Sedangkan ilmu humaniora meliputi bahasa, linguistik, sastra, pendidikan, sejarah, hukum, filsafat, arkeologi, seni, dan ilmu sosial yang memiliki muatan humanistik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui implementasi merdeka belajar dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis kearifan lokal di MA Unggulan Darul Ulum. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Implementasi merdeka belajar di MA Unggulan Darul Ulum memang didesain agar peserta didik memiliki banyak alternatif kompetensi dan keterampilan yang relevan dikembangkan di masa depan. Kebebasan memilih dalam mengikuti pembelajaran dan praktik lapangan yang menjadi kebutuhan dan proyeksinya di masa depan, 2) Upaya menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam berbasis kearifan lokal di MA Unggulan Darul Ulum melalui pembelajaran berbasis pesantren, berupa nilai keimanan melalui pelajaran Tauhid, nilai ibadah melalui pelajaran fikih Tadzhib, nilai akhlak dengan Ta'lim Mutaalim, serta praktik-praktik yang lainnya sehingga peserta didik menguasai betul suatu pengetahuan dan memiliki produk yang jelas.

Abstract

This paper discusses conflict between and within religions occurring during the pandemic. The government’s regulation on closing public spaces, including houses of worship, has led all religious groups to perform and to do their worship from home. However, it is oftentimes disobeyed; some rituals and worships are believed to require a number of people to get involved in, including Jumah prayer which belongs to Islamic tradition and Ibadah Minggu which belongs to Christianity. The result shows that conflict that leads to violence often occurs in the process of reinforcing the regulation where mostly the rule-breakers act as the offenders. Yet, in some occasions, the Islamic tradition is generally treated in an exclusive manner. This paper also examines the best strategy to resolve religious conflict and to build peace as well as to prevent such conflict to happen yet another time in the future – that is, through dialogue accompanied by religious rituals and symbols.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze strategies for implementing spiritual intelligence in education as an effort to improve noble morals as well as being a role model for other educational institutions. This research was conducted at the Tunas Pratama Community Learning Activity Center, Blitar City with a descriptive qualitative method using a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. The research results show that the strategy for implementing spiritual quotient education at MAN 2 Blitar includes three stages, namely 1) strategic analysis using the environment and determining the formulation of mission, goals and policies; 2) implementation of spiritual education quotient with various programs managed by the religious team; 3) evaluation and control using direct and practical techniques.

Abstract

The significance of using an integrated approach to science and religion in Islamic Religious Education instruction in shaping and developing students’ character serves as the driving force behind this research. The author employed case study methodology along with qualitative research in this work. The investigation’s findings demonstrated how Islamic Religious Education is putting science and religion into practice through internal and external integrative methods of learning. Memorisation of brief letters, reading aloud from the Qur’an, memorising and reciting Asmaul Husna, daily prayers, tadarrus (reading the holy book together), and literacy exercises are all examples of internal integration that help pupils develop their character. While kids character is developed via everyday routines and activities, science and religion are externally integrated.

Abstract

Adolescence is a period marked by significant emotional, social, and physical transformations that affect a teenager’s identity, social interactions, and understanding of the world. During this time, adolescents often face identity confusion, anxiety, depression, and challenges in establishing healthy relationships with peers and parents. Thus, a sensitive and comprehensive approach is necessary to help them navigate these challenges. One such approach is the empathetic approach, introduced by Carl Rogers (1951) within the framework of humanistic therapy. Empathy, according to Rogers, involves understanding another person's feelings without judgment, and in the context of adolescents, it entails listening attentively, respecting their experiences, and providing a non-judgmental space for identity exploration. Research has shown that this empathetic approach can significantly benefit adolescents by enhancing their psychological well-being, improving their ability to manage stress, and fostering healthy interpersonal relationships. This article discusses the importance of empathy in supporting adolescents through various psychological issues, such as identity confusion, emotional fluctuations, peer pressure, bullying, and academic stress. The article also explores relevant theories, including Carl Rogers' Client-Centered Theory, Daniel Goleman's Emotional Intelligence, Paul Ekman’s Emotion Expression Theory, and Urie Bronfenbrenner’s Ecological Systems Theory. Furthermore, strategies for implementing an empathetic approach, such as active listening, providing emotional expression space, and avoiding judgment, are discussed. Ultimately, this article aims to provide insights and recommendations for parents, educators, and professionals to effectively support the emotional well-being of adolescents by integrating empathy into their interactions.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze moderate Islamic marketing strategies that are effective in attracting and maintaining the loyalty of young millennials in the digital era. This study uses a quantitative method based on positivism to analyze the influence of YouTube influencers on the purchase intention of Samsung A Series HP in South Tangerang. With multiple linear regression and classical assumption tests using SPSS, this study measures the relationship between the role of influencers and social media on purchasing decisions. The results are expected to provide insight for companies in designing more effective digital marketing strategies through the YouTube platform. The findings of this study are expected to provide insight for companies in designing more effective digital marketing strategies that are in accordance with the trends of young consumer behavior. This study concludes that the role of influencers and YouTube social media has a positive and significant influence on the purchase intention of Samsung A Series HP in South Tangerang. Partially, influencers who are effective in explaining products can increase consumer purchasing interest, as well as social media that provides good information. In addition, simultaneously, the combination of the role of influencers and social media contributes significantly to encouraging consumer purchasing decisions for the product.

