Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan kebutuhan bagi guru-guru di SD Negeri 024868 Binjai terhadap kemampuan dalam menguasai sosial emosional dalam menerapkan perkembangan kurikulum khusunya kurikulum merdeka. Kondisi mitra sebelum dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kurang dalam penguasaan sosial emosional dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka sehingga perlu sosialisasi yang matang agar guru-guru di SD Negeri 024868 Binjai dapat menerapkan kurikulum merdeka. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sumberdaya berupa cara agar guru-guru di SD Negeri 024868 Binjai dapat menerepakan sosial emosional yang baik dalam melaksanakan kurikulum medeka, sehingga pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Mitra kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah seluruh guru di SD Negeri 024868 Binjai yang berjumlah 24 orang. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam 5 tahap, yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi dan keberlanjutan program. Luaran yang ditargetkan adalah artikel ilmiah pada jurnal terindeks SINTA, Terbit Elektronik Media Massa, video kegiatan di unggah di laman youtube lembaga. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi kemampuan guru dalam mengusai sosial emosionalnya maka semakin baik guru dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka dalam proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran.

Abstract

The Makeup and Beauty Department at FPP UNP is part of vocational education with a profile of graduates who are able to work in the world of business and industry (DUDI), continue their education to a higher level, and become entrepreneurs in the beauty sector. However, the results of the 2022-2023 Tracer Study show the low interest of TRK alumni in entrepreneurship and a lack of skills in digital marketing, management and business bookkeeping. Apart from that, the achievement and participation of TRK students in the PKMK UNP program is also still low. The Entrepreneurship Strengthening Program (PPK) in its first year in 2024 aims to increase the competency of students and alumni in managing beauty salon businesses. Achievement targets for the first year (2024) for partners: (1) Increase partner HR competency in line with developing trends, (2) master beauty salon business management and bookkeeping, (3) master digital marketing techniques, (4) be able to produce innovative beauty products, such as false eyelashes made from natural fibers from kepok banana stems with Halal Eyelash branding. The main output of the PPK Service Scheme is the formation of three new entrepreneurs consisting of two students and one TRK alumni. Program outputs include scientific articles, activity videos, electronic media articles, and ISBN books related to product innovation. This program supports UNP's strategy in the 2020-2025 Strategic Plan, focusing on community service and solutions to social problems.

Abstract

Kecamatan Panti, Nagari Panti Selatan, memiliki produksi pisang terbesar di Kabupaten Pasaman. Jumlah produksi pisang di daerah ini pada saat panen raya cukup besar, sehingga terjadi kelebihan produksi. Produksi pisang lebih besar daripada permintaan. Kondisi ini menyebabkan produksi pisang berlebihan karena masyarakat hanya menganggap pisang sebagai pisang untuk dijual dan tidak dikonsumsi secara signifikan. Selain itu, harga pisang sangat berubah-ubah dan cenderung rendah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pedagang kecil di nagari Panti Selatan, Kecamatan Panti, Kabupaten Pasaman sebagai mitra dengan memanfaatkan potensi daerah yang ada tetapi belum termanfaatkan secara optimal yaitu pisang menjadi produk yang bervariasi, seperti dodol pisang, nugget pisang, keripik pisang, dan stik pisang.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki kontribusi besar dalam perekonomian Indonesia, khususnya di sektor kuliner. Namun, banyak UMKM menghadapi kendala dalam mengelola keuangan dan menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak sinergi antara manajemen keuangan dan digital marketing dalam pengembangan UMKM “Zet & Chici,” sebuah bisnis makanan ringan yang didirikan pada tahun 1991 oleh Ibu Zet dan kini dikelola bersama dengan anaknya, Chici, sebagai generasi penerus. Pemanfaatan pendekatan pelatihan manajemen keuangan dan pemasaran digital, penelitian ini menemukan adanya peningkatan efisiensi keuangan dan peningkatan jangkauan pasar. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi rujukan bagi UMKM dalam mengintegrasikan keuangan dan pemasaran digital untuk memajukan usaha mereka di era digital.

Abstract

The management of an organization often has many obstacles such as less optimal management of organizational documents, news portals, financial reports, correspondence documentation, activity documentation or data collection of members of the organization. Therefore, a reliable management system is needed so that management in the organization can be carried out more optimally. Likewise with the management in the Muhammadiyah Branch Executive, Batam Kota District, a reliable system is also needed to support the movement of various activities in the organization. The website-based information system developed is an answer to this problem. This system can be used to manage various activities and monitor their progress as well as make it easier for administrators to collect data on their members. This system can also display various institutional news so that the public is more familiar with the Muhammadiyah Branch Executive of Batam Kota District as a community organization with Islamic nuances that also carries out da'wah activities to spread goodness. So this is an agenda in this community service activity for the development of information systems and assistance in the implementation of the system both for managers and users of the system, as well as as a concrete step for the contribution of Higher Education in empowering the community by applying scientific principles that are useful for the benefit of the community.

