Abstract

Air bersih di Hamparak Perak masih belum dapat dinikmati oleh seluruh masyarakat terutama desa Klambir Lima Kebon. Penerapan prinsip konservasi air pada kehidupan sehari-hari dapat menjadi solusi dari keterbatasan akses air bersih. Salah satu cara konservasi air yaitu menerapkan sistem pemanenan air hujan di daerah krisis air bersih. Oleh karena pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap penerapan sistem pemanenan air hujan berfilter dalam upaya konservasi air di daerah krisis air. Metode yang digunakan yaitu edukasi terkait pentingnya koservasi air, manfaat penerapan sistem pemanenan air hujan dan cara pembuatan sistem pemanen air hujan berfilter. Berdasarkan hasil sosialisasi sekaligus praktik terjadi peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat sebesar 93% terhadap upaya konservasi air melalui penerapan alat pemanen hujan dan filter air hujan.

Abstract

Sumatera Utara mempunyai destinasi pariwisata yang cukup banyak, salah satunya adalah Pemandian Jumalau yang berlokasi di Sibolangit. Pemandian Jumalau memiliki alam yang cukup indah dan menarik untuk dikunjungi oleh wiasawan dalam negeri maupun luarnegeri. Pemandian Jumalau di kelola masih sangat sederhana, hanya mencatat uang masuk dan keluar dalam membuat pembukuannya. Pemandian Jumalau tidak memiliki laporan keuangan karena pencatatannya hanya mencatat uang masuk dan keluar.. Dimana pemandian ini belum mempunyai pengetahuan tentang pembuatan laporan keuangan untuk mengetahui keuntungan usaha UMKM nya secara rinci per bulannya, mereka hanya membuat pembukuan uang masuk dan uang keluar saja untuk mengetahui perputaran uang usaha UMKM. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan membuat laporan keuangan agar pemilik UMKM dan anggotanya mampu memahami proses penyusunan laporan keuangan dengan sistem akuntansi. Manfaat pelatihan yang dapat diambil oleh pihak pengusaha UMKM maupun anggotanya yaitu : 1) Membuat laporan keuangan berbasis akuntansi, 2) Kemungkinan anggotanya dapat menularkan ilmunya pada pemilik usaha UMKM yang tidak mengikuti pelatihan, 3) Informasi tentang pengetahuan dasar-dasar akuntansi dapat diterapkan pada aplikasi laporan keuangan dengan software berbasis computer, 4) Keterampilan membuat laporan keuangan semakin meningkat, 5) Mudah memasukkan data keuangan dengan software yang berbasis akuntansi.

Abstract

This study was conducted to provide a view that the use of technology in the digital era is very important in supporting tourism businesses. Many digital platforms can be used to promote tourism businesses such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and others. The use of digital platforms also needs to be supported by interesting content so that it can attract potential customers. The use of photos or images can also make the content more interesting. Juma Lau Nature Tourism located in Sibolangit District, Deli Serdang Regency is one of the tours that has the potential to further increase its visitors by using digital content.

Abstract

Desa Kuta Mbelin memiliki potensi sumber daya lokal yang melimpah, terutama dalam bidang pertanian dan kerajinan tangan. Namun, keterbatasan akses pasar sering menjadi hambatan dalam mengoptimalkan potensi tersebut. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, media sosial telah menjadi platform yang efektif dalam memasarkan produk secara luas dengan biaya yang relatif rendah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat Desa Kuta Mbelin dalam memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran produk lokal. Program ini meliputi pelatihan intensif mengenai strategi pemasaran digital, pengelolaan akun media sosial, pembuatan konten yang menarik, serta teknik optimasi penggunaan platform seperti Instagram, Facebook, dan WhatsApp. Diharapkan dengan adanya pelatihan ini, masyarakat desa dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk lokal, memperluas jaringan pasar, dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi desa. Evaluasi keberhasilan program akan dilakukan melalui pemantauan perkembangan penjualan dan interaksi di media sosial sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan.

Abstract

A videotron is a display panel that uses LED technology to show images, videos, or other moving content. There are two types of videotrons: indoor and outdoor. Indoor videotrons are used indoors, while outdoor videotrons are used outdoors. Videotrons have many functions, one of which is as an advertising medium. They can be used to promote products, services, or brands, as well as to convey information or messages to the public. In the installation of videotrons, occupational safety and health issues must be considered by the operators to avoid workplace accidents. Electrical safety and health (K3) is a management system aimed at protecting workers and the general public from electrical hazards that could potentially cause accidents and health problems. Electrical hazards can include electric shock, fire, and explosions. Some activities that can be conducted to implement K3 in the electrical field include: Understanding electrical hazards: Workers and the general public need to understand electrical hazards to take appropriate preventive measures. Implementation of safety standards: Companies need to apply safety standards established by the government or relevant organizations. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE): Workers need to use appropriate PPE to protect themselves from electrical hazards. Maintenance of electrical equipment: Electrical equipment needs to be routinely maintained to ensure that it functions properly and safely.Implementing K3 in the electrical field is essential to prevent accidents and health issues caused by electricity. Electrical accidents can lead to material losses and casualties.

