Abstract

The impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution era demands students to possess critical thinking skills to keep up with technological advancements. However, a considerable number of students exhibit low levels of critical thinking skills. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of the Problem-Based Learning model with a Culturally Responsive Teaching approach on students' critical thinking skills. This study employs a quasi-experimental research design using the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Instruments used to measure critical thinking skills include pretests and posttests in the form of essay questions. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive techniques and t-tests. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning model with a Culturally Responsive Teaching approach has a positive impact on students' critical thinking skills. This is evident in the final results of the experimental group, where the average score is 85.72 with a total of 28 students (N). In contrast, the control group has an average score of 58.44 with a total of 30 students (N). The T-test results show that the calculated t value is greater than the t table (10.933 > 1.672) and a significance value (sig.) of 0.000 < 0.05, leading to the rejection of the Null Hypothesis (Ho) and acceptance of the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha). Overall, these findings confirm the significant influence of implementing the Problem-Based Learning model with a Culturally Responsive Teaching approach on students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the pedagogical competence of elementary teachers. It includes a planning lesson plan, understanding learning theory until learning evaluation. The research method used was qualitative. The research sample was teachers in the Jember, Banyuwangi, Bondowos, and Jember. Collection of data by an interview with 92 elementary teachers. the sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed by inductive analysis by the result of the interview. The result of this study was pedagogical competency by the elementary teachers. There was seven competence for this study planning a learning plan, determining learning strategy based on characteristics of students, understanding learning theory, understanding learning methods, using, made of evaluations, and reflecting on the learning process. It was almost mastered after joining the teacher certification program But, there were another competence that recah 100%. It needed accompaniment to be a teacher that has pedagogical competence well.

Abstract

In elementary schools, physical education, sports, and health have experienced a decline in students' basic movement abilities, especially regarding running ability. This is in line with the increasing trend of inactive lifestyles among children, which has the potential to harm their physical health. This research aims to analyze the influence of traditional games on elementary school students' basic movement abilities. This research is a type of experimental research. This research uses a true experiment method with a Pre-test and Post-test Control Group Design. The research population was all class V students, totaling 42 students. Data was collected through interviews and tests. The instruments used in data collection were interview sheets and a 30-meter running test. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive and independent sampling t-test differences. This research shows that integrating traditional games significantly affects students' basic movement abilities. Therefore, traditional games can effectively develop elementary school students' basic movement abilities. This research implies that schools should consider introducing traditional games in their curriculum to improve students' basic movement skills while preserving local culture.