Abstract

This research aims and focuses on finding out the most dominant leaning styles (visual, auditory and tactile learning styles) at Unklab Adventist Middle School (SMP). This research involved 33 respondents from class VIII B SMP Advent Unklab. The total respondent sampling method was used in this research using a questionnaire as the instrument distributed to the respondents. The questionnaire used in this research, which was adapted from the University of Texas Learning Center (2006), was to find out what learning styles was the most dominant learning styles at SMP Advent Unklab. The results showed that the most dominant learning style is visual learning style (M= 3.57) although it is only slightly different from tactile (M= 3.53), and the last one was auditory (M= 3.47).

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Impact of Independent Commissioners, Company Size, and Return on Assets on the Company Value of Non-Durable Household Products Sub-Sectors Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023". The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the impact of independent commissioners, company size, and return on assets on company value. This research design is associative with an associative type. This study uses secondary data. The population of this study is the household products sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023, totaling 11 companies. Sampling using purposive sampling and 6 companies were obtained as research samples. The method used is panel data analysis using Eviews 12 SV. Determination of the model with the chow test, hausman test, lagrange multiplier test, classical assumption test and using the regression equation, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. The research results show that the council is ndependent commissioners have a positive and significant effect on company value, company size has a negative and insignificant effect on company value, company size has a negative and insignificant effect on company value, and return on assets has a positive and insignificant effect on company value.

Abstract

The skin is the outermost part of the body that limits it from the human environment. Damage to the skin glands can cause skin disorders, one of which is acne. The bacteria that cause acne are Propionibacterium acnes bacteria. Antibiotics are needed to inhibit bacterial growth, but improper use can cause side effects. The purpose of this study was to explore the antibacterial activity of the ethanol extract gel preparation of rimbang leaves (solanum torvum swartz) against propionibacterium acnes bacteria. This research method is with an experimental quantitative approach. The stages of the study include screening of powdered simplicia and ethanol extract, Formulation of gel preparations without test materials and ethanol extract of rimbang leaves (EEDR) 10%, 20%, 30%, Evaluation tests of the preparations include: organoleptic, homogeneity, stability, adhesion, spreadability, viscosity, pH, irritation, and preference. Then the antibacterial activity test uses the well method. The results showed that the screening results on powdered simplicia and ethanol extract met the physical quality requirements of secondary metabolite compounds. The results of the antibacterial activity of EEDR 30% bacterial inhibition diameter of 14.33 ± 8.72. EEDR 20% produced a bacterial inhibition diameter of 12 ± 11.4. EEDR 10% produced a bacterial inhibition diameter of 10.67 ± 8.70. While the blank produced a bacterial inhibition diameter of 6.33 ± 3.26. From this study it can be concluded that the preparation of ethanol extract gel of rimbang leaves has inhibitory activity against Propionibacterium acnes bacteria.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at LPR Course. This research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing primary data collected from customers or students of the LPR Course as the sample. The data were gathered using a saturation sampling technique, involving 20 respondents. The study employs simple regression analysis to examine the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. The findings reveal that service quality has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction at LPR Course.
