<![CDATA[Smart city telah menjadi tren di seluruh dunia. Ini telah berkembang dari peningkatan infrastruktur dan layanan di seluruh kota. Meskipun demikian, sebagian besar kota menghadapi kesulitan untuk mewujudkan tujuan cerdas mereka. Namun, ada masalah utama dalam menerapkan konsep smart city yaitu perlu adanya perencanaan yang matang serta didukung oleh ASN yang dalam penerapan konsep smart city. <![CDATA[The 2024 general election in Indonesia has become a global concern due to the potential vulnerabilities that could occur. Bawaslu Bekasi Regency as an organization that plays an important role in the election process, must have an effective strategy and culture in dealing with this vulnerability index. This study aims to determine the strategy and organizational culture of the Bekasi Regency Bawaslu in responding to the 2024 election vulnerability index. The results showed that Bawaslu Bekasi Regency has developed a solid strategy and culture in dealing with the vulnerability index, including improving the quality of human resources, improving communication with the community, and improving security and order. These results show that the Bekasi Regency Bawaslu is ready to face the 2024 election vulnerability index with an effective strategy and culture.]]>

<![CDATA[BPJS Kesehatan is a national health insurance program in Indonesia managed by the Social Security Administering Agency. The elimination of classes in BPJS Kesehatan is one of the major reform steps in the health insurance system in Indonesia. This study aims to see the perspective of the Policy of Equalizing Social Status of Society through the Elimination of Classes in BPJS Kesehatan. This study uses a normative legal approach method, namely a method that reviews and discusses research objects by emphasizing legal aspects. The data obtained in this study will be analyzed using qualitative analysis methods. Comprehensive and participatory policies will be more effective in achieving the goal of equality. <![CDATA[Stunting Stunting is a malnutrition that results in impaired growth and development of the child. As a form of stunting prevention efforts, UPT Puskesmas Rappang introduced the Pulmonary Botting program. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of such programs. The study used a quantitative approach with a Cross-Sectional study design. Data were collected through questionnaires/questionnaires and analyzed using the Chi-Square test to determine the relationship between each indicator and stunting prevention efforts. The results of the analysis showed that the effectiveness of the program goal indicator with P-Value 0.016 0.05 and Program Monitoring with P-Value 0.108 0.05 meaning there was no significant relationship. These findings suggest that the effectiveness of the Lung Botting program in stunting prevention is strongly influenced by the successful socialization of the program and the clarity of the program goals set. This study is expected to provide benefits in improving program effectiveness, in particular by focusing on strengthening program monitoring indicators and target accuracy, so that programs can be more targeted and better supervised to achieve optimal results in stunting prevention.]]>

<![CDATA[Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) has a very important role for health workers. One of them is at the Maiwa Community Health Center, health workers are still not compliant with the use of PPE. This study aims to determine the level of compliance with the use of PPE among health workers at the Maiwa Health Center and also to find out what factors influence non-compliance in the use of PPE among health workers at the Maiwa Health Center. In this research, 63 health workers were the research targets using a sample collection technique, namely total sampling. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews, questionnaires and observation methods. As well as data analysis techniques in this research using validity and reliability tests, bivariate and univariate tests, and chi-square tests. The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and compliance of health workers, proven by a significance value of 0.001 (p-<0.05). The influence of comfort and compliance is proven by a significance value of 0.005 (p<0.05), the influence of supervision and compliance is proven by a value of 0.001 (p<0.05).]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Efektivitas Pemberian Bantuan Sosial Keagamaan Pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Baubau. Menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik data dianalisis dengan menyiapkan data dan mengorganisir data, mereduksi data dan menyajikan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pemberian hibah sosial keagamaan pada Bagian Kesejahteraan Rakyat, Sekretariat Daerah Kota Baubau belum efektif sepenuhnya. Masalah ditemukan terutama pada sosialisasi program, pemantauan dan ketepatan waktu. Sosialisasi program dan kegiatan belum dilakukan kepada para penerima bantuan sosial keagamaan. Ketepatan sasaran pada prinsipnya sudah tepat, namun untuk peningkatan ketepatan perlu dilakukan seleksi dan verifikasi lebih kuat dan melakukan kunjungan langsung kepada penerima. Dari sisi waktu, masih terdapat kendala kelengkapan administrasi, penerima bantuan sering terlambat memasukan dokumen kelengkapan sebagai bagian dari pertanggungjawabannya. Pemantauan program tidak dilakukan dengan alasan keterbatasan sumberdaya manusia. Tujuan dari program bantuan sosial keagamaan ini telah tercapai yakni mendukung pengembangan kegiatan keagamaan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui kegiatan berbasis agama.]]>

