Abstract

Higher education as a responsible party in the mindset of treatment is not in accordance with the demands of society. Islamic religion learning should always be based on the code of ethics and morals. The application of islamic religion learning is mostly only concerned with cognitive aspects so that it ignores the development of affective aspects, the formation of the character of students by using the paradigm of living values education. The purpose of writing this research is to design and implement ethics in college circles that are worth living. Data analysis techniques using quantitative methods by interviewing several students in one of the universities in Riau. the results of this study will show how the development and progress of islamic religion learning models based on living values education (LVE) in higher education. With this research, it will create the development and application of religious living values educations (LVE) in higher education learning, so as to create a moral person based on ethical morals as an istihad effort in restoring the essence of the demands that exist in the scope of society. The limitations of this research are limited distance and time so that it lacks complete and perfect information, therefore researchers hope that further researchers can develop and perfect this research.

Abstract

Advances in information technology in the current era of globalization is very rapid. The progress of information technology is marked by the ease in finding and receiving information, especially in the world of education. So that technology can be used as a tool for students in the world of education by utilizing the internet. The internet is a medium that provides many facilities, one of which is social media. Social media is a means of information and communication that has many impacts and influences in the world of education, both positive and negative impacts. In line with that this research aims to find out the impact of social media and its influence in the world of education. The method used by researchers in this study is a quantitative method using a survey model using Google forms and in-depth interviews with several students. This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah level students in Cirebon. The results of this study indicate that social media can have positive and negative influences and impacts in the world of education. One of the negative impacts felt by students from the use of social media in the world of education is the easy distraction of students’ concentration during the learning process.

Abstract

Basically a person must have consideration in every action he will do. It is difficult for someone to maintain every action if they find a bad environment. Someone has been given the ability to take responsibility in choosing what actions will become a necessity in acting. This study aims to find out that Homeschooling can be an alternative defense of Akhlakul Karimah (Noble Characters) for someone. This research uses a qualitative method because it uses in-depth knowledge examination in order to know more about accurate data research through the WhatsApp media about the importance of social influences that will have an impact on this Homeschooling education. The results of his research are how homeschooling can be a solution as a stronghold of one’s Akhlakul Karimah (Noble Characters) due to not meeting an environment that is not expected by parents whose impact can worsen the morals of a student. What becomes an obstacle is when educators are unable to set an example and have a good approach and do not understand knowledge in depth. This research can conclude that homeschooling as education is a solution to the defense of Akhlakul Karimah (Noble Characters) which is very good. However, in its application it is hoped that teaching staff, namely parents or people who have high professionalism, can be a good example so that children are comfortable with learning Homeschooling.

Abstract

Education is a change in the behavior of students for the better. In education teachers have an important role in the progress of education. The teacher plays a major role in achieving educational goals. Teachers must be able to develop the potential of students optimally. In the process of optimally developing the potential of students, a teacher should be able to convey learning material appropriately and well. One of the things that must be mastered in learning is the learning method. One of the learning methods is the hypoteaching method. This study aims to see the effect of using the hypoteaching method in learning jurisprudence in schools on student learning outcomes. The research method that the author uses is a quantitative research method by distributing questionnaires to teachers and students at schools related to the use of the hypoteaching method in learning Fiqh. From the results of the research that the authors did, the use of the hypoteaching method in learning greatly influenced student learning outcomes. The hypoteaching method is often used by teachers in learning. The hypoteaching method makes students more enthusiastic in learning which increases student achievement.

Abstract

Education is the most important pillar in a nation, where the goals contained in education are to be able to educate the nation's life and also be able to nurture all the achievements and potential that exists within each student, so that later they can become good and superior individuals to be able to compete, both in the national and international arena. Every existing educational institution must have a learning curriculum, because the curriculum is a design and arrangement that guides the continuity of education. The purpose of the study was to analyze how the independent curriculum forms in education management in an elementary school. This research uses a qualitative approach method with a descriptive form, which emphasizes more on explanatory and explanatory studies. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, and observation, the data is obtained by describing the opinions of the samples from the results of interviews conducted directly. The results showed that the independent curriculum in an educational management in elementary schools can run very well, safely and there are not many obstacles faced. Because the application of the independent curriculum in elementary schools makes students quite challenged and welcomes it well. Because the curriculum is something very new for students, many are enthusiastic about it. The weaknesses contained in the research are that the researchers did not visit many elementary schools, because they only focused on one place and on one of the students. for that further researchers are expected to have many other samples.

