discussions among the participants

Abstract

Aviation safety is the concern and responsibility of all parties, not only in theory but also in practice, through a continuous process of identifying hazards, managing risks, and meeting performance expectations. Safety Management System training is mandatory for all aviation personnel as stated in the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia PM No. 62 of 2017 (Civil Aviation Safety Regulation Part 19) concerning Safety Management Systems. As a unified implementation of the important pillars of the safety management system, participants are expected to be able to prioritize risks based on severity, manage risks, find potential risks with minimal effort, carry out records and audits, and neutralize possible consequences. Therefore, this training will introduce methods for identifying potential hazards. Community Service Activities (PKM): Introduction to Hazard Identification Methods and Tools for the Implementation of Safety Risk Management are carried out online through an online meeting application, namely Zoom. Participants are PPI Curug alumni and SMS experts who already have SMS competency certificates, totaling 219 people. Through PKM and PPI Curug activities, it is hoped that they can provide useful skills and training for participants, as well as experience for participants and the lecturers themselves.

Abstract

Web adalah alat yang digunakan untuk menyebarkan informasi yang tersedia secara online. Ada banyak cara untuk membuat website. Untuk orang yang tidak terbiasa dengan pemrograman, metode pembuatan website menggunakan content management system (CMS), menulis kode program menggunakan bahasa pemrograman web, dan menggunakan website builder. Wordpress adalah salah satu CMS yang paling populer. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu siswa SMK Muhammadiyah Jakarta Utara dalam penyediaan informasi secara mudah dan luas. Salah satu kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan penyediaan media informasi digital dengan bentuk website sekolah. Kondisi saat ini masih pandemic sehingga dibutuhkan penyebaran suatu informasi yang cepat dan mudah diakses dimanapun tanpa harus dating ke sekolah. Pendekatan secara institusional dan partisipatif yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini. Hampir semua sekolah sudah terpasang sarana internet dan pemakaiannya pun masih sangat terbatas. Maka dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini kami dari tim Universitas Teknologi Muhammadiyah Jakarta memberikan solusi kepada sekolah untuk membut media digital sendiri, dengan menyediakan website sekolah. Sehinga para siswa mendapatkan segala bentuk informasi sekolahnya melalui website ini. Diharapkan hasil dari kegiatan ini memberikan solusi dalam menyediakan informasi digital bagi pihak sekolah dan masyarakat secara umum.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to increase financial literacy in the Tidung Island community, the South Thousand Islands DKI Jakarta through Financial Management Behavior Education. The stages of activities carried out include the stages of preparation, implementation, and monitoring. Based on the community service activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that Financial Management Behavior Education from (1) the financial knowledge dimension can be understood in terms of Financial Management Behavior knowledge. This has the meaning that the Financial Management Behavior Education service is carried out well so that it can be accepted by the participants. (2) The financial behavior dimension can also be well understood, this has the meaning that the Financial Management Behavior Education service is carried out well so that in terms of skills the participants are able to apply Financial Management Behavior in everyday life. (3) The financial attitude dimension has been well understood, this has the meaning that the Financial Management Behavior Education service is well implemented so that in terms of attitude the participants can behave carefully regarding their personal finances or company finances so that they can make financial reports each period.

Abstract

This counseling is aimed at the development of non-profit organizations which are currently mushrooming a lot, one of which is the orphanage. One way that can be done to develop the orphanage is to increase the trust of donors in donating funds which can be reached by applying ISAK 35 to its financial reporting as a form of transparency from the orphanage. ISAK 35 is an accounting standard that regulates the presentation of financial statements of non-profit organizations. This counseling was carried out using an interview method involving one administrator and owner of the orphanage. This counseling was carried out in two days, namely December 19 and 20, 2023, from the findings of this service that the orphanage has taken responsibility for donors based only on proof of purchase invoices. With this counseling, it is hoped that the Nobel Pelita Orphanage and the Terang Fajar Children's Orphanage can prepare their financial reports according to the applicable standards, namely ISAK 35 and will produce financial reports consisting of a Statement of Financial Position, a Comprehensive Income Statement, a Statement of Cash Flows and Notes to Reports Finance.