<![CDATA[The use of social media, which initially was a means of socializing and sharing information, has now developed into a forum for conveying people's aspirations and opinions, including socio-political views. Political actors use social media for branding, campaigns and building public opinion. Cyber troops or buzzers are actively involved in spreading issues, publishing politicians, and even criticizing the opposition. One example is cyber bullying against the Chair of BEM SI following the student demonstration on April 11 2022. This research aims to identify the form of cyber bullying against the Chair of BEM SI, the structure of the movements, and the language used by the buzzer. The method used is digital ethnography with primary data from virtual in-depth interviews and secondary data from big data on social media, online media and institutional data. The research results show that the buzzer succeeded in swaying public opinion by spreading negative news and provocative comments to damage the credibility of the Chair of BEM SI.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses technological innovation in public services in the era of industrial technology. In the current context, the Indonesian National Police (Polri) has initiated the ETLE or Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement program as a breakthrough in the framework of electronic road traffic law enforcement. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative analysis. The problem approach used in this study is to use socio-legal research. The findings in the writing explain that E-TLE (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement) created by the Malang City Police Traffic Unit as a technology-based law enforcement model is one form of legal progressiveness to answer the demands of the community in facing current legal problems. In the E-TLE law enforcement system, the public does not need to have direct contact with officers in the field so that vulnerability to corrupt practices can be avoided. In addition, handling legal processes related to traffic violations becomes easier by paying fines directly at the Bank so that the public does not need to come to court at the local District Court.]]>

<![CDATA[Tata kelola PMI di Kota Metro saat ini belum terorganisir dan belum mendapatkan perhatian khusus dari stakeholders yang terlibat baik pihak pemerintah, masyarakat dan swasta. Secara khusus tata kekola PMI menghadapi beberapa permasalahan diantaranya belum adanya data akurat tentang PMI dan purna PMI, rendahnya kemampuan CPMI karena kurangnya persiapan yang dilakukan dan masih adanya PMI non Prosedural. Rumit dan kompleksnya permasalahan PMI membutuhkan tata kelola yang baik dan daya dukung yang optimal dari seluruh stakehorders. Pengembangan model collaborative governance yang adaptif dengan kemajuan teknologi dalam hal pengelolaan PMI dapat menjadi solusi terkait rumitnya permasalahan tata kelola PMI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitan lapangan yang dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan sebanyak-banyaknya data dilapangan melalui metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis data Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling mempengaruhi tata kelola PMI di Kota Metro adalah komunikasi antar stakeholders yang terputus sama sekali.]]>

<![CDATA[The blue economy concept is increasingly important in facing challenges in coastal areas, especially in underdeveloped areas such as North Rupat District, Riau Province. This research aims to analyze the role of dynamic policies in maximizing the potential of the blue economy and identify the inhibiting factors experienced. The method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews. The research results show that responsive and flexible policies are needed to overcome various existing limitations, besides that the involvement of local communities in planning and managing marine resources is crucial for the success of the blue economy. Even though there is great potential in the fisheries and tourism sectors, challenges in infrastructure and technology are still the main obstacles in this regard.]]>
