Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dan urgensi pendampingan keluarga dan masyarakat dalam membangun harapan hidup pecandu narkotika yang sedang menjalani proses rehabilitasi. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana bentuk pendampingan keluarga dan masyarakat berkontribusi terhadap keberhasilan proses pemulihan pecandu narkotika, serta mengapa pendekatan tersebut menjadi penting di tengah meningkatnya jumlah penyalahgunaan narkotika di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi literatur, melalui penelusuran dan analisis kritis terhadap buku, artikel ilmiah, laporan lembaga resmi, serta regulasi yang relevan dengan rehabilitasi narkotika dan pendampingan sosial. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan keluarga dan masyarakat memiliki peran strategis dalam membangun motivasi, kepercayaan diri, dan harapan hidup pecandu narkotika selama proses rehabilitasi. Dukungan emosional, sosial, dan lingkungan yang kondusif terbukti menjadi faktor penting dalam mencegah kekambuhan serta mendukung reintegrasi sosial pascarehabilitasi. Penelitian ini berkontribusi secara ilmiah dengan memperkuat perspektif rehabilitatif dalam penanganan narkotika, khususnya melalui penekanan pada peran aktor non-negara, yaitu keluarga dan masyarakat, sebagai bagian integral dari sistem pemulihan pecandu narkotika yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Employee performance at Puskesmas is a crucial factor in achieving effective and sustainable primary health care services; however, it is strongly influenced by leadership, motivation, and work discipline that develop within the socio-cultural context of public organizations. This study aims to examine in depth the relationship between these three factors and employee performance at Puskesmas through a qualitative literature review approach. The data were obtained from a systematic review of relevant national and international scientific journal articles, and the analysis was conducted using a thematic method to identify patterns, concepts, and interrelationships among factors affecting employee performance. The results indicate that transformational and participatory leadership plays a dominant role in enhancing employee motivation and strengthening work discipline, as leaders who provide vision, inspiration, and active involvement are able to encourage employees to perform optimally. Intrinsic motivation rooted in public service values is proven to be essential in maintaining dedication, commitment, and professional responsibility, while work discipline is understood not merely as procedural compliance, but also as a reflection of moral values and professional ethics. The interaction of leadership, motivation, and work discipline forms a strong work commitment that positively impacts service quality, efficiency, and responsiveness in primary health care delivery, thereby reinforcing the role of Puskesmas as the frontline of public health services.

Abstract

Perkembangan perbankan syariah di Indonesia memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung sistem keuangan nasional yang berlandaskan prinsip syariah. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI), hasil merger tiga bank syariah BUMN, menghadapi kasus kehilangan dana deposito yang menimbulkan masalah pertanggungjawaban hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif pertanggungjawaban hukum BSI atas kehilangan dana nasabah menurut peraturan Indonesia dan mengkaji implikasi hukum dari Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Idi No. 22/Pid.B/2025/PN Idi. Metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dengan menelaah dokumen hukum primer dan sekunder. Analisis data berupa studi isi kualitatif mengaitkan temuan hukum dengan teori pertanggungjawaban dan perlindungan konsumen dalam perbankan syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tanggung jawab korporasi BSI untuk mengganti kerugian sesuai prinsip hukum dan syariah, serta adanya sanksi pidana bagi pegawai yang bertanggung jawab. Putusan tersebut memperkuat perlindungan nasabah dan tata kelola perbankan syariah. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengawasan internal yang lebih baik dan kepatuhan regulasi untuk melindungi aset nasabah dan menjaga kepercayaan publik

Abstract

This study examines the influence of harvested area and commodity prices on the Farmers’ Terms of Trade (NTP) in Central Sulawesi, a region where fluctuations in agricultural production significantly affect farmers’ welfare. The topic is considered important because NTP is widely used as an indicator of farmers’ purchasing power and economic resilience, while changes in harvested area and commodity prices often create instability in income and production outcomes. Using a quantitative research design with time-series data, the study analyzes the relationship between harvested area, commodity prices, and NTP over the 2024 period. Regression analysis was employed to determine the magnitude of influence of each variable and to quantify how much of the variation in NTP can be explained by these factors. The results show that both harvested area and commodity prices have a significant positive effect on NTP, with an R-squared value of 0.82, indicating that 82% of the variation in NTP is explained by these variables. However, a 7.1% decline in harvested area in 2024 led to a decrease in NTP from 102.45 to 98.21, despite a 4–5% increase in the prices of rice and corn. The rise in commodity prices was insufficient to offset the increasing production costs, resulting in a decline in farmers’ purchasing power. These findings highlight the vulnerability of farmers to production shocks and price fluctuations, emphasizing the need for policies that stabilize input costs, support productivity improvements, and strengthen farmers’ economic resilience.

Abstract

Healthy snacking knowledge is essential for supporting children’s nutritional status and preventing unhealthy eating habits, particularly in suburban areas where access to diverse food options is increasing. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the Healthy Plate Puzzle educational game in increasing elementary school students’ knowledge about healthy snacks. This quantitative study employed a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test approach involving intervention and control groups. The research was conducted in October 2025 in a suburban area of Senaung village at SDN 003/IX, SDN 45/IX and MI Jauharul Iman Senaung with 74 students selected using total sampling. Knowledge was measured using a validated (r = 0.362–0.699) and reliable (Cronbach’s alpha = 0.735) 20-item questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test to determine differences in knowledge scores before and after the intervention. In the intervention group, the pre-test results showed that most students were in the low knowledge category, with the mean score increasing from 9.72 to 13.83 (a 4.11-point difference). In the control group, the mean score increased from 10.32 to 12.32 (a 2-point difference). The Mann-Whitney test indicated a significant difference in students’ knowledge scores in both the intervention group (Z = –5.605; p = 0.001) and the control group (Z = –3.351; p = 0.001). The Healthy Plate Puzzle educational game is effective in improving students’ knowledge about healthy snacks. This interactive media is recommended as an innovative nutrition education tool for elementary schools to support healthy eating habits.

