Abstract

The inti-plasma partnership scheme in the oil palm plantation sector aims to create a mutually beneficial relationship between large companies (nucleus) and smallholders (plasma). However, in practice, there are often inequalities that cause plasma farmers to lose control over their businesses. This research analyzes the violation of the partnership agreement between PT Hardaya Inti Plantations (PT HIP) and Koperasi Tani Plasma Amanah as decided in KPPU Decision No. 02/KPPU-K/2023. The focus of the analysis includes the forms of juridical, financial, and operational control that PT HIP exercised over the cooperative, as well as the legal implications based on Jeremy Bentham's theories of civil law, competition, and justice. The results show that PT HIP has abused its dominant position by fully controlling the partnership agreement, limiting cooperatives' access to decision-making, and implementing non-transparent financial practices. KPPU has imposed administrative sanctions in the form of an agreement addendum obligation, an independent audit, and a fine of Rp1,000,000,000.00. However, an evaluation of this decision indicates that the sanction has not fully provided substantive justice for plasma farmers, given the absence of a direct compensation mechanism. Therefore, there is a need to strengthen regulations and implement more effective monitoring and law enforcement mechanisms to ensure fairer and more sustainable partnership relationships in the oil palm plantation industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

Physical activity has been recognized as an important factor in improving students' cognitive function and academic achievement. However, there is uncertainty regarding the type and intensity of physical activity that is most effective in the educational context. This study aims to analyze the relationship between physical activity, cognitive function, and academic achievement through a meta-analysis approach, and to identify moderating factors that influence the relationship. This study used a meta-analysis method by collecting data from studies published in peer-reviewed journals. The data collection process followed the PRISMA guidelines, and the analysis was conducted using Comprehensive Meta-Analysis (CMA) to evaluate heterogeneity and moderation effects. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between physical activity and improvements in cognitive function and academic achievement. Moderate to high-intensity aerobic activity was shown to be more effective than light activity. The findings also showed that elementary school-aged children gained greater cognitive benefits than students at higher levels of education. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating physical activity into the educational curriculum to improve academic outcomes. These findings make a significant contribution to the development of evidence-based educational policies and support more interactive teaching practices.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an e-module containing literature with the theme "I Love Indonesia" to improve students' understanding of literature and strengthen nationalism values. Using the ADDIE model ( Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate ), this study was conducted at SD Islam Al Amanah Tangerang Selatan through a research and development (R&D) approach. The results of the analysis indicate an urgent need for interactive digital teaching materials that are appropriate to the characteristics of elementary school students. The development of the e-module considers pedagogical, aesthetic, and interactivity aspects by integrating text, images, animation, and video. Formative evaluations were conducted throughout the development process, while summative evaluations showed that 84% of students experienced an increase in literary understanding after using the e-module, and 90% of teachers responded positively to the ease of compiling and delivering the material. Although the results showed high effectiveness in terms of nationalism (92%) and practicality of use (88%), student participation (84%) indicated the need for improved interactive features. Thus, this e-module is not only an effective medium in learning literature, but also an important tool in strengthening nationalist character education in elementary schools.
