Abstract

This research aims to analyze how traditional values in Islamic boarding schools have transformed in the context of the dating phenomenon among Islamic boarding school students in the digital era. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, this research explores the influence of communication technology, such as social media, on student dating, which was previously strictly controlled by Islamic boarding school norms. Data was collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, providing an in-depth picture of interactions between students and the use of digital media in romantic contexts. The research results show that Islamic boarding school students use social media as a means of dating, which often deviates from hard-line traditional values. This research identifies new dynamics where traditional and modern values collide and interact, creating a third space where norms and values are shaped and renegotiated. The implications of this research are essential for Islamic boarding school caregivers in formulating educational strategies relevant to today's technology and for policymakers in designing interventions that balance traditional values and students' freedom in the digital era.

This research aims to analyze the development of Islamic education by implementing the values of Multicultural Islamic religious education in madrasas. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach and a case study type of research. Data collection techniques used participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model: data display, data reduction, and concluding. Abstract

This research aims to understand the maslahah principle in the maqashid sharia concept, which is used as a basis for making laws for justice and prosperity, and how this principle is applied in Islamic economics and business. This research uses a qualitative approach with data analysis techniques such as field notes to conclude. This research tool measures events and collects data based on information from the parties involved (sellers and buyers). The data collected is based on observations of consumers and sellers' followers. The research results show that in online buying and selling transaction activities, it is essential to pay attention to the principles of justice in order to avoid things that can harm other parties and can be held accountable. In this case, the mu'amalah relationship that is the main thing in transactions in online buying and selling is the contract and "an taroodhin". According to Imam al-Juwainy, the implementation of maqashid sharia in online buying and selling transactions in the marketplace has been fulfilled. However, several other minor aspects still need to be fulfilled, such as protecting assets, both for the seller and the buyer.

Abstract

This research analyzes Hassan Hanafi's liberation thoughts: Al-Turats wa Al Tajdid, hermeneutics of liberation, and the Islamic left. The method used in this research is library research with a descriptive-analytic method, namely using interpretive analysis of books by Hassan Hanafi as primary data and articles, research journals, and other scientific works related to the research object as secondary data. The research results show that Al Turats Wa Tajdid is a significant project in the revival of Islam. This Hanafi idea changed the concept of Islamic theology from theocentric to anthropocentric. The second is Hassan Hanafi's hermeneutics of liberation using three methods: 1) Historical-Criticism, 2) Eidetic-Conciusness, and 3) Practical-Conciusness. The third is the movement for the liberation of Islamic thought called the "Islamic Left". This movement is intended to fight colonialism, Zionism, and Western hegemony, as well as the oppressive ruling elite, as well as against ignorance and confinement. This research makes a significant contribution in inspiring readers to follow the renewal of Hanafi thought, which elevates Islamic theology as a driver of social change and solutions to social problems, as well as changing the Islamic theology curriculum to focus on social reality rather than just God.

Abstract

Mental health for every individual, starting from the family, school, workplace, to the general public has become the main focus at this time. In 2020, when the massive spread of the COVID-19 virus, many people's mental health was disturbed. In the current condition of society, it appears that the mental health of each individual cannot be generalized. Good health enables people to realize their potential, cope with the normal stresses of life, work productively and contribute to their communities. Al-Kindi is a philosopher who is very tenacious in carrying out his shari'at. One of the philosophies studied by Al-Kindi is the philosophy of the soul. The purpose of this study is to find out preventive measures that can be taken to avoid mental illness. This research uses a type of qualitative research, based on library research (literary study). The research approach used in this article is a historical approach and a philosophical approach. This study uses a rationalistic approach with comparative analysis techniques, namely comparing one reference with another. The conclusion of this research is when you want a calm soul, you have to use rational (reason). Because desire and love are sensuous will experience destruction and annihilation. Meanwhile, rational love is always eternal and constant and does not experience destruction and loss. That's why, people who want to be happy and prevent themselves from being disturbed by sadness, then he must make his love and desire in the rational world not in the sensory world.

Abstract

This study explores efforts to enhance religious moderation among the Madurese community through local wisdom-based religious mentoring. The concept of wisdom here encompasses social religion, social culture, and social economy. The research focuses on strengthening Madurese community moderatism through such mentoring activities. Conducted as a field study with qualitative methods, this research relies on primary data from observations and interviews, and secondary data from statistical and literature sources. Using the Miles and Huberman analysis technique, the study yields two key findings. Firstly, the current state of religious moderation in Madurese society is unhealthy, evidenced by the rise of religious groups or movements exhibiting conservatism and radical tendencies in addressing contemporary social religious issues. Secondly, the Madurese community possesses local wisdom values that support religious moderation, including pesantren institutions, traditional cultural constructions with high respect for religious symbols, and diverse resources significantly influencing collective religious awareness. Efforts to strengthen religious moderation involve local wisdom-based diversity assistance activities, utilizing community worldviews that reflect their creativity and unique social religious characteristics. This study's results can significantly contribute to enhancing religious moderation in Indonesia, serving as a reference for other regions with similar characteristics. The findings can help develop a religious mentoring model that leverages local wisdom and measures its effectiveness in fostering moderate attitudes and behaviors.

Abstract

This research focuses on implementing Elsimil to increase family resilience and prevent stunting in children. This research uses library research methods. Primary data includes works such as "Ushul Fiqh" by Amir Syarifuddin, while secondary data includes books, articles, and other relevant literature. The findings of this study show that Elsimil contributes to family resilience by preventing stunting in children. This is achieved by early pregnancy planning and addressing early health problems. From the perspective of sadd dzariah, Elsimil is classified as neutral sadd dzariah by Ibn Qayyim, which involves using precautionary measures to avoid potential harm. Specifically, Elsimil serves as a means to prevent marital discord by offering early health intervention for expectant parents. Implementing Elsimil as a tool for family resilience, from Sadd Dzariah's perspective, is the right step. By planning pregnancies early and providing solutions for prospective brides and grooms, Elsimil helps prevent the birth of children with disabilities, thereby fostering household harmony. The implications of this research highlight the importance of integrating modern technological tools with traditional Islamic principles to increase family resilience and ensure the well-being of future generations.
