<![CDATA[Online business does make it easier for fraudsters to carry out their actions. Although online investment fraud has been partially revealed, many of the actions taken by individuals against these actions have not yet reached the legal realm. The research method used by the author is empirical legal research, the research data collection technique uses systematic interviews and is based on the research object, data analysis in this study is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that criminal law enforcement against perpetrators of gold investment fraud is carried out in accordance with criminal law regulations, namely the Criminal Code (KUHP) Article 378, the police as investigators have difficulty finding the perpetrators so they decide to stop the investigation in accordance with Article 109 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The gold investment fraud case that occurred in East Nusa Tenggara in 2019 showed that law enforcement by the police was hampered by law enforcement factors, facilities and infrastructure factors, community factors and cultural factors.]]>

<![CDATA[A child is defined as a person who is not yet an adult or a person who is still under the supervision of a parent or guardian. In Indonesia, regulations regarding child protection have been issued according to the needs of the community. One of the sexual violence that occurred in Sabu Raijua Regency was the crime of sexual intercourse with a child, namely in Decision Number 80/pid.sus/2023/PN Kupang. The threat of criminal penalties for perpetrators of the crime of sexual intercourse with a child has been regulated in Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection. This research method uses normative legal research which is carried out by examining primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The legal material collection technique used is library research. Based on the results of the research and discussion, that the basis for the consideration of the panel of judges in deciding the criminal case of child sexual intercourse (study: decision No.80/pid.sus/2023/PN Kpg is by considering legal and non-legal considerations. legal considerations are the indictment of the public prosecutor, the demands of the public prosecutor, the testimony of the victim's witness, the instructions and the testimony of the defendant. and non-legal considerations are seen from the psychological, philosophical, sociological aspects and the Circular of the Supreme Court No. 1 of 2017 concerning the Enforcement Formulation of the Results of the Supreme Court Chamber Plenary Session as a guideline for implementing tasks for the Court regarding the imposition of minimum sentences on perpetrators of child and adult crimes but the victims are children.]]>

<![CDATA[Motorcycle theft crimes can occur anywhere. Not only in big cities, but also in small cities, especially Kupang. Various efforts have been tried to reduce crime, but it still occurs frequently but with lower intensity. The incomplete handling of motorcycle theft cases by the police will actually have a negative impact, including weak law enforcement, public apathy towards the law, unrest among members of the motorcycle owner community, increased opportunities for similar crimes, and the worsening image of the police in society. The method used in this study is empirical research with interview techniques and document studies, then analyzed and compiled systematically. The results of the study indicate that the Police Authority in Handling Motorcycle Theft Cases and Constraints in Handling Motorcycle Theft Cases are the Community is less responsive in reporting, Difficulty finding evidence and High mobility of perpetrators Efforts to reduce motorcycle theft crimes that occur are by increasing the readiness of police officers in following up on reports that there have been crimes of motor vehicle theft which must be supported by information from the community, so that they are faster and more in revealing motor vehicle theft crimes And it must be further improved to make appeals and socialization to the community about the capture of motor vehicle theft and avoid the community to increase vigilance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the sponsorship strategy implemented by PT Nojorono Tobacco Internasional in building brand awareness among generation Z through Community support events to Events organized by Authenticity. With the main target market of generation Z and Millennials, Authenticity utilizes music events as a platform to introduce products such as Clas mild Purple Duo and Clas mild Red Max that are relevant to their needs. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method and in-depth interviews with related parties at Authenticity and event organizers. The results of the study indicate that sponsorship through music events is effective in strengthening brand awareness, building emotional relationships, and increasing the engagement of the younger generation with the brand. The hypothesis proposed is that the integration of sponsorship with music events can improve the brand image of Clas Mild among generation Z. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Authenticity continue to optimize its sponsorship strategy in relevant events to strengthen brand engagement. This study emphasizes the importance of sponsorship strategies in building a strong and relevant brand image for young consumers.]]>

