Abstract

This study aims to describe: (1) the implementation of the independent curriculum, (2) the readiness of teachers in implementing the independent curriculum, (3) the obstacles of teachers in implementing the independent curriculum in SD Negeri Ponggok. This research uses qualitative research methods using a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were principals and teachers of SD Negeri Ponggok. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results obtained in this study are: 1) The implementation of the independent curriculum in learning is categorized as very good, which includes learning preparation, learning implementation, and learning assessment; 2) The readiness of SD Negeri Ponggok teachers in the implementation of the independent curriculum is categorized as very good in preparation, implementation, and learning assessment and of the three characteristics of the independent curriculum on the observation sheet, two of them are met; 3) The obstacles experienced by teachers of SD Negeri Ponggok in implementing the independent curriculum, namely the difficulty of changing the old teaching method and the application of differentiated learning that has not been maximized.

Abstract

This research aims to describe: (1) procedures for developing pocket book media; (2) feasibility of developing pocket book media; (3) the results of developing pocket book media to increase students' cultural appreciation. This type of research is research and development (R&D) with a 4D development model. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis uses product validity level techniques and trial data analysis. The research results show that: (1) pocket book media to increase students' cultural appreciation has been developed using a 4D development model with expert testing and validation; (2) Pocket book media is appropriate based on the assessment of material experts with an average score of 4 "Valid", the assessment of media experts with an average score of 4.11 "Vaild", the assessment of language experts with an average score of 3 "Quite Valid" ', and student assessments in small group tests with an average of 4 "Valid" (3) media are declared effective based on students' achievement of cultural appreciation which reaches a score of 100%.

Abstract

Innovation in learning the Indonesian language and literature based on digital literacy isu urgently needed. This article aims to discover innovations in learning the Indonesian language and literature based on digital literacy for class VI elementary schools in terms of the independent curriculum. The writing method used is a literature review. The results and discussion contained in this article include. 1) making study groups; 2) watching learning videos; 3) project planning; 4) project guidance and completion; 5) settlement and exhibition; 6) report; and closing notes students gave to Mr. Soleh. In addition, digital literacy can increase students' ability to think in understanding information, increase focus, concentration, and creativity, and innovate digital literacy learning in Indonesian language learning.

Abstract

Research on strengthening the profile of Pancasila aims-describes the implementation of a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students based on ethnic education to improve the independent and cooperative character of elementary school students. The research method uses a qualitative description with the research object being class I SD Negeri Trayu. Methods of data collection by observing, interviewing, and documentation. Data analysis with selecting, focusing, and simplifying data according to the research focus (data condensation), presenting data (data display), and concluding (conclusion drawing/verification). The results of the research are that the implementation of strengthening Pancasila based on ethno-edutainment to improve the independent character and cooperation of elementary school students is carried out in four stages, namely stages of introduction, contextual, action, and reflection as well as follow-up based on ethno-edutainment. This encourages students to be able according to expectations to act independently, work together on, and being able to preserve Indonesian culture specifically in the form of special foods from Kulon Progo Regency.

Abstract

 Social interaction is a reciprocal relationship that is carried out by more than one individual. While, learning is a change in behavior from experiences. The purpose of this study to determine the characteristics, learning process, and social interaction abilities of students with multiple disabilities and physical disabilities. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 2 Penggung. This research used a case study approach based on qualitative data. The data source used was grade 3 multiple disabled students, disabled students grade 6, teachers of grade 3 and grade 6. Data collection techniques used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The research findings showed that student with multiple disabilities have low hearing ability and belong to the category of hearing loss. Meanwhile, disabled students have characteristic of the shape of the hands which only have two fingers and clubfoot-shaped feet. The learning process for double and disabled students is the same as other normal students. However, teacher provides special service to students with multiple disabilities. There were difference in the social interaction abilities of students with disabilities and multiple disabilities. Double disabled students were able to interact well, while disabled students tend to be quiet and never interact with their friends.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role of monopoly mathematics learning media to learning motivation of fifth grade students at SDN 2 Hadiwarno in mathematics learning, especially on speed and discharge material. The research method was descriptive qualitative research. The subjects this study were 12 students and a teacher class of V. The data collection method were observation, interview, and documentation. Test the validity of the data used triangulation sources and triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques used Miles and Huberman data analysis model. The results showed that monopoly mathematics learning media was an important positive role in learning motivation of fifth grade students at SDN 2 Hadiwarno.  It was a  role in increasing student learning motivation by attracting attention of students that makes them focus on participating learning. In addition, students more active in participating learning. Increasing student motivation in learning can be seen from enthusiasm, keep spirit, independence, curiosity, and determination to face difficulties better than before using the media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out (1) the use of the Make A Match learning model in fifth grade science learning at SDN 2 Gunungsari. (2) the activeness of student learning after using the Make A Match learning model in class V Science learning at SDN 2 Gunungsari. (3) the supporting and inhibiting factors of student activity in learning science using the Make A Match learning model for class V SDN 2 Gunungsari. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques with observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of data analysis obtained 1. Learning using the Make A Match learning model with paired card media is able to attract attention, students' enthusiasm so that learning does not feel bored and bored. 2. Students actively participate in science learning using the Make A Match learning model. Can make students more active in asking, arguing, discussing exchanging information and being able to solve problems given by the teacher. 3. Factors supporting learning using the Make A Match learning model, namely learning and directed material, not rigid, student interaction, responsibility, and student knowledge. learning inhibiting factors using the Make A Match learning model, namely student disorder.

Abstract

Creative learning media is very influential on the process and student learning outcomes, one of which is "Kanca" media. "Kanca" media is arithmetic media that can be used in grade 1 students. This study aims to: (1) describe the development of local culture-based "kanca" media (2) find out the response of teachers and students to the development of local culture-based "kanca" media.This study uses the ADDIE research method developed by Dick and Carry which consists of 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. Kanca was tested in limited trials and field trials in grade I public elementary schools Pojah II and Paberasan I. Product eligibility was based on media experts, material, teacher responses, student responses. The results showed: (1) "kanca" media was developed using the ADDIE development model, the media expert's assessment obtained a 98%, the material expert's assessment obtained a 97.5% of the criteria "Highly Appropriate and Not Revised", (2) the assessment of student responses in the limited trial obtained a 92.5%, the of teacher responses and students in the field trial obtained a 100% and 93,6% of the "Very Good" criteria, local culture-based "Kanca" media can be used as an alternative media for learning mathematics.
