Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan psikoreligi dalam meningkatkan mindset positif muslimah di Majelis Taklim Khodijah Tlogomulyo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi yang menggambarkan suatu fenomena individu yang diteliti. Penelitian menggunakan data primer berupa hasil wawancara dengan empat informan dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendidikan psikoreligi sangat penting bagi jamaah majelis taklim. Pembentukan karakter dan spiritualitas individu bagi jamaah menjadi terbentuk. Mindset positif dapat terbentuk setelah mengikuti kajian di majelis taklim

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prinsip dan kriteria keberhasilan edupreneurship menurut perspektif Islam. Metode penelitian yang penulis lakukan ialah kualitatif-deskriptif dengan pendekatan library reserarch. Teknik pengumpulan data disini yaitu dokumentasi. bahwa prinsip-prinsip edupreneurship dalam pandangan Islam untuk mengoptimalkan berbagai potensi yang dimiliki demi menghasilkan nilai tambah ilmiah sekaligus nilai tambah ekonomis yang relevan dalam bidang pendidikan Islam. Edupreneurship Islam akan menumbuhkembangkan kebiasaan peserta didik dalam berwirausaha untuk tetap kreatif dan inovatif seperti menulis buku sesuai dengan minat dan bidang masing-masing, melakukan aktivitas lain yang dapat memberikan nilai tambah secara ekonomis. Alhasil akan membawa peserta didik pada perubahan yang awalnya sebagai pengguna kemudian beralih menjadi penghasil. Hasil penelitian dari prinsip edupreneurship menurut perspektif islam ini yaitu percaya diri, inisiatif dalam arti enerjik, fokus pada tugas dan hasil, berwawasan jauh ke depan, berjiwa kepemimpinan, berani mengambil resiko, penuh perhitungan, komunikatif, reflektif, keorisinalitas, inovatif, kreatif, fleksibel. bijaksana dalam mengambil kebijakan dan keputusan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan penting Muhammadiyah terhadap perkembangan Pendidikan di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang penulis lakukan ialah kualitatif-deskriptif dengan pendekatan library reserarch. Metode penelitian ini yaitu studi kepustakaan Kerena pada akhirnya seluruh bahan yang telah dibaca harus ditarik sebuah kesimpulan dalam bentuk laporan. Sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Bahwa Muhammadiyah sejak kelahiran hingga perkembangannya saat ini telah megukuhkan diri sebagai gerakan Islam yang tetap istiqomah dan senantiasa konsisten dalam melaksanakan dakwah dan tajdid. Semangat(ruh,spirit) gerakan Muhammadiyah tersebut memberikan inspirasi tentang pentingnya sebuah organisasi gerakan yang melaksanakan dakwah dalam berbagai lini, salah satunya di dalam dunia Pendidikan. Muhammadiyah hadir mewarnai dunia pendidikan Indonesia dengan segala karakteristik dan ke khasannya. Melalui bidang pendidikan ini, pemahaman tentang ajaran Islam dapat diturunkan dan disebarluaskan. Oleh karena itu, tidak dipungkiri jika rencana nyata Muhammadiyah adalah untuk mendorong pendidikan di Indonesiasemakin berkemajuan. Hasil penelitian dari peran penting Muhammadiyah terhadap perkembangan Pendidikan di Indonesia ini yaitu berhasil mendirikan banyak sekolah dan universitas di Indonesia dan mencetak kader-kader hebat di dalam kabinet pemerintahan di Indonesia.

