Repurchase intent: Repurchase intent is often a step that occurs naturally if a customer has emotions towards a particular product. This research examines the influence of service quality and perceived value on repurchase intentions and customer satisfaction, by considering satisfaction as an intervening variable in the context of Mie Gacoan products. The main objective of this research is to analyze the causal relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable in the presence of intervening variables. The primary data source in this research is Mie Gacoan customers. Data was collected from a total of 145 customers throughout Indonesia who are Noodle Gacoan connoisseurs. Meanwhile the research method uses a purposive sampling method, while for statistical analysis the PLS 3.0 test tool is used. The majority of Mie Gacoan customers in the sample are women (69%), have a high school/vocational education (51%), are students (49%), and live around one million two hundred thousand rupiah to one million rupiah. rupiah. Eight hundred thousand rupiah (46.9%). The results obtained from this research are as follows: First, perceived value does not contribute to customer satisfaction. Second, service quality contributes to customer satisfaction. Third, satisfaction contributes to repurchase intention. Fourth, service quality contributes to repurchase intention through satisfaction. Fifth, perceived value does not contribute to repurchase intention through satisfaction

Abstract

This abstract aims to highlight Indonesia's maritime security challenges, including threats, jurisdictional defense, and Bakamla's role. It also discusses limitations in maritime operational capabilities. This study employs a qualitative research method to describe, explore, and understand the meaning perceived by individuals or groups regarding current social or human phenomena. The research adopts a juridical-normative approach with a focus on the principles of the use of force by Bakamla RI. Data is collected through literature reviews and analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques proposed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014) which involve data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The result is maritime security is an important aspect for a country. Maritime security refers to threats to the maritime. The Indonesian Sea, which has abundant natural resource potential and as an international trade route, is vulnerable to maritime threats. The Maritime Security Agency or Bakamla exists as an effort to maintain and defend the jurisdiction of Indonesian waters for the sake of national interests. In its role, often the threat is faced with a situation in which the use of force must be carried out. The use of force is a last resort to address existing threats based on the basic principles of the use of force and firearms (BPUFF), codes of law enforcement, human rights and applicable national and international law.   The use of force must be carried out based on the scale and level of risk of the existing threat, not necessarily the use of force is allowed under the pretext of self-defense.The conclusion is Indonesia's maritime richness faces increasing threats, necessitating careful use of force by Bakamla, guided by legal and ethical considerations.

Abstract

Ensuring national defense and security is a top priority for every country, particularly when it comes to safeguarding critical infrastructure and strategic resources. Indonesia, being a prominent oil producer in Southeast Asia, is confronted with various threats to its oil and gas sector, including the emerging menace of drone attacks. This research delves into the development of defense strategies through an extensive literature review, shedding light on the potential risks posed to the oil and gas infrastructure. The primary objective of this study is to present recommendations for fortifying defense systems against drone threats targeting national vital assets within the oil and gas industry. The research emphasizes the importance of risk identification, understanding potential impacts, and formulating effective defense strategies. The case analysis of the Saudi Aramco attack serves as a poignant reminder of the critical need to safeguard national vital assets promptly. To tackle this growing challenge, collaboration between the government, relevant institutions, and the private sector becomes imperative. Building an effective and responsive defense system against drone threats in the energy sector necessitates a collective effort. The threat of drone weapons in the oil and gas industry extends beyond mere infrastructure concerns, encompassing potential attacks on facilities and personnel, thereby significantly impacting production and overall security. To strengthen defense mechanisms, the research underscores the importance of leveraging advanced technology, establishing no-fly zones, conducting comprehensive personnel training, implementing stringent regulations, and fostering intelligence information exchange. These measures collectively contribute to a robust defense strategy that can effectively mitigate the risks associated with drone threats in the oil and gas sector. In conclusion, a multifaceted approach that incorporates technological advancements and collaborative efforts is essential to ensure the resilience and security of a nation's vital assets in the face of evolving threats.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze how regional income and expenditure management is seen from the economic, efficiency and effectiveness levels of the Bantaeng Regency Government from the 2020-2022 Fiscal Year. The data source used is secondary data in the form of reports on the realization of regional income and expenditure budgets as well as other information related to the problems studied. The results of research and data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis are used to describe how regional income and expenditure management uses value for money analysis from the economic, efficiency and effectiveness levels of the Bantaeng Regency Government from the 2020-2022 Fiscal Year. Measuring performance in managing the revenue and expenditure budget using value for money analysis concluded that the Bantaeng Regency Government for the 2020 - 2022 budget year had used the economic concept with an average of 90.02%, the efficiency concept with an average of 90.21%, and the concept of effectiveness with an average of 90.92%. Although the three financial performance indicators measured using value for money analysis show relatively good performance, they are still not perfect.

Abstract

The research aims to find out whether electronic word of mouth (E-WoM) and perceived value can be a starting factor in an effort to increase blood donor intention using the expansion of the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) to attract potential onors,  especially in the West Java region. The data was collected using a questionnaire shared online with social media users who knew that the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) was an altruistic agency dealing with blood donors. Data was processed using the structural equation modelling (SEM) approach with the partial least squares method (PLS). Using the help of SmartPLS software, the research found that electronic word of mouth, emotional value, altruistic value, and functional value significantly influenced attitude and succeeded in becoming a starting factor in efforts to enhance blood donor intention. The research also revealed that social value does not support the formation of attitudes that mean people donate blood not for social recognition. The findings provide managerial implications to altruistic institutions in developing appropriate promotion strategies for recruiting potential donors based on the findings, theoretically contribute to the development of TPB theory, and are expected to be a reference for future research related to blood donor intention.

Abstract

Ease of access to information is both an advantage and a challenge for today's young generation. Students who are faced with easy access to information must be able to analyze and filter the information they receive from an early age. The development of this technology also needs to be balanced with efforts to develop Indonesian human resources. Through the independent curriculum, it is hoped that the quality of Indonesian human resources will be higher. The Merdeka Curriculum has an essential difference by combining science and social studies at the elementary school level to become science. In this research, science subjects were collaborated with a technology-based learning model using Artificial Intelligence, with the aim of describing students' abilities when taking part in the learning. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Four data collection techniques were used to describe this research, including interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this research show that science and science learning in elementary schools using Artificial Intelligence is very interesting for students with 95% indicators of learning interest. The use of Artificial Intelligence also trains students in accessing information and being more careful in sorting information. A finding that is no less interesting is that in the Artificial Intelligence learning process, there needs to be special and specific guidelines, so that students can achieve the Learning Goals efficiently.