Abstract

This study examines the legal certainty of regulating defects of will in real estate sales agreements, focusing on fraud as stipulated under Article 1328 of the Indonesian Civil Code. The research is motivated by inconsistencies in judicial practice when resolving real estate disputes arising from pre-contractual fraud, particularly the overlap between breach of contract and tort. The purpose of this study is to analyze the juridical position of defects of will in contractual relationships and to assess the appropriateness of judicial reasoning in adjudicating such disputes. This study uses normative legal research with statutory, conceptual, and case approaches, drawing on the Indonesian Civil Code and Decision Number 54/PDT.G/2024/PN.TTE. The findings show that pre-contractual fraud occurred through unfulfilled promises of building quality not included in the contract, resulting in a defective and uninhabitable house and limiting the buyer’s ability to claim compensation. Juridically, this study concludes that defects of will caused by fraud constitute a breach of contract and should form the legal basis for contract annulment rather than tort liability, given the contractual nature of the relationship. The court’s reliance solely on tort is therefore a misapplication of law that undermines legal certainty. This study contributes to Indonesian contract law by clarifying the relationship between defects of will and breach of contract and offering practical guidance for resolving real estate disputes consistently.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of instructional technology in strengthening prayer education for students at MTs Teladan Ujung Kubu, with a particular emphasis on its pedagogical impact on students’ cognitive understanding, practical accuracy, and worship awareness. Employing a qualitative approach through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, this research offers a contextual analysis of how digital learning tools are integrated into Islamic religious instruction. The findings demonstrate that the use of instructional technology such as audiovisual prayer simulations, digital prayer guides, and online religious learning resources significantly enhances students’ comprehension of prayer procedures, improves the precision of prayer movements and recitations, and increases students’ engagement in learning activities. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on technology-mediated prayer education at the madrasah level, highlighting how interactive and visual-based digital tools transform abstract religious instruction into concrete and experiential learning. Despite these positive impacts, the study identifies persistent challenges, including limited technological infrastructure, variations in teachers’ digital literacy, insufficient institutional support, and unequal student access to devices. Therefore, this study contributes to Islamic education discourse by emphasizing the need for systematic optimization of instructional technology to foster not only conceptual mastery but also internalized worship practices through contextual, interactive, and student-centered digital learning approaches.

Abstract

Older adults constitute a vulnerable population experiencing declines in physical, psychological, and social functioning, which may compromise their independence in performing activities of daily living (ADL). Maintaining ADL independence is essential for preserving quality of life, autonomy, and reducing dependency on family and long-term care services. Elderly associations serve as important community-based platforms that support social and psychological well-being; however, empirical evidence regarding ADL independence among their members remains limited. This study aimed to analyze the level of independence in activities of daily living among community-dwelling older adults. An analytical cross-sectional survey was conducted involving 101 elderly individuals residing in Kebakkalang RW VIII, Kemiri, Kebakkramat, Karanganyar. Independence in ADL was assessed using the Katz Index. The findings indicate that more than half of the respondents demonstrated independence in performing daily activities, suggesting a generally favorable functional status among elderly individuals engaged in community-based social groups. This level of independence reflects the potential role of social participation and community support in maintaining functional ability among older adults, particularly in early old age. These results provide important empirical evidence for healthcare providers, families, and community stakeholders to develop targeted preventive and promotive interventions aimed at sustaining and enhancing functional independence among older adults living in the community.

Abstract

The Nuclear Medicine Building is a strategic healthcare facility that utilizes open radiation sources for diagnosis and treatment. Due to its high structural complexity and radiological risks, this study aims to analyze the construction management implementation of the Nuclear Medicine Building project at Dr. Soedarso Regional General Hospital, Pontianak. The research utilizes primary data from field observations and secondary data from project documents, analyzed through four critical aspects: cost, time, quality, and human resources. The study produces an Implementation Budget Plan (RAP) totaling IDR 7,904,689,106.53. Time management planning establishes a project duration of 15 weeks or 108 calendar days, utilizing Network Planning and Bar Charts to monitor the critical path. Quality management is implemented through a quality control table to ensure technical specification compliance, while human resource planning identifies a peak labor requirement of 100 workers per day during the 7th week. Analytically, the integration of cost and time in this project validates the "Iron Triangle" theory, where precision in substructure work (foundations) serves as the primary determinant of schedule success due to the specialized loading requirements of nuclear facilities. These findings suggest that for specialized medical infrastructure, radiation safety standards demand more stringent productivity coefficients compared to general building projects. The academic implication of this research indicates that the application of national AHSP regulations (PUPR No. 8 of 2023) requires adjustment for site-specific risk variables in high-hazard buildings to prevent deviations between technical planning and field reality. These results contribute to the project management literature on the necessity of integrated frameworks in enhancing the resilience of regional medical referral infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a handwritten Hijaiyah letter classification system for children aged 6–8 years using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. The main problem in elementary education is the difficulty children face in recognizing and writing Hijaiyah letters due to the similarity of their shapes and variations in handwriting. The research process uses the CRISP-DM stages, consisting of problem understanding, data collection and preparation, modeling with SVM (GridSearch for hyperparameter tuning), and evaluation using a confusion matrix and f1-score. The dataset used consists of 2,100 images of handwritten letters from elementary school students. The results show that the SVM model with RBF kernel, C=10, and gamma="scale" achieved the highest accuracy of 83.57%. This study demonstrates that an SVM-based machine learning approach can assist in recognizing Hijaiyah letters, making it a practical solution for teachers in teaching Hijaiyah writing.
