Abstract

In the increasingly advanced digital era, the healthcare sector faces significant challenges in effectively managing patient visit data. Monitoring patient visits, both inpatient and outpatient, is a crucial aspect of hospital management. This study aims to develop a dashboard application that can monitor inpatient and outpatient visit data in real-time and in an integrated manner at hospitals in Gianyar City. The problems faced include data inaccuracies, delays in decision-making, and lack of data integration from various sources. The research methods used include needs analysis through interviews and surveys, system design with architecture and prototype design, application development using the waterfall method, as well as testing using blackbox testing and application performance evaluation using usability testing. This application is designed to collect data from various sources, integrate it, and present it in an easily understandable visual form. The results of the study show that this dashboard application can improve the efficiency and accuracy of managing patient visit data, as well as support faster and more accurate decision-making. The conclusion of this study is that the developed dashboard application can help hospitals manage patient visit data more effectively, thereby improving the quality of healthcare services.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of digitalization on the relationship between corporate governance and bank performance by examining publicly listedbanks in Indonesia. This research utilized a sample of 327 firm-year observations from 38 banking entities publicly listed on the IDX for the period 2013-2023. Regression analyses using the random-effect, robust clustered standard error are performed on the data set to test the hypothesis. Results of empirical analyses showed that size of board of commissioners and board of directors are both negatively associated with a bank’s performance (ROE). When proxy for digitalization are introduced, the results show that the interaction has positive effect on ROE. This implies that the introduction of digitalization in a bank has a buffering effect on the negative impact of large board sizes. The result remains robust in alternative testing. This research utilized the interaction between corporate governance variables and proxies for digitalization as moderating variable, allowing for the examination of how digitalization moderates the relationship between governance structures and bank performance. The results observed from this research imply that the digitalization in banks has the potential to buffer the negative impacts of board size on a bank’s performance.

Abstract

Healthy Living Community Movement (GERMAS) is a strategic initiative launched by the government to improve the quality of public health through changes in healthier lifestyles. However, the implementation of GERMAS still faces various challenges, such as low public awareness, lack of sustainable policy support, and limited coordination between stakeholders. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the GERMAS policy in encouraging healthy living behavior in the community. This study uses a qualitative research method. The data collection technique in this study is through literature studies. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that during the seven years of Germas implementation, the burden of non-communicable diseases in Indonesia is still high, influenced by various risk factors and unhealthy lifestyles that are less supportive. The burden of financing catastrophic diseases in Indonesia, in 2022, reached IDR 24.1 trillion, up 34.3% from the previous year. This shows that the Germas policy has not been effective in reducing the burden of health costs. This condition risks increasing the burden of financing in the health sector, threatening economic stability, and hampering efforts to achieve Golden Indonesia. The suggested alternatives are (1) Strengthening the Germas policy to increase stakeholder compliance, (2) Establishing success indicators that bind across sectors, (3) Encouraging Germas promotion and education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of library accreditation policies and their impact on improving national literacy, with a special focus on health polytechnics within the Ministry of Health. Library accreditation policies play a strategic role in ensuring the quality of library services that can support the development of public literacy as part of efforts to achieve national development goals. By the National Library Standards Policy set by the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia, library accreditation is a means of assessing the adequacy of library management against these standards, which is expected to improve the quality and access of services. The study highlights the challenges faced by health polytechnic libraries in meeting accreditation standards, including limited budgets, limited human resources, and limited policy support. In addition, this study explores the impact of accreditation policies on service quality, user engagement, and the role of libraries in improving public literacy, especially in the health sector. A descriptive qualitative research approach was used to gain an in-depth understanding of the implementation of this policy. The results of this study indicate that although most health polytechnic libraries are accredited, there are still obstacles in optimizing services and achieving literacy standards. This study provides recommendations to strengthen the library accreditation system by considering more supportive policies and improving the quality and accessibility of library services as a trusted literacy center in the community, especially in the context of health education.

Abstract

Adolescent girls frequently experience leucorrhea, which can be either normal or pathological. According to WHO (2024), trichomoniasis is one of the primary causes of pathological leucorrhea, and over 1 million instances of curable STIs affect women between the ages of 15 and 49 every day. This study aimed to analyze the effect of giving red betel leaf decoction on the incidence of vaginal discharge in adolescent girls in grade XII at SMA Negeri 1 Sangkulirang. Method: This study used a quasi-experimental without a control design. The sample consisted of 30 female students who experienced vaginal discharge, selected using consecutive sampling techniques. The intervention was carried out by administering 70 ml of red betel leaf decoction twice a day for seven days. Measurements were taken before and after the intervention using questionnaires and observation sheets. This showed a significant decrease in the severity of vaginal discharge after the intervention. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test showed a p-value <0.001, which showed a significant difference before and after giving red betel leaf decoction. The Mean Ranks and Z-score values also showed a significant decrease. This indicates that red betel leaf decoction is effective in reducing vaginal discharge in female adolescents. Therefore, this method can be an alternative natural treatment that is safe and easy to apply. It is expected that the results of this study can provide benefits for young women in maintaining their reproductive health.

Abstract

Industrial relations in human resource management require a fair and competitive compensation system to balance the interests of employees and employers. However, SMEs like PT. Galunggung Net Tasikmalaya often face challenges in implementing a compensation design that aligns with industry standards and labor regulations. This study aims to analyze the design and determination of compensation at PT. Galunggung Net to understand the challenges in ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving interviews with the company's owner and HR personnel. The findings indicate that the compensation system includes direct financial compensation (salaries, allowances, incentives), indirect financial compensation (insurance, facilities), and non-financial compensation (recognition, performance evaluation). However, there are gaps in salary benchmarking, non-compliance with minimum wage standards, and a lack of protection for freelance workers. To enhance fairness and competitiveness, PT. Galunggung Net should conduct benchmarking, refine its performance-based incentive system, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. This study provides insights for SMEs in designing sustainable compensation strategies to improve employee welfare and organizational stability.

Abstract

This study aims to elaborate on Neoplatonic problems in the context of the concept and theological study of the Trinitarian doctrine and the Athanasian Creed (298-373) which states "Una Substantia Tres Personae", and explain its implications for Christian religious education. The approach used in this study is the literary method, which is particularly relevant for understanding and analyzing Neoplatonic thought in the context of the theology of the Trinitarian doctrine and the Athanasian Creed. Athanasius emphasized that although there are three persons in the Trinity, they share the same essence, which is "una substantia". The influence of Neoplatonism, which included ideas about the world of ideas and higher reality, created a complex framework of thought in understanding the relationship between God and creation. Therefore, Christian education needs to educate students about the history and context behind the doctrine of the Trinity, so that students can better appreciate the complexity and depth of this teaching. In addition, it also serves to avoid simplification that can reduce the meaning of the Trinitarian doctrine in daily life. Christian religious education should also include intertheological dialogue with a critical approach that encourages students to question and explore their own understanding.
