Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between work conflict and teacher professionalism in schools, particularly its impact on the quality of individual and organizational performance. Poorly managed work conflicts can disrupt professionalism, such as by reducing commitment, hindering collaboration, or lowering adherence to work standards. Conversely, a high level of professionalism can be a key factor in resolving work conflicts constructively, as professionalism includes the ability to communicate effectively, maintain work ethics, and prioritize shared interests. Therefore, the author is interested in examining the topic "The Relationship Between Conflict and Teacher Professionalism at UPT SMPN 10 Tapung, Kampar Regency." The sample for this study consists of 28 teachers. The results of a simple correlation analysis (r) indicate a correlation between teachers' perceptions of the relationship between conflict and teacher professionalism, with an (r) value of 0.853 and a significance level of 0.05 (5%). This shows a positive relationship, as a higher conflict level correlates with lower teacher professionalism. It can be concluded that the relationship between conflict and teacher professionalism falls into the "very strong" category, with a coefficient range of 0.80–1.00. Thus, it can be stated that interpersonal conflicts are related to teacher professionalism at UPT SMPN 10 Tapung, Kampar Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of gadget usage on the learning motivation of students at SMAN 34 Jakarta. The research was conducted at SMAN 34 Jakarta. The subjects of this research are the students of SMAN 34 Jakarta. The research used a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire survey. The results indicate that the majority of students stated that the use of gadgets can increase learning motivation, facilitate access to information, make learning activities more engaging, and enhance creativity. Based on the questionnaire data, 73.8% of students stated that gadgets improve learning motivation, and 72.3% stated that gadgets are useful as a medium for finding assignments, news, and information. Meanwhile, 66.2% of students stated that gadgets make it difficult for them to concentrate while studying, 20% stated that gadgets reduce their interest in learning, and 13.8% felt that gadgets make them more individualistic. To minimize the negative impacts of gadgets, it is necessary to use them wisely to provide significant benefits in supporting learning activities.

