Abstract

Type 2 diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease that requires lifelong treatment. In the course of the disease, if blood sugar levels are not controlled, it can lead to complications of other diseases. The variety of antidiabetic drugs used in therapy can lead to differences in the cost effectiveness of therapy. The aims of this study is to analyze the cost-effectiveness of antidiabetic therapy in outpatients at Dr. Moewardi Hospital. Data collection in this study was carried out retrospectively using medical records of outpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and billing data from the hospital The data obtained were then presented descriptively and the ACER value was calculated for the 2 most widely used drug groups. The results of this study showed that 30 patients received a combination of Insulin Analog (Basal) + Insulin Analog (Prandial/Premixed) and and 11 patients received Insulin Analog (Basal/ Prandial/ Premixed). The percentage effectiveness of combination therapy Insulin Analog (Basal) + Insulin Analog (Prandial/ Premixed) was higher than Insulin Analog (Basal/ Prandial/ Premixed) (83.33 vs 72.72). The ACER value of Insulin Analog (Basal) + Insulin Analog (Prandial/ Premixed) (IDR 13.802,42) is lower than Insulin Analog (Basal/ Prandial/ Premixed) (IDR 18.356). Based on the cost effectiveness table, the combination of Insulin Analog (Basal) + Insulin Analog (Prandial / Premixed) is more effective so that the combination of Insulin Analog (Basal) + Insulin Analog (Prandial / Premixed) is more cost effective than Insulin Analog (Basal / Prandial / Premixed).

Abstract

The research aimed to investigate the influence of digital technology on the precision, dependability, and ubiquity of baby weight measurements on a global scale. This encompassed a variety of studies assessing the accuracy of hospital registers and self-reported data, obstacles and facilitators associated with weighing at delivery, the correlation between ultrasonography estimated foetal weight and birth weight, and the impact of quality improvement efforts on birth weight data. Additionally, indirectly related studies were considered, examining gestational weight gain, physical activity during pregnancy, infant anthropometry, and infant feeding practices. The findings indicate that while there remain challenges such as access to precise instruments and sufficient healthcare personnel, digital technology advancements, including digital health interventions, mobile-based solutions, and digital electrocardiograms, have significantly contributed to improving birth weight data accuracy and low birth weight prevalence. Furthermore, these advancements have also positively impacted other related aspects, such as gestational weight gain and community-based malnutrition screening, which indirectly influence newborn weight and overall infant and child well-being. Overall, despite existing challenges and areas requiring further research, digital technology advancements have significantly improved baby weight measurements' precision, reliability, and ubiquity worldwide, contributing to better neonatal and pediatric healthcare.

Abstract

Artificial intelligent technology gives rise to contract automation. In contract law, intention is one of the principles of making contracts. In addition, contracts must also be formed based on the results of discussions and meetings of minds which result in accordance with the wishes or desires so that they can be included in a contract. Contract automation through Artificial Intelligent can be called a conflict of fundamental requirements for contract formation. The general contract law that has emerged through Artificial Intelligence does not take into account mental state and does not examine the true thoughts or intentions of the parties. Based on the explanation above this research aim is to find out Artificial Intelligent in contract formation based on the theory of contract law. Law is conceptualized as a norm or rule that applies in society and becomes a reference for everyone's behavior in normative legal research with the goal of discovering facts that are used as research data relating to the existence of artificial intelligent for automation og contract formation based on contract theory contract law. This research method employs a statutory approach involving a review of all relevant laws and regulations. This type of research is also known as descriptive-analytical research because the findings are presented descriptively and analytically, so this method was chosen The findings research, contracts formed using artificial intelligence are not legally binding, even if the technology underlying them advances. The technology that underpins them advances. Currently, despite the fact that computer programs or Artificial Intelligence create contracts. There is no authority to support any legal distinction based on the level of human involvement or program complexity. If the common law of contract is to introduce a distinction depending on how the theory of contract law is based on the appearance of the intent of a person or legal entity in making the statements in the contract as intended."Unintended contracts," or contracts that do not arise from the intention of a person or legal entity and are not based on the fairness and trust theory, will be prohibited