Abstract

Slow learners or also known as slow learners have unique characteristics. One of them is that slow learners have low memory and concentration. Mathematics teachers’ understanding of slow learners in regular schools needs to be considered so that slow learners achieve the same goals as regular students in learning mathematics. In general, this study aims to describe and analyze how the process of learning mathematics in slow learners in regular schools. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews. The main data used in this study is primary data. The data in this study are the results of unstructured interviews with the required informants. Based on the results of the analysis obtained (1) the importance of teachers and parents in overcoming problems in slow learners, (2) the strategy or approach used by the teacher is one of the supporting factors for the success of slow learners in the mathematics learning process, (3) teachers in regular schools have several obstacles in the mathematics learning process such as not being too familiar with implementing inclusive education in regular schools, (4) regular schools recommending the parents of the students concerned to transfer slow learners to inclusive schools so that slow learners get more special attention in learning, especially mathematics learning

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between empowering leadership and career success and the mediating role of psychological empowerment in the process of forming employee careers. The research method used is a quantitative research type with a survey method. The population of banking employees with a research sample of 300 banking employees in East Java. Analysis using PLS SEM. The results of the study show that empowering leadership is positively related to psychological empowerment and career success. besides that psychological empowerment also plays a positive role in mediating the relationship between empowering leadership and career success. This study outlines that psychological empowerment is an effective stimulus in enhancing the relationship between empowering leadership and career success. implications of contributing practically in the development of theories and strategies that can be applied in banking. Additionally future research directions are suggested.

Abstract

Coaching is essentially an activity or activity that is carried out consciously, planned, directed and organized responsibly in order to develop and improve, abilities and resources available to achieve goals. This research is a way to evaluate the Cub Scout Leader program at An-Nur Darunnajah 8 Cidokom Islamic Boarding School This research is an evaluation research with the Countenace Stake model. Data collection using techniques, observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods supported through data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with Majlis daily Coordinator and Scoutmaster. Based on this research, the planning of scout coaches has been conceptualized very well, it can be calculated at 100%, because it is in accordance with the central government guidelines. In terms of implementation obtained with a good category, it can be calculated at 88.89%. Of the four aspects evaluated including: Program Implementation, Process Planning, Implementation of the Cub Scout coaching process, Process Assessment, almost all aspects have been fulfilled by the An-Nur Darunnajah 8 Islamic Boarding School. The evaluation results show that all aspects of the results of the evaluation of the implementation or implementation of the Cub Scout Leader Role program have been fulfilled by the An-Nur Darunnajah 8 Islamic Boarding School. Obtained in the sufficient category, can be calculated at 75%. This can be seen from the existence of skills between students and scout coaches as well as the timeliness of the coaches and the presence of coaches in learning.

Abstract

The success of education cannot be separated from the teacher's performance in learning activities. Academic supervision carried out by the principal is one of the supporting activities in improving teacher performance in teaching. The aim of the research is to describe and analyze the academic supervision of PAI teachers in lesson planning, learning implementation, and learning evaluation. The paradigm of this research is post-positivism. The analysis of this research includes the stages before in the field, during the field and after in the field. The results of the study show that the principal has carried out supervision by showing that the teacher's planning and implementation skills in learning are competent, it's just that there are still a few weaknesses in the teacher in carrying out evaluations, the principal must pay more attention to the evaluation aspect of supervision, whereas in terms of  teaching performance, the teacher must be more improve its performance in the aspect of learning evaluation and follow-up of student assessment results. school principals must pay more attention to the evaluation aspect of supervision and teachers must further improve their performance in the evaluation aspect of learning and following up on student assessment results. The recommendation of the researcher  the next that the implementation of academic supervision at the Walisongo Education Foundation in Magelang has quite significant implications for increasing the professionalism of teachers there. If the principal is more intent on implementing academic supervision, the teacher's performance will be more competent

Abstract

Education is something that is familiar in life, and cannot be separated from the human soul, education is a big benchmark for every ability possessed by a person, where everyone takes education in order to achieve their goals in the future. Likewise with Islamic education, Islamic education also contains various matters concerning the religion of Islam, then Islamic education also becomes a reference for every Muslim in the world to assist them in solving every subject matter regarding religion that occurs in everyday life. Education is also an extraordinary thing to elevate one's level of life. This research also discusses the factors that will influence the policies of school principals, teachers and also the government. The purpose of this research is to find out what are the factors in Islamic education that can influence government policies, school principals, and teachers. The research method used is a method with descriptive qualitative understanding by interviewing one of the elementary school teachers in the area where the researcher lives, by asking several questions. Researchers ask several questions related to the subject matter raised. Interviews were conducted continuously until the answers were sufficient to describe the actual situation. The results of this study are that there are many influences of Islamic education that arise in government policies, principals and teachers.