Abstract

Student`s active learning create good learning. The purpose of this study was to increase student activity by using the Teams Game Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model for class IV science subjects at SDN Banjarsari Wetan 01 Dagangan Madiun. The subject in this research were 11 students of SDN Banjarsari Wetan 01 Dagangan Madiun, the procedure for implementation this classroom action research was carried out in a cyclicial form. The cycles consist of four stages namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection.  This research uses a collaborative PTK type which consisted of two cycles, cycles I and cycles II. Data collection techniques uses observation, documentation and field notes. The instrumens used in this research were observation, documentation and field notes. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive qualitative and quantitativeThe resluted of this research showed that there was an improvement in the resulted of cycle I and I I using the cooperative learning model of teams game tournament type for science subject. The resulted  of the first cycle of research show that students' activeness reached 79% this still does not showed appropriate resulted because there were indicators of oral activity that were not appropiate. Therefore, reflection and improvement were carried out in cycle I and cycle .Cycle II showed  that students' activeness reached 85%.This shows that there is an increase in the percentage of students' activeness in each cycle. The results of this research show that student activity using the TGT method in learning science can increase student activity in carrying out learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of teacher professionalism on student learning outcomes in sociology learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Lamongan. This research applies descriptive quantitative methods, where statistical analysis is carried out using Microsoft Excel and IBM SPSS applications. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to 29 respondents who were related students. Teacher professionalism is measured by mastery of material, teaching methods, and ability to evaluate. The results showed that teacher professionalism significantly influenced student learning outcomes. This can be seen from a series of statistical tests, such as the validity test which shows the data is valid, the reliability test with a very high level of relevance, and the linearity test which shows the relationship between variable X (teacher professionalism) and variable Y (student learning outcomes) is linear. The normality test shows that the data is normally distributed, while the hypothesis test concludes that variable X shows a significant influence on variable Y. In conclusion, teacher professionalism plays an important role in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the perception of teachers and students of grade IV of SDN 13/I Muara Bulian towards the use of technology-based learning media in elementary schools. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with research subjects consisting of grade IV teachers and students who are directly involved in technology-based learning. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using Miles and Huberman's steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that both teachers and students have a positive perception of the use of technology-based learning media. Teachers assess that technology can improve student understanding, create engaging learning, and motivate students to learn. Meanwhile, students feel that technology-based media makes learning more fun, easy to understand, and encourages learning independence. However, several challenges have arisen, such as limited facilities, device access, and technical skills that still need to be improved. With support from schools and further training, technology has the potential to significantly improve the quality of learning. This research provides important insights for the development of technology-based learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to improve numeracy skills through the use of counting board media (statues) in grade 1 students of SDN Banjarsari wetan 01 trading Madiun district. This study used classroom action research involving seven students as participants. The methods used by researchers are; data collection methods using tests. The results showed that the use of counting board media can significantly improve the numeracy ability of addition 1-20 in grade 1 students. The use of counting board media in mathematics learning with addition material 1-20 was stated to increase after using counting board media from pre cycle 1 with an average value of 50, cycle 1 experienced an increase in the average value of 65, cycle 2 experienced an increase in the average value of 80. This indicates that the use of counting board media is very effective in improving numeracy skills in grade 1 students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using graphic image media on student learning outcomes at MTs Al-Washliyah Sorkam. This study is a quantitative study with a research design that uses Quasi Experiment. The sample of this study was grade VII students at MTs Al-Washliyah Sorkam with a sample size of 60 students. The sample of the study was class VII A Experiment using graphic image media and class VII B Control with conventional methods, data analysis techniques using hypothesis testing with paired sample tests. The results showed that there was a significant effect on the use of graphic image media on student learning outcomes in the subject of aqidah akhlak at MTs Al-Washliyah Sorkam class VII A. As these results prove that the value of the experimental class Sig (2-tailed) = 0.000 while alpha (0.000 <0.05), with an average value using graphic image media of 72.83.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the many conflicts that occur in the current Islamic educational institution environment, both in terms of learning and educational administration. The purpose of this study is to find out conflict management in Islamic educational institutions using Islamic and contemporary approaches. The method of this research is to use a literature study study. The result of this study is that the occurrence of conflicts in Islamic educational institutions is something that is common, considering that Islamic educational institutions are still continuing to carry out the process of improvement in their systems and mechanisms. Conflicts also arise because they are caused by the unpreparedness of facilities and infrastructure that support their implementation and the existence of differences and contradictions in the implementation of the implementation mechanism of Islamic educational institutions, even conflicts also arise because of conflicts in the behavior of practitioners of Islamic educational institutions themselves. In an Islamic perspective, conflicts must be managed properly so that they become a force for the better and can facilitate the implementation of a stable and consistent education system. One of the postulates in conflict management in Islam is contained in Q.S Annisa verse 35, which explains that conflicts must be overcome and solutions must be found. Meanwhile, in the current contemporary approach, conflict management can be done by utilizing science and technology as a tool to minimize and normalize everything that is deemed necessary to reduce and resolve conflicts that occur. If conflicts are left unattended and not managed with appropriate conflict management, it will have a bad impact, especially on the success of Islamic educational institutions. The Islamic and Contemporary approaches are two viewpoints that can help resolve conflicts that occur in the environment of Islamic educational institutions. In other words, Islam is a religion that is always present to provide solutions to all problems, including conflict management. However, on the other hand, it is also necessary to look at the current situation and conditions by looking at the development of the increasingly advanced times, of course it is necessary to solve problems by considering the conditions in the current contemporary era.

Abstract

Learning discipline is behavior that shows obedience, devotion, loyalty, regularity and order in learning. Learning discipline is an important attitude for students to form good behavior, attitudes and living arrangements. This research aims to analyze the learning discipline of students at UPTD SD GMIT PULELANG. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observations and questionnaires. This research identifies factors that influence learning discipline, including motivation and family support. The results show that students' learning discipline is in the medium category, with several violations of school rules. It is hoped that these findings will provide insight into improving learning discipline in the school environment.

Abstract

Learning evaluation is an important component in the education process. This study aims to integrate Islamic and psychological perspectives on learning evaluation. By analysing evaluation principles from both perspectives, this research proposes a holistic evaluation framework. Through file research method or library research with qualitative research type, the study comes from various literatures such as books, papers, articles or scientific journals, through searching through websites and internet sites. This research identifies similarities and differences between the two perspectives, and examines the implications of their practical application in the educational context. The results show that the integration of the two perspectives can result in a more comprehensive, relevant and meaningful evaluation for learners.
