Abstract

Menjaga kondisi tubuh dalam meningkatkan performa saat bertanding diwajibkan oleh seorang pemain sepak bola berprestasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk survey kondisi fisik pemain ssb kelompok usia 15 persiac dalam progres Latihan menuju prestasi di tahun 2025. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 20 pemain kelompok usia 15 tahun. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi,angket,dokumentasi. teknik pengambilan sempel menggunakan metode simple random sampling . Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket TKJI dalam tes pengukuran kondisi fisik. Pengujian instrumen penelitian yakni uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik pemrosesan kuisioner data dengan bantuan media Microsoft excele. Hasil penelitian terkait Analisis Kondisi Fisik Pemain SBB Persica kelumpok usia 15 Tahun menunjukkan presentase Vo2max memiliki prosentase 30% kategori sedang, tes kecepatan lari 50 meter 55% kategori kurang sekali , tes kelincahan shuttle run 40% kategori baik sekali , dan tes power otot tungkau vertical jump 35% kategori sedang.

Abstract

Hasil belajar siswa merupakan salah satu tolak ukur fundamental dari keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar. Hasil belajar siswa di Kurikulum Merdeka diukur melalui asesmen setiap akhir capaian pembelajaran dan akhir tujuan pembelajaran. Selain proses belajar mengajar, terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Faktor-faktor tersebut diantaranya status zat besi siswa yang baik, konsumsi nutrisi dalam tubuh siswa yang seimbang, dan tubuh siswa yang bugar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya seberapa besar kontribusi kadar hemoglobin, eating behaviour, dan tingkat kebugaran terhadap hasil asesmen sumatif PJOK siswa unggulan di Madrasah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 58 siswa dengan rentang usia 13-15 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling dengan 4 parameter. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi Spearman dikarenakan jenis data pada dua variabel berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan secara parsial antara kadar hemoglobin (p= 0.0036), eating behaviour (p=0.013), dan tingkat kebugaran (p=0.008) terhadap hasil asesmen sumatif PJOK siswa unggulan (p<0.05).

Abstract

In volleyball games that are applied and the most important thing is the jump compared to the hit that must be done quickly and strongly. One factor to get a fast and strong jump with Power training with the Complex Training training method. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of Complex Training on increasing muscle power abilities in female volleyball athletes. The research method in this study used an experiment with One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample involved in this study consisted of 12 female athletes of the UPI volleyball UKM, using the total sampling technique from all populations. The research instrument used was the Force Plate Test which was given twice, before and after treatment was given. A t-test was carried out with SPSS version 25 as a data analysis technique. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the Complex Training training method on muscle power fitness had a significant value (0.000) <0.05, with an increase in muscle power fitness abilities in female volleyball athletes of UKM at the Indonesian Education University. It is concluded that there is a significant effect of the Complex Training training method on the muscle strength of female volleyball athletes.Keywords: Leg muscle power, Complex Training, Leg muscle power in volleyball, volleyball game.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of pec crawl exercise on increasing abdominal and core muscle endurance. The research method used is pre-experimental design. The research location is SMP Negeri 1 Bantarkalong, Tasikmalaya Regency. The sampling technique is total sampling. The test instrument used is core muscle strength and stability test. Based on data analysis using SPSS series 26, the results of this study indicate that, "Pec crawl exercise has a significant effect on increasing abdominal and core muscle endurance." This pec crawl exercise is an exercise that can be said to be new because the author has not found research on this new variance because this pec crawl exercise is a development of plank exercise. Conclusion: There is a significant effect of pec crawl exercise on increasing abdominal and core muscle endurance. Suggestion: It is hoped that sports practitioners, PJOK teachers and coaches will consider this research as one of the recommendations for the advancement of the field of sports and increase knowledge of physical education, especially in the development of abdominal and core muscle exercises.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh latihan pec crawl terhadap peningkatan daya tahan otot perut dan core. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan SPSS serie 26, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, “Latihan pec crawl berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan daya tahan otot perut dan core.” Latihan pec crawl ini merupakan latihan yang apat ikatakan baru karena penulis belum menemukan penelitian tentang varians baru ini karena latihan pec crawl ini merupakan pengembangan dari latihan plank.” Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan pec crawl terhadap peningkatan daya tahan otot perut dan core. Saran: Diharapkan bagi praktisi olahraga, guru PJOK serta pelatih untuk mempertimbangkan penelitian ini dijadikan salah satu rekomendasi demi kemajuan bidang olahraga serta menambah wawasan pengetahuan pendidikan jasmani terutama pada pengembangan latihan otot perut dan core.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) di sekolah dasar seringkali masih menggunakan metode konvensional yang kurang melibatkan murid secara aktif, terutama pada materi keterampilan dasar sepak bola. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan video pembelajaran berbasis kecerdasan artifisial (KA) terhadap peningkatan motivasi dan kesenangan belajar murid. Penelitian menggunakan metode campuran dengan desain quasi eksperimen untuk pendekatan kuantitatif dan wawancara untuk pendekatan kualitatif. Sampel terdiri dari 50 murid kelas V SDN Kandangan III/621 Surabaya, yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket motivasi dan kesenangan, serta wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan signifikan pada motivasi dan kesenangan belajar setelah menggunakan video berbasis KA, dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan buku paket. Hasil wawancara mendukung hasil kuantitatif, dimana murid merasa lebih antusias, mudah memahami gerakan, dan merasa percaya diri saat praktik. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa media video berbasis KA efektif meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PJOK dan relevan untuk mendukung kebutuhan belajar murid sekolah dasar di era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pembelajaran bola voli dapat digunakan sebagai alat efektif dalam membangun karakter siswa sekolah dasar, dengan fokus pada nilai-nilai seperti disiplin, kerjasama, kejujuran, dan tanggung jawab. Menggunakan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi secara mendalam proses pembelajaran di tiga sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Tanjungkerta, Kabupaten Subang. Instrumen penelitian meliputi kuesioner, observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumentasi. Data dikumpulkan dari 90 siswa, 9 guru pendidikan jasmani, dan 15 orang tua siswa, dengan teknik analisis kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan tema terkait penerapan nilai-nilai karakter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran bola voli secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam berkolaborasi, berdisiplin, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab, serta membantu mereka mengelola emosi dalam menghadapi kekalahan dan kemenangan. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi kebutuhan untuk peningkatan integrasi elemen karakter dalam kurikulum, pelatihan guru yang memadai, dan fasilitas yang berkualitas. Kesimpulannya, bola voli merupakan alat yang efektif dalam pembangunan karakter siswa, dan rekomendasi disarankan untuk pendekatan kurikulum yang lebih terstruktur dan komprehensif dalam pendidikan jasmani di sekolah dasar