Abstract

As time goes by, many new sects emerge that deviate from the rules of the Islamic religion. Therefore, to give Muslims a better understanding, the meaning of tarjid and tajdid will be explained in this discussion. So that there is no misunderstanding, when his brother does something related to religion such as whudu, there is no problem for those who adhere to the Imam Shafi'i or Imam Malik madhhab; they each have their own laws. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, this research involves a comprehensive literature review on the Muhammadiyah tajdid and tajrid movement, which aims to provide an understanding of the model regarding the Muhammadiyah tajdid and tajrid movement. In the Muhammadiyah constitution, it is divided into three movement models which manifest as movement capital, namely: First: Muhammadiyah as an Islamic movement. Second: as an effort to preach amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, and third, Muhammadiyah as an effort to tajdid. Since its inception, Muhamadiyah has focused on strengthening the movement's base. Tajdid Muhammadiyah is concrete and productive, meaning that the business charities established can be felt and utilized concretely by Muslims, the Indonesian people, and everyone. The nature of Tajdid Muhammadiyah is that it is open, Tajdid Muhammad Muhammadiyah is very functionally aligned and with Muhammadiyah's ideals to make Islam a progressive religion, also a virtuous Islam that is always present as a solution to problems, including health, education and socio-economic problems. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the reception of the Qur'an at the Al Muhammad Islamic Boarding School in Cepu. This is a qualitative research using inductive descriptive methods. Qualitative research is a research procedure that analyzes descriptive data in the form of spoken or written observations. The inductive descriptive method aims to describe and analyze data to obtain a general overview or description of the reception of the Qur'an at the Al Muhammad Islamic Boarding School. This research asserts that the Qur'an is a holy book that is always in harmony with all situations and conditions (ṣāliḥ li kulli zamān wa makān). The theory used by the researcher here is Karl Mannheim's sociology of meaning theory, which emphasizes three typologies of meaning, namely objective, expressive, and documentary meanings. This research yields at least two findings. First, various types of reception are found at the Al Muhammad Islamic Boarding School. Second, the meanings attached to these receptions include: a) objective meaning, where the various reception behaviors at the Al Muhammad Islamic Boarding School are part of a symbol of compliance and reverence for the boarding school's rules, b) expressive meaning is manifested in the form of self-internalization with positive values in the continuous learning process of the Qur'an, and c) documentary meaning is manifested in the form of local contextualization of the overall cultural system.

Abstract

Prenatal education is one of the important stages in forming a child's character. This education starts from the time the fetus is in the womb until it is born into the world. Many mothers do not carry out their duties properly in providing stimulus or stimulation to the child they are carrying because of the mother's lack of knowledge about how to educate a child well while still in the womb in the Islamic view and there are still many who think that the child's intelligence and intelligence is sufficiently supported by nutrition. the good one. This research aims to reveal the concept of prenatal education from the perspective of Islamic religious education. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data was obtained through literature studies and interviews with pregnant women in local villages. Data analysis was carried out using observation and interview techniques. The research results show that further research is still needed to develop more specific and measurable Islamic-based prenatal education methods. It is hoped that collaboration between educators, health practitioners and ulama can produce a more holistic and effective approach to Islamic-based prenatal education. The research results show that prenatal education from the perspective of Islamic religious education involves aspects such as the habit of listening to the holy verses of the Koran, prayers and dhikr which are good for fetal development. Apart from that, it is important to provide positive stimulation and a conducive environment for pregnant women. The novel elements in this research are the role of parents in prenatal education, the influence of the environment on pregnancy, prayer and dhikr during pregnancy, early religious education, health and nutrition in Islam, the role of society and community. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to the understanding of the importance of prenatal education in Islam, so that it can serve as a guide for pregnant mothers in preparing a quality generation.