Abstract

This community service initiative is driven by the goal of improving the well-being of beneficiary families (KPM) from the Family Hope Program (PKH) so that the community can achieve better living standards and welfare. As one of the cities in North Sumatra Province, Kelambir Lima was chosen as the location for this service. The focus of this initiative is to determine whether changes in service practices have an impact on the Family Hope Program (PKH) and community welfare. The aim of this research is to assess the influence of PKH on community welfare. The study involved a sample of 227 KPM, with data collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with Amos software. The hypothesis testing results indicated that the variables of social services, social assistance, and housing have a significant impact on PKH. Additionally, the housing variable has a significant impact on community welfare, while the social services and social assistance variables do not significantly affect community welfare. Furthermore, community welfare does not have a significant impact on the PKH program.

Abstract

Community Service (PKM) aims to improve the competence of teachers in designing and implementing assessment instruments for basic mechanical engineering subjects based on SKNNI in vocational high schools. The Indonesian National Work Competence (SKKNI) is a formulation of work abilities that include aspects of knowledge, skills and/or expertise and work attitudes that are relevant to the implementation of tasks and job requirements as stipulated in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. This standard is used by vocational education units as a reference for the standard of competency for their students' expertise. Student competencies and expertise need to be known through assessment. The assessment aims to determine the extent of student learning outcomes or information about the achievement of student competencies. This activity is carried out with several stage methods, namely: (1) analysis of community situations (2) identification of problems (3) determining work objectives (4) problem-solving plans (5) social approaches (6) implementation of activities (7) evaluation of activities and results. The results of show, namely 1) Training participants know about the basic concepts of SKNNI-based instruments (Independent curriculum). 2) Training participants can create and design assessment instruments that suit the needs of students. 3) Training participants can apply student assessment instruments. Therefore, this activity is expected to help teachers become competent and professional teachers in teaching and also competent and professional in designing and implementing SKNNI-based assessment instruments in Mechanical Engineering subjects that suit the learning needs in vocational high schools.

Abstract

This community service (PKM) aimed to optimizing authentic assessments in Indonesian language learning at vocational high school level in Binjai city. This community service activity aims to improve the competence of teachers in designing and implementing authentic assessments in accordance with skills in vocational schools. Authentic assessment is an assessment that is in accordance with the demands of contextual learning. Authentic assessment is not only used to assess student learning outcomes, but also the learning process carried out. The purpose of authentic assessment is to measure various skills in various contexts that reflect real-world situations where these skills are used. Authentic assessment can also be used to ensure true information about student abilities or competencies. This PKM activity is carried out through several methods, namely: 1) Preparation stage, 2) Implementation stage, 3) Evaluation stage. The results of this PKM are: 1) Training participants understand the basic concept of authentic assessment in Indonesian language learning based on the Merdeka Curriculum in SMK, 2) Training participants can design and design authentic assessments in Indonesian language learning based on the Independent Curriculum in SMK, 3) Training participants can apply authentic assessments in Indonesian language learning based on the Merdeka Curriculum in SMK in the evaluation process of student learning outcomes. This study is expected to help teachers become competent and professional teachers in teaching and also competent and professional in designing and implementing authentic assessments in Indonesian language learning according to learning needs in SMK.

Abstract

This mentoring program for clinic accreditation preparation in West Java aimed to enhance the readiness of three private clinics in undergoing accreditation surveys in accordance with the standards set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health Regulation (Permenkes) No. 34 of 2022. The activities were conducted through a combination of online consultations, in-person visits, and field inspections, focusing on the preparation of accreditation documents and the assessment of clinic services' compliance with the established standards. The partner clinics included one primary outpatient clinic in Sumedang and two clinics in Bandung Regency, including one specialist eye outpatient clinic. The mentoring results indicated that these clinics achieved a high level of readiness, with a minimum of 85% compliance with the accreditation standards. All accreditation documents were completed, and the implementation of standard operating procedures on-site was deemed adequate. The success of this program was supported by the active involvement of responsible parties for each chapter of the accreditation standards, covering resource management, quality improvement and patient safety, and personal service management. Although challenges such as time constraints and technology adaptation were encountered, mitigation efforts through additional training and schedule adjustments allowed all clinics to participate optimally. The evaluation of the program suggested that the methods used were effective in achieving the goals, although further improvements in internal clinic monitoring and evaluation after mentoring are needed. Overall, the program met its objectives and provided significant benefits to the partner clinics in achieving full accreditation, which will enhance the quality and safety of healthcare services they provide.

Abstract

The Law on Harmonization of Tax Regulations (UU HPP) mandates ongoing tax reform in the areas of organization, human resources, information and technology, databases, business processes and legal regulations. The government has issued a Government Regulation (PP) regarding Article 21 Income Tax (PPh), PP 58/2023, which is one of the tax reforms. Calculation of income tax article 21 is adjusted to PP no. 58 of 2023 and PMK no. 168 of 2023, is a change related to the latest tax regulations. The aim of the TER scheme is to help companies carry out calculations so that they can reduce the possibility of miscalculations when fulfilling their tax obligations. The aim of this community service activity is to overcome partners' problems, namely providing knowledge and training regarding income tax Article 21 and its calculations to teachers and vocational school students, especially accounting majors, so that they can equip students with knowledge of taxation with the latest regulations.
