Abstract

The purpose of this Research is to Analysis how influential between Dependent Variable and Independent Variable and find how to increase student learning motivation from research how influential between variables; (1) Teacher creativity of student learning motivation, (2) Teacher pedagogical completence of student learning motivation dan (3) creativity and teacher pedagogical completence of student learning motivation. From this research the writer to tested, to proved and to analyzed so how to make a relationships cause and effect to influence of teacher creativity and pedagogical competence of student learning motivation. The population in this research we teachers and student regency West Java. The method in this reaserch is survei causal with data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of data analysis are; (1) There are a positive and significant influence between teacher creativity of student learning motivation, (2) There are positive and significant direct effect of teacher pedagogical competence to student learning motivation dan (3) There are a positive and significant direct effect between creativity and teacher pedagogical competence of student motivation. The increasing student motivation will have and impact to student achievement outcomes. Keywords: Learning Achievement, Path Analysis Model, Educational Management, Learning Strategic Management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts to improve performance through a study of the direct influence of the variables of commitment to the profession, The selected sample amounted to 85 people using stratified proportional random sampling with the Cochran formula. This study uses a survey method with a SITOREM analysis. The results of this study conclude that: (1) There is a direct influence of empowerment on teacher performance with a value 0.342. The results of the SITOREM analysis show that the indicators that are still weak and need to be improved are; 1) competency development, 2) organizational support, 3) communication between subordinates and superiors, 4) flexibility in work. Keywords: leadership, organizational management, teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Halaqah Management and its Impact on Al-Qur'an Learningat MI PUI Barengkok, The selected sample amounted to 240 people MI PUI Barengkok in the Mafazah Islamic Boarding School Foundation. This study uses a survey method with an interview and observations analysis. The results of this study conclude that: The most relevant methods for learning the Koran for MI students are using the Iqro', Qiro'ati and Taqriran methods, habituation, example, practice, memorization and giving assignments, as well as playing, telling stories and singing. Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify the increase in the value of halal certification for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bantarsari Village. Halal issues have become a global phenomenon which is reflected in the existence of halal certification institutions in various parts of the world. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method through a review of relevant literature and observation of the implementation practices of the halal guarantee system in Indonesia. Data was collected from various sources such as journals, books, magazines, newspapers, electronic media including the official LPPOM MUI website, as well as through personal communication with competent sources. Research findings show that halal product certification has a positive impact in building a halal-focused business environment in Bantarsari Village. From a consumer perspective, halal certification provides protection, guarantees, information about the halalness of products, and functions as an ethical tool in business.

Abstract

This English tutoring programme is one form of community service programme (KKN-12 USA) in 2023 which aims to foster the ability of early childhood in learning English at Paud Insan Madani. In addition, there are other objectives, namely from the implementation of this programme, students can apply the knowledge and theories that have been obtained from the world of lectures, besides that the campus can show the community that students are able to reinforce the existence of universities that are able to create or give birth to the nation's successor cadres who are able to bring better changes to society. The target of this service is early childhood in Bantarsari Village RT 01 Rancabungur District, Bogor Regency. And this programme has the main objective, namely through the English tutoring programme, early childhood can get basic knowledge of English such as how to pronounce well and correctly, be it words or sentences used in daily activities related to their lives and ages. This tutoring programme lasts about 4 weeks with 2 meetings each on Friday and Saturday. From this programme it can be seen that before this activity the children did not understand anything about English and after this activity the children have a change in English language skills at a basic level.

Abstract

Moral decline and uneducated behavior from students is an inevitable challenge in the world of education. Akhlakul Karimah character can be created through religious culture in the school environment. Teachers as a superior sector, role models and role models for students have an important role in internalizing this religious culture. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection methods. The data source comes from interviews with the head of the institution and four teachers. Data analysis uses an interactive model, namely through the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the strategies adopted by teachers to realize students' religious culture are cultivating the 6S (Senyum, Salam, Salim, Sapa, Sopan, Santun), getting used to praying together before and after studying, muroja'ah short surahs, reading and memorizing Al Quran, getting used to shalat together, turning on sholawat chants, watching the story of Nabiyullah, decorating the classroom walls with calligraphy, hijaiyah letters, and Islamic nuances, cultivating an attitude of mutual tolerance and mutual respect, getting used to saying bismillah, alhamdulillah, Masha Allah, Subhanallah, Allahu Akbar, and muroja'ah Surah Al Kahf. Supporting factors for the realization of students' religious culture are students' internal motivation, school policy on conducting study tours, exemplary teacher, adequate school facilities and infrastructure, and the establishment of cooperation between teachers and teachers, teachers and parents, teachers and students. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor for the realization of students' religious culture is that students come from different regions.

Abstract

This research aims to review the history of Islamic education in the 19th century in the fields of history, problems and contributions to civilization. To take positive values from the progress of Islamic education in the past and take ibrah/lessons from the factors that trigger the decline of Islamic education. Islamic education aims to form perfect humans, carry out religious teachings, create a generation that believes and is devoted to Allah SWT, does good deeds, has noble character, has knowledge and is able to compete with the progress of the times. This research uses a qualitative method, namely in-depth observation of the history of Islamic education in the 19th century, as well as revealing several figures who have succeeded in laying the foundations of Islamic civilization, in building the ummah, as well as the contributions that have been inherited in the world of education, such as: Muhammad Abdh, Rasyid Ridah, Jamaludin Al Afgani, Fathi al-Fawzan, as well as Indonesian national figures such as Syekh Ahmad Kahtib Al Minangkabawi, KH. Ahmad Dahlan, Hasyim al-'Asy'ari, Rahma El Yunusiyah and others. They were figures who contributed greatly to building Islamic civilization. Islamic education figures contributed to the development of Islam so that it was able to reach the peak of Islamic glory during the Abbasid dynasty as evidenced by the birth of famous Islamic figures such as Al Farabi, Ibnu Sina, Ibn Tufail and left a valuable legacy in science. The contribution of written works from Islamic figures becomes gold work and is very valuable as a reference in the world of education

Abstract

This research aims to find out the relationship of Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMA N 1 Tawangsari to teacher readiness in teaching. SMA N 1 Tawangsari is the place where this research was conducted. Research using descriptive with Quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation as support. Data analysis techniques use regression analysis to determine the effect of Variable (X) to Variable (Y). The method used is the correlational research method. The results showed that there was an influence between Variable (x) and Variable (Y). Because, the results obtained from the Product Moment Test are r count of 0.888 and r table value of 0.878. Criteria r count> r table. So, Ha is accepted because there is an influence between variables. Furthermore, the calculation of the coefficient is known to be the value of r square 0.888 the influence of teacher guidance on psychomotor abilities is in the high category.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the learning interest of class II students at SDN BANYU URIP II Surabaya through the use of audio visual media in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method with two cycles, descriptive and naturalistic in nature. Research procedures consist of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research results show that the use of audio-visual media can significantly increase students' interest in learning. In the first cycle, the average student learning outcome was 76.81%, increasing to 82.24% in the second cycle. This shows an increase in students' interest in learning through the use of audio-visual media in PAI learning. In conclusion, the use of audio visual media is effective in increasing students' interest in learning. With this media, students can learn more effectively, innovatively and have fun. The research results also show that learning with audio-visual media can improve students' memory and make learning more enjoyable. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers use audio-visual media wisely in the learning process to achieve optimal learning goals.