Abstract

Motivasi belajar berperan penting untuk menunjang kelancaran pembelajaran PJOK. Perlu dilakukan upaya dan usaha untuk mewujudkan motivasi yang baik. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan memakai model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh atau tidak penggunaan model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran bolavoli dan seberapa besar pengaruhnya. Sampel yang dipilih adalah siswa kelas X DKV 2 dan X BD 1 SMK PGRI 13 Surabaya. Hasil perhitungan statistik menunjukkan dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji T paired sample t test yaitu didapatkan nilai sig. 0,00<0,05 yang artinya ada perbedaan yang signifikan dari pelaksanaan treatment. Berdasarkan hasil hitung diketahui bahwa motivasi belajar siswa meningkat sebesar 10,92%.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di sekolah dasar masih menghadapi tantangan, terutama materi passing bawah bolavoli menyebabkan peserta didik kesulitan. penting bagi guru untuk memilih model pembelajaran yang tepat. Salah satu model yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik adalah kooperatif tipe TGT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT terhadap hasil belajar passing bawah bolavoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen dengan metode two experimental control group pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas V SDN Sidotopo Wetan 1/255 yang berjumlah 192 orang. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan melalui cluster random sampling, dengan kelas V-C kelompok eksperimen dan V-D kelompok kontrol. Penelitian ini, digunakan uji Wilcoxon dan Mann-Whitney untuk menganalisis data. Berdasarkan hasil uji Wilcoxon, diperoleh nilai signifikansi >0,05 menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil belajar. Namun, pada hasil belajar keterampilan, diperoleh nilai signifikansi (0,037<0,05), yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen. Untuk hasil uji Mann-Whitney, nilai signifikansi pada hasil belajar pengetahuan adalah (0,179 >0,05), sedangkan hasil belajar keterampilan adalah (0,176>0,05), keduanya menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT tidak memberikan pengaruh siginifikan. Meskipun, kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata yang lebih tinggi baik pada hasil belajar.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi dalam pendidikan memungkinkan penggunaan media digital untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Salah satu media yang dapat dimanfaatkan adalah video berbasis Canva dalam proses belajar-mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penggunaan media belajar-mengajar video berbasis Canva terhadap hasil belajar passing atas bolavoli pada murid kelas X di SMK Negeri 2 Kota Mojokerto pada Juni 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest, yang melibatkan dua kelas sebagai sampel: kelas eksperimen (X PS 1) yang menggunakan media Canva dan kelas kontrol (X PS 2) yang menggunakan metode konvensional. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes pengetahuan dan tes keterampilan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam hasil belajar, dengan rerata nilai pengetahuan naik dari 67,78 pada pre-test menjadi 90,56 pada post-test, dan nilai keterampilan naik dari 58,89 menjadi 68,33. Sebaliknya, kelas kontrol hanya mengalami kenaikan nilai pengetahuan dari 70,83 menjadi 83,89, sementara nilai keterampilan menurun dari 60,55 menjadi 54,72. Uji hipotesis dengan tes Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa media Canva berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar dengan nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) < 0,05, yang mengindikasikan penerimaan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) dan penolakan hipotesis nol (H0). Kesimpulannya, media belajar-mengajar berbasis Canva efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar passing atas bolavoli, dengan kenaikan hasil belajar sebesar 22,88% pada kelas eksperimen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pendampingan kepada pemberdayaan ekonomi keluarga pemanfaatan tanaman bayam untuk inovasi menjadi keripik. Adapun tujuannya yaitu untuk meningkatkan perekonomian dan pendapatan keluarga dan kemandirian masyarakat dalam berwirausaha warga dusun Pucang khususnya pada RT 003 RW 012 Kabupaten Pasuruan. Dengan adanya aset sayur bayam dapat mengembangkan keterampilan petani sayur bayam di Dusun Pucang. Pendampingan ini menggunakan pendekatan Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), Yaitu Pendampingan yang dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan aset dan kekuatan yang dimiliki oleh manusia, dalam melakukan perubahan untuk mewujudkan tujuan yang diinginkan. Melalui kegiatan yang menciptakan untuk memberdayakan ekonomi keluarga petani sayur bayam dengan inovasi yaitu keripik dengan aneka rasa. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu produk keripik bayam yang siap dipasarkan ke toko-toko pusat oleh-oleh.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of sports massage as an alternative in reducing muscle fatigue after high-intensity exercise. The method used was a systematic literature review using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) framework. Secondary data was collected from various indexed journal literature studies on the effect of sports massage in reducing muscle fatigue after high intensity interval training (HIIT). The review of 10 articles showed that sports massage is effective in significantly reducing blood lactic acid after high-intensity exercise. Eight studies showed a p < 0.05, indicating a significant difference in reducing lactic acid levels after sports massage intervention. One study showed no significant difference between sports massage and stretching (p = 0.382), although both were effective individually. One study was not significant (p > 0.05) in reducing lactic acid. The combination of massage and active recovery proved significant. The use of sports massage has been shown to reduce fatigue after high-intensity physical activity. This is due to the significant reduction in lactic acid, overcoming delayed onset muscle soreness and muscle fatigue, and increasing flexibility.

Abstract

The problem faced by elementary school teachers in Lamongan district is the lack of knowledge about the profile of Pancasila students. This service aims to introduce the profile of Pancasila students through sports, as well as prioritizing "Sports for Development" as an effort to use sports, physical activity, and games as a tool to achieve development goals, and specifically support the Sustainable Development Goals (TPB) of the United Nations -Nation (UN). Therefore, teachers as participants are expected to be able to understand and practically apply the concepts and principles of "Sports for Development" in teaching Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) to develop good values ??and self-competencies for elementary school students. The method used is lectures and training on the profile of Pancasila students through sports in PJOK learning. This activity was carried out in three stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. As a result of this dedication, the teacher has been able to increase understanding and be able to implement Pancasila student profiles through sports in PJOK learning

Abstract

This study discusses the process of socializing sports massage implemented among sepak takraw athletes in Palu City. The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness and impact of sports massage socialization on the physical well-being and athletic performance. The research methodology involves a qualitative approach with data collection through in-depth interviews and direct observation of athletes and coaches involved in the socialization program. The research findings indicate that sports massage socialization has provided significant benefits in terms of muscle relaxation, injury recovery, and athletic performance enhancement. Regular training and understanding of massage techniques also contribute to effective implementation. However, some challenges such as limited resources and uneven understanding among athletes and coaching staff need to be addressed to improve the effectiveness of this socialization. This study underscores the importance of a holistic approach to athletes' physical preparation through the sports massage method and emphasizes the need for sustained support from various relevant parties.