Abstract

Latar belakang dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya pemahaman peserta didik MTs Ma'arif Darul Aman Pringsurat tentang pentingnya cinta tanah air dan nilai-nilai nasionalisme dapat berdampak negatif pada pembentukan karakter, akhlak, dan identitas nasional. Tanpa pemahaman yang cukup, peserta didik MTs Ma'arif Darul Aman Pringsurat dapat menghambat tumbuhnya generasi yang mencintai negara, perilaku berakhlak mulia, memiliki rasa tanggung jawab terhadap pembangunan bangsa, dan menjaga persatuan serta kesatuan Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk menganalisis strategi, pelaksanaan dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat strategi penanaman karakter cinta tanah air dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di MTs Ma'arif Darul Aman Pringsurat. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan, dengan metode penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan fenomenologi. Penelitian ini mengambil data dari sumber data primer yang berupa hasil wawancara, serta sumber data sekunder yang berupa hasil observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data peneliti mengumpulkan data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber. Berdasarkan analisis data hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut. Pertama, strategi penanaman karakter cinta tanah air dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di MTs Ma'arif Darul Aman Pringsurat, melalui pengalaman langsung seperti kegiatan upacara bendera, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan peringatan hari-hari besar islam. Kedua, pelaksanaan penanaman karakter cinta tanah air dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di MTs Ma'arif Darul Aman Pringsurat dengan menanaman karakter cinta tanah air dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam, termasuk pemahaman konsep cinta tanah air dalam Islam, integrasi dalam materi pembelajaran, dan pengalaman lapangan. Ketiga, faktor pendukung strategi penanaman karakter cinta tanah air dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di MTs Ma'arif Darul Aman Pringsurat adalah komunikasi guru-peserta didik, kerja sama antara guru dan tenaga kependidikan, kerja sama dengan pengurus pondok, dan kerja sama dengan orang tua. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah perbedaan jadwal antara sekolah dan pondok, perbedaan persepsi, lingkungan pergaulan peserta didik, dan pengaruh gadget.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the validity of Unregistered marriages from the perspective of Islamic law and its impact on children's rights, focusing on the decision of the Singaraja Religious Court Number 17/Pdt.P/2024/PA.Sgr. Unregistered marriages, although valid in Islam, are not legally recognized by the state without official registration. This has various legal implications, especially for children's rights. Children from serial marriages often do not get alimony rights, inheritance rights, and official identity recognition. This study uses a normative legal approach with descriptive analysis to explore the phenomenon of Unregistered marriages and its impact on children's rights from the perspective of Islamic law and positive law in Indonesia. The study results show that the court's determination of a child's origin provides a legal and recognized status, allowing access to rights such as education, health, and inheritance. Awareness of married couples and policy support from the government is needed to protect children's rights and ensure better legal certainty.

Abstract

This research is based on data from the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Protection of the Republic of Indonesia in 2022 which indicates that there are around 52,000 marriage dispensation cases that will go to the religious courts. Around 34,000 of these cases were triggered by the faktor of love which prompted parents to apply for their children to be married off immediately. Various faktors causing early marriage include pregnancies outside of marriage, environmental influences, and family faktors such as economic limitations. Individual faktors such as physical development and the influence of social media also play a role in this problem. The purpose of this study was to identify the causal faktors and solutions to the problems of Islamic education in families of early marriage in Kundisari Kedu Village, Temanggung. The method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, with data collection techniques including observation, documentation, and interviews with residents of Kundisari village. The results of the study show that the lack of parental education and limited knowledge of Islamic education affect children's education. Busy parents, lack of consistent application of religious teachings, and lack of provision for parents are also problems in Islamic education in early marriage families. Therefore, solutions can be found through an Islamic family environment, increased parental education, open communication, and monitoring the use of technology.

Abstract

The first step in harmonizing, standardizing, and regulating halal practices in the nation is unification and standardization. But the halal market in Nigeria is still developing. The growing need for halal products draws businesses with or without an Islamic relationship to halal certification. In Nigeria's case, the certification is granted by both conventional and religious certifying agencies. Having an excessive number of halal certification suppliers without oversight of their operations can make it difficult to determine which firm to trust. This research aims to investigate the feasibility of establishing a uniform and consistent halal certification in Nigeria, in light of the existing misunderstanding. This essay examines the significance of having uniform frameworks for halal certification. The study uses a qualitative methodology, gathering data through library research and interviews. To address the study topic, a thematic analysis of the data is conducted. Increased consumer trust, easier market access for companies, and better regulatory control are all advantages of unification. This research supports a streamlined approach to Halal certification that fosters transparency, credibility, and market integrity globally through cooperation among certifying bodies, regulatory authorities, and industry stakeholders. This article suggests that, while achieving halal certification, unity is feasible.