<![CDATA[The phenomenon of urban migration is one of the contributors to urban population growth and causes various social challenges, including the emergence of slums. This study examines the rationality of urban migrant survival who choose to settle in the slum area of Sukaramai Village, Pekanbaru City. The theory used is James Coleman's rational choice theory which emphasizes actor decisions based on rational considerations of resources and goals. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of 6 main informants, namely migrant households (newcomers) who live in rented accommodation in the slum area and 1 key informant, namely the RT Head who was selected by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Hubermas model through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the main reasons migrants choose and stay in the area are economic factors, location accessibility, social recommendations, and proximity to markets and workplaces. Although environmental conditions are classified as uninhabitable, migrant communities persist because of rational considerations of available resources]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of person job fit to employee career commitment. The approach used in this research is quantitative with a correlational design. The subjects who participated in this study were employees who worked at a private company in Duri City, Riau. In determining the research subjects, a saturated sampling technique was used, namely 56 people. Data were measured using a career commitment scale and a person job fit scale. Data were analyzed with the help of SPSS software version 24 for windows using a simple linear regression test. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant contribution of 0.008 (p <0.05) between person job fit and career commitment. Based on the results of the simple regression analysis, the R square value was obtained of 0.125 which indicated that person job fit had a contribution of 12.5% to employee career commitment. This finding indicates that employees with good person job fit tend to have high career commitment.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the application of ethnographic studies in multicultural guidance and counseling research. The background of the study is based on the importance of a deep understanding of culture in counseling practice, considering Indonesia's high cultural diversity. Ethnography was chosen as an approach due to its ability to holistically explore cultural dynamics through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of cultural artifacts. The method used is a literature review, analyzing various sources such as articles, books, and previous research. The findings indicate that the ethnographic approach enables counselors to gain a deeper understanding of clients' cultural values, making counseling services more sensitive and effective. The implications of this study highlight the need for developing cultural literacy training for counselors and creating culturally based counseling guidelines to support inclusive and relevant counseling practices in multicultural societies.]]>

<![CDATA[Parents are the main educational figures for children. The presence of parents is fundamental to the development of a child's personality, but this alone is not enough. What is important for the development of a child's personality is the nature of the relationship between parents and children, as well as the emotional bond between them. This study was conducted to investigate differences in children's personalities between families with parents who work full-time and those who stay at home. The study targeted adolescents aged 17 to 25 years using a quantitative survey method through the distribution of an online questionnaire via Google Forms. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling. The data obtained were then analyzed to produce numerical values or variables. The results of this study indicate that children with stay-at-home parents tend to have high self-confidence. This is supported by findings showing that 25 respondents stated that parental roles significantly influence the development of a child's behavior. These findings suggest that children's personalities are highly dependent on the parenting styles adopted by their parents.]]>

<![CDATA[Bullying cases in the educational environment are a serious problem and demand attention from various parties. Bullying that occurs in the educational environment can be caused by a variety of conditions including differences in cultural values brought by students with immigrant ethnicities. Students with immigrant ethnicity will be a minority group that is vulnerable to bullying. This study aims to explore and describe bullying experienced by students with immigrant ethnicity in the school environment. A total of 47 students who were identified as having a background as ethnic migrants became respondents in this study. The results showed that 8.5% had high bullying experiences. This relatively low number is certainly inseparable from the role of native culture, namely Minangkabau culture, which upholds good values in interacting with others.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the role of digital picture story books in improving literacy in early childhood. Literacy in early childhood does not only include reading and writing skills, but also understanding, interpretation, and communication with the surrounding environment. The method used in this study is the library method by searching, collecting, and analyzing information found in scientific articles and other sources. The research subjects came from relevant literature sources that discuss the development of early childhood literacy through digital media, one of which is the research of López-Escribano et al. The object of this study is the role or influence of picture story books in improving literacy in early childhood. The data analysis technique in this study uses content analysis, which is a technique by identifying or analyzing the meaning of the contents of various written sources that are studied that are relevant to the research topic. The results of the study through understanding the characteristics of the kingdom show an increase in literacy skills and the effectiveness of using picture story books in early childhood.]]>