Abstract

Local food ingredients are very common ingredients, especially among the local community. Local food is generally easier to obtain and affordable, which usually has nutritional value that is beneficial for health. One of them is chayote and orange which have very good benefits for health. Consumption of local food is usually only processed according to the culture and traditions of the local community, which has its own recipes and processing methods. However, in the current era of globalization, there needs to be product innovation regarding the processing of local food ingredients. So that the use of local food ingredients can be managed properly in supporting agriculture, and become more attractive to consume, especially by children. Children are the next generation of the nation who play an important role in the development of the nation. Fulfillment of balanced nutrition is an important factor in the growth and development of children. This balanced nutritional condition is a major concern, especially in rural areas, in order to create quality, intelligent, and healthy human resources (HR). In addition, with the new innovation regarding the processing of local food ingredients, it will have an impact on improving the skills of mothers and children. This activity aims to provide education to the community on how to process local food ingredients into nutritious, innovative foods, and become a solution to overcome the problem of balanced nutrition, especially in rural areas.

Abstract

Kampung Cikurantung, Desa Padamukti, Kecamatan Pasirwangi, Kabupaten Garut, memiliki beberapa usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) yang memproduksi aneka keripik dan bakcang. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada umkm yang ada di Desa Padamukti yaitu terkendalanya pada penjualan, pemasaran, sertifikasi keamanan dan konsistensi rasa produk. Belum tersertifikasi halal dan nomor PIRT serta nomor NIB pada produk, membuat penjual kesusahan dalam memasarkan produk ke masyarakat luas yang ada di Kabupaten Garut Raya. Logo pada produk yang telah ada kurang modern dan tulisan ‘’Keripik Tibela’t’’ nya kurang terbaca. Untuk meningkatkan penjualan bacang kampung Cikurantung serta memberikan informasi pada masyarakat luas dengan cara promosi produk, diajukanlah untuk pembuatan video profile produk

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk melatih Ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Botan yang memiliki waktu luang yang banyak sehingga memiliki keterampilan untuk membuat Bunga Hias dari Kulit Jagung dan Biji Karet yang bisa mereka pasarkan secara Online dengan memanfaat Teknologi yaitu dengan cara memasarkan di media sosial. Disamping itu, Ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Botan juga menjualnya secara Offline yaitu dengan menjual ke toko-toko bunga dan furniture yang berada di daerah nagari panti timur maupun di kabupaten pasaman. Setelah ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Botan Jorong Kuamang Nagari panti Timur Kecamatan Panti Kabupaten Pasaman melakukan pelatihan pembuatan Bunga Hias dari Kulit Jagung dan Biji Karet maka ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Botan tersebut memiliki keterampilan sehingga bisa membuat usaha yang akan membantu meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga mereka. Dengan demikian waktu luang yang mereka miliki ketika pulang kerumah pada siang harinya dari kebun dan sawah bisa dimanfaatka sebaik mungkin, tentunya dalam hal ini adalah pembuatan Bunga Hias dari Kulit Jagung dan Biji Karet yang merupakan limbah dari kebun mereka dan ketika di olah menjadi Bunga Hias dariKulit Jagung dan Biji Karet memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi.

Abstract

Lambung Bukik Village in Padang City, West Sumatra, has great potential for community-based tourism development. This article aims to examine strategic approaches in empowering local communities through sustainable tourism. This study uses a participatory method by involving local communities in every stage of development, from planning to implementation. The results show that a community-based approach can increase environmental awareness, optimize local economic potential, and encourage active community participation in sustainable natural resource management. Recommendations include community training, strengthening local institutions, and collaboration with the private sector and government.

Abstract

Providing clean water is an effort to meet the community’s need for clean water, which is a basic need for the community. Providing clean water is carried out in various ways, such as drinking water supply systems (SPAM), regional drinking water companies (PDAM) and construction of water strage tanks. Water supply clean water is carried out, namely by building a system of water storage tanks for community ablutions. There is also a goal of providing clean water, namely to improve the level of community health. In providing clean water, students have a work program to fulfill the results or value of KKN. Therefore, in order to manage development As the provision of clean water becomes more well planned, a database is needed that accommodates information regarding the availability of clean water in a location. Nagari atan Korong which can then be developed by Ekasakti University KKN-PPM Students 2024.