This research was inspired by the challenges in managing physical education facilities at SMK LPS 1 Ciamis, particularly limited space and insufficient maintenance staff, which hinder the effectiveness of the learning process. The study aims to describe and analyze the planning, recording, maintenance, and supervision of sports facilities in relation to improving students’ learning outcomes. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The informants involved were the principal, vice principals for curriculum and facilities, and the physical education teacher. The findings reveal that planning, inventory, and maintenance have been implemented according to established indicators, although weaknesses remain, such as manual administrative processes and unscheduled supervision. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of slow motion-based learning media and its impact on students’ learning motivation in the "Anak Indonesia Hebat" gymnastics material. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of a physical education teacher and fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Majenang. The results showed that the use of slow motion videos significantly improved students' movement comprehension, interest, and active engagement in learning gymnastics. The increase in learning motivation was evident through greater participation, self-confidence, and student enthusiasm. Slow motion media proved to be effective as a visual aid in teaching complex movements gradually and enjoyably.

Abstract

Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) at elementary schools in Morotai Utara District plays a strategic role in advancing Good Health and Well-being (SDG 3) and Quality Education (SDG 4). This study aimed to describe the availability of qualified PJOK teachers, the implementation of physical activities, and their impact on students’ motor skills and learning motivation. A descriptive mixed-methods survey design involved 10 schools and 30 informants (principals, teachers, and students). Questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and participatory observations were employed; quantitative data were analyzed using SPSS 24 and qualitative data underwent thematic analysis. Findings revealed that only 20 % of schools employed certified PJOK teachers, PJOK was scheduled once a week, 86.7 % of students perceived activities as unstructured, and 90 % of informants reported declines in motor skills, motivation, and concentration. The study recommends deploying professional PJOK teachers, conducting competency-based training, increasing activity frequency, and investing in infrastructure to enhance PJOK’s contribution to sustainable development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of sports massage as an alternative in reducing muscle fatigue after high-intensity exercise. The method used was a systematic literature review using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) framework. Secondary data was collected from various indexed journal literature studies on the effect of sports massage in reducing muscle fatigue after high intensity interval training (HIIT). The review of 10 articles showed that sports massage is effective in significantly reducing blood lactic acid after high-intensity exercise. Eight studies showed a p < 0.05, indicating a significant difference in reducing lactic acid levels after sports massage intervention. One study showed no significant difference between sports massage and stretching (p = 0.382), although both were effective individually. One study was not significant (p > 0.05) in reducing lactic acid. The combination of massage and active recovery proved significant. The use of sports massage has been shown to reduce fatigue after high-intensity physical activity. This is due to the significant reduction in lactic acid, overcoming delayed onset muscle soreness and muscle fatigue, and increasing flexibility.
