Abstract

Students who have difficulty reading, it turns out that not only students in lower grades, but students in higher grades also still have some children who have difficulty reading. The purpose of this study, among others, researchers want to know the factors that influence students' reading difficulties at SDN Pucangsewu and the efforts made by teachers to overcome these problems. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research. Qualitative descriptive research is used to understand the subjects studied about the reading difficulties experienced by the subjects. Based on the results of observations and interviews that have been conducted, it was identified that subjects who had difficulty reading were in 3 classes, namely class III as many as 2 children, class IV as many as 2 children, and class VI as many as 1 child. There are several factors that influence reading difficulties in students, including internal factors and external factors of students.

Abstract

Pembelajaraan yang terintegrasi dua ilmu pengetahuan memiliki tantangan dan peluang baru bagi guru maupun peserta didik, sedangkan keterampilan literasi sains pada pembelajaran IPAS masih membutuhkan representasi panduan dipelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis literasi sains sebagai media pembelajaran IPAS Kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan Research and Development dengan model ADDIE menggunakan langkah-langkah meliputi: (1) Analysis; (2) Design; (3) Development; (4) Implementation; (5) Evaluate. Subjek uji coba dilakukan pada kelas IV SDN 2 Kebondalem sebanyak 15 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawacara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik tingkat kevalidan produk dan analisis data uji coba. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD berbasis literasi sains pelajaran IPAS tergolong pada kategori Sangat Valid; LKPD tergolong sangat praktis ditinjau dari hasil observasi; LKPD termasuk efektif berdasarkan hasil data uji coba skala. Dengan demikian, LKPD berbasis literasi sains yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of the use of gadgets on character development in accordance with the Pancasila Student Profile and analyze the efforts made by schools to overcome the impact of gadgets on character development in accordance with the Pancasila Student Profile of grade VI students of SD Negeri 2 Sambong. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that the use of gadgets in grade VI students of SD Negeri 2 Sambong has a positive impact on the character development of grade VI students, especially in the dimensions of critical, creative, and independent thinking. However, there are still obstacles in terms of discipline and responsibility. The school has made various efforts, such as supervision, gadget use policies, and cooperation with parents to shape student character in accordance with the Pancasila Student Profile.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran teknologi informasi, khususnya aplikasi edukasi, dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa sekolah dasar terhadap konsep dasar hukum keluarga. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus, data dikumpulkan dari wawancara guru, orang tua, dan siswa serta observasi penggunaan aplikasi edukasi dalam pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi informasi secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa, di mana 75% responden menyatakan mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan tentang hak dan kewajiban dalam keluarga. Selain itu, keterlibatan siswa dalam diskusi kelas juga meningkat dari 30% menjadi 65% setelah penggunaan aplikasi. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan untuk menanamkan kesadaran hukum sejak dini. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan konten digital yang relevan secara budaya dan pelatihan guru dalam pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran sebagai langkah strategis dalam membangun generasi muda yang sadar hukum.

Abstract

Guru Penggerak is one of the independent learning programs that is expected to increase teacher competence with several programs and encourage learning independence for students. The purpose of this study is to identify the ability of Guru Penggerak in implementing independent learning classes. This type of research is a qualitative research with an interview, field survey, and observation approach. Data analysis using data reduction, data triangulation, and data synthesis. The results of the study show that teachers have sufficient professional competence in the ability of teachers to drive independent learning.

Abstract

The study aims to learn what mathematical concepts are found in traditional game tools (hula hoop, the tray, and the kite) and to learn the contribution of ethnomathematics to traditional game tools for elementary school education. It was a qualitative study using an ethnographic approach. Research subjects were 7 elementary school students (a 3rd class student, three 4th graders, and three 6th graders) in the village neighborhood of sirnoboyo and two elementary school teachers (a class 4 teacher and a class 5 teacher). Sampling technique used to determine student subjects. The data collection methods used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis suggests that: 1) the traditional game hula hoop, the tray, and the kite were responsible for the mathematical concepts. The mathematical concept of the traditional game tool was line, Angle, point of view, and get up flat. 2) traditional game tools as hula hoop, bakiak, and kites have contributed as a source of mathematical learning at elementary school. 3) the character traditional game hula hoop, the bakiak, and the kite were self-sufficiency, confidence, teamwork, and unity.

