Abstract

Supporting the Company's business activities, CSR must be implemented not only as an implementation of responsibility but also as an obligation for the business world. CSR can be said to be future savings for companies to gain profits. The benefits obtained are not just financial benefits but more on the trust of the surrounding community and stakeholders based on the principles of volunteerism and partnership. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to enforce the law for Limited Liability Companies that do not implement Corporate Social Responsibility. This research uses a normative type of research. The results of this research are that Limited Liability Companies have an obligation to implement CSR. However, if a Limited Liability Company does not implement CSR, there are no legal sanctions related to Limited Liability Companies that do not implement CSR. If there are no regulations that enforce it, many companies will ignore CSR provisions and this will become an obstacle in the future in implementing CSR.

Abstract

This research delves into the assessment of social media implementation at PT Fertilizer Sriwidjaja Palembang, with a specific focus on the TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube platforms. The study aims to discern the influence of these platforms on brand awareness, product sales, and consumer behavior. Utilizing interviews, observations, and qualitative data analysis, the findings reveal that TikTok plays a substantial role in elevating both brand awareness and sales. Meanwhile, Instagram emerges as an effective platform for comprehensive product introduction, and YouTube introduces an innovative dimension through the creation of compelling content. This study sheds light on the multifaceted impact of social media platforms on various aspects of business at PT Fertilizer Sriwidjaja Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and describe in depth the professional development strategy of teachers at Santa Maria and Santa Angela Junor High School with a focus on the discussion of planning, implementation and evaluation of strategies and obstacles faced in developing professional competence of teachers. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The Professional Competence Development Strategy of teachers are divided into 3 stages: planning, implementation and supervision, and evaluation; (2) Obstacles faced in developing professional competence of teachers include: Implementation sometimes clashes with teacher activity schedules or with activities at school; The principal's feeling of discomfort in supervising senior teachers; Always using the same trainer with methods that are less interesting, boring and difficult to understand; Limited time for interviews with individual coaching by the Foundation; Lack of awareness and motivation to participate in training and coaching.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see how auditor competence and independence affect audit quality. The background to this research is the importance of audit quality for stakeholders and the role of auditor competence and independence in improving audit quality. Data was collected through auditor reviews from various Public Accounting Firms (KAP). The research results show that the auditor's expertise and independence contribute significantly and positively to audit quality. In addition, the relationship between expertise and independence was also found to strengthen audit quality. This research shows that improving auditor education, training and experience and maintaining auditor independence are critical to producing high-quality audits.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that influence investment decisions for millennials and Generation Z in Purwokerto. The quantitative method was used in this study, and primary data was collected through a survey. The population of this research is millennials and Generation Z in Purwokerto, which comprises 125 respondents. IBM SPSS Statistics 26 was used to analyse the research data to conclude. The results stated that financial literacy, overconfidence, herding, and risk tolerance positively affect investment decisions. This is because millennials and Generation Z have sound economic knowledge, high confidence in making decisions, have people as a reference in taking action, and see risks when deciding to invest. Meanwhile, risk perception hurts millennial and Generation Z investment decisions in Purwokerto.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine how Attitudes (X1), Subjective Norms (X2), and Behavioral Control (X3) influence Investment Interest (Y) in students at the Faculty of Economics, Uniska Kediri who have undergone Capital Markets School training. This research uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach, by selecting 100 respondents through random sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire administered via SPSS version 22 software. The process of data analysis encompassed various procedures such as instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The findings of the study indicate that Attitudes, Subjective Norms, and Behavioral Control exert a noteworthy impact on Investment Interest among students enrolled in the Faculty of Economics at Uniska Kediri.

Abstract

This research aims to recognize the challenges and opportunities for local Indonesia investors towards investment potential as an impact of the development of the National Capital City (IKN) of the archipelago. This research is a type of qualitative research, with a normative juridical research approach. Data collection is carried out by the literature study method, which will then be presented in the form of a narrative description. The development of IKN Nusantara is one of the most historic moments in Indonesia, from the original location of the capital city of Indonesia to be placed in the Special Capital Region Province of Jakarta, then moved to East Kalimantan Province. The development of the Nusantara IKN has an impact on investor opportunities in various sectors, one of which is related to renewable energy. However, this investment opportunity should not only be an opportunity for foreign investors, but must also be sought how local Indonesian investors also contribute. Although there are challenges, such as global geopolitical risks, there are a number of great opportunities that can be taken advantage of, including the huge market potential for local investors in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of female MSME actors in increasing family income from a maqashid sharia perspective. This research uses qualitative research methods. The data in this research was obtained from primary data through interviews and observations with female MSME actors in the East Gegutu Environment. Sample determination is carried out using the method random sampling thus obtaining three informants. Data analysis was carried out using a descriptive method with stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the research show that the role of female MSME actors is very positive in increasing family income and continuing to implement the five main elements that must be maintained in Islam (maqashid sharia), namely hifz ad-din, hifz an-nafs, hifz al-'aql, hifz an-nasl, Andhifz al-mal.

Abstract

This review aims to explore the most effective leadership styles for this new generation, taking into account their specific needs, expectations and challenges. The transformational leadership style has proven to be especially beneficial for Generation Z, driving increased enthusiasm, efficiency, and engagement in a variety of organizational environments, including public, corporate, and social settings. The research method used is comparative and uses a mixed research approach. The population is Generation Z from various organizational environments and samples were taken from Generation Z and previous generations. Comparative analysis through statistical tests to compare the effectiveness and preferences of leadership styles between Generation Z and previous generations. Research shows that adopting a transformational leadership approach is the optimal way to lead Generation Z effectively. However, existing research has limitations, highlighting the need for more in-depth research into effective leadership for Generation Z. Future research should focus on several areas, including long-term impacts. Leadership styles on Generation Z's career development and Generation Z's response to the hybrid leadership approach.

Abstract

Technological innovations are currently undergoing tremendous growth. The large number of internet users and social media is a sign of technological progress. In addition, the beauty business is also seeing fast expansion. Therefore, many brands from this industry are renewing to attract people's buying interest. This study aims to determine the influence of Social Media Marketing, Perceived Quality, and Brand Advocacy on Wardah Cosmetics Buying interest in UPN "Veteran" East Java Students. The data collection method used was through the distribution of questionnaires. A sampling of this study uses a purposive sampling technique with 100 respondents. Data analysis technique using SmartPLS ver 4.1. The results showed that Social Media Marketing, Perceived Quality, and Brand Advocacy have a positive and cynical influence on Buying interest.