Abstract

Abstrak Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran aplikasi Gojek sebagai media untuk meningkatkan interaksi intra- dan antar-komunitas. Studi ini menyelidiki manfaat dan dampak aplikasi Gojek terhadap interaksi sosial dan efeknya pada masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana aplikasi Gojek mempromosikan interaksi sosial dan komunikasi positif di antara penggunanya. Metodologi penelitian meliputi tinjauan pustaka dari penelitian sebelumnya yang terkait dengan topik dan analisis data kualitatif dari respons survei dari pengguna Gojek. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Gojek memberikan kesempatan bagi orang untuk terhubung dan berinteraksi dengan orang lain dalam komunitas mereka, dan juga memfasilitasi interaksi antar-komunitas dengan menyambung kesenjangan antara komunitas yang berbeda. Selain itu, artikel mengidentifikasi beberapa strategi yang dapat diterapkan oleh aplikasi Gojek untuk lebih mempromosikan interaksi sosial positif di antara penggunanya. Secara keseluruhan, studi ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Gojek memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada interaksi sosial dan dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk meningkatkan interaksi intra- dan antar-komunitas.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the PKN E-Module meaning the image on the Indonesian state symbol "Garuda Pancasila" as teaching material in the process of learning activities in schools and online learning. The research method used is Research and Development with the 4-D (Four-D) development model which is modified into three stages, namely the define stage, the design stage and the development stage. the stage of dissemination (disseminate) was not used due to limitations in the study. The developed PKN E-Module contains material on the meaning of the image on the Indonesian state symbol "Garuda Pancasila". The trial used in this study used a large-scale initial trial. The test subjects in this study were 19 grade III elementary school students. The results of this development research can be seen from the results of expert validation in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire and student responses using the Ghuttman scale questionnaire. The results of the material validation get a percentage of 93.18% in the proper category. The results of the design expert validation get a percentage of 97.5% in the feasible category. Student responses received positive responses in the initial large-scale trials which can be seen from the average results of 99% in the very good category. From these data, the PKN E-Module material for the meaning of images on the Indonesian state symbol for class III elementary schools is declared suitable for use as teaching material.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) learning science class IV using miniature media at SDN 2 Sidomulyo; (2) the understanding of fourth-grade students of SDN 2 Sidomulyo using miniature media in science learning. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were selected by purposive sampling on the fourth-grade student of SDN 2 Sidomulyo. The object of this research is a miniature learning media in the fourth-grade science subject at SDN 2 Sidomulyo. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, and tests. The test is used to analyze student's understanding of science lessons. The validity of the data uses triangulation of sources, then data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, conclusions, and verification. The results of the study show that 1) the learning process using miniature media is very helpful for students in accepting the material given because they are actively involved in learning. 2) of 10 students in grade IV SDN 2 Sidomulyo have two levels of understanding, namely high (90%) and medium (10%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the correlation between self-confidence and student’s learning outcomes; (2) the correlation between mathematical communication skills and student’s learning outcomes; (3) the correlation between self-confidence and mathematical communication skills with student’s learning outcomes. This type of research was quantitative. The population in this study were students of class V SD Negeri Gugus 01 in Kebonagung District for the 2019/2020 academic year. The sample was selected by proportional random sampling technique, amounting to 30 respondents. Data collection was carried out using documentation, questionnaires, and tests. Data analysis used correlation techniques with the help of SPSS 16.0 after testing the prerequisite analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive correlation between self-confidence and learning outcomes of grade V SD Negeri Gugus 01, Kebonagung Sub District, Academic Year 2019/2020 (2) there was a positive correlation between mathematical communication skills and the learning outcomes of class V SD Negeri Gugus 01, Kebonagung Sub District, 2019/2020 academic and (3) there was a positive correlation between self-confidence and mathematical communication skills with student learning outcomes.
