Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of gold savings products, brand image and gold prices on consumer decisions at PT. Pawnshop in the Dieng Office of Malang City. This study used a quantitative type, data collection method using a questionnaire and a total sample of 95 respondents and using multiple linear regression analysis method which was processed with the SPSS program. The tests used to analyze the data are the research instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), the normality test, the traditional assumption tests (multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests), the test for multiple linear regression, the hypothesis tests (simultaneous test and partial test), and the adjusted R-square test of the coefficient of determination.The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of gold savings products, brand image and gold prices on customer decisions of PT. Pegadaian an important value of 0.000 < 0.05. A significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 is associated with the gold savings product variable, a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05 is associated with the brand image variable, and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 is associated with the gold price variable for pawn shop customers. Keywords : Gold Savings Products, Brand Image, Gold Prices And Customer Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract Purchasing decisions are how consumers decide which alternative options to choose, and include decisions about what to buy, whether to buy or not, when to buy, where to buy, and how to pay for it. This study aims to determine how the influence of product design, brand image, and product quality on purchasing decisions. The research method used in the research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is nature lovers in Malang Regency, for the determination of the number of samples using the malhotra formula amounted to 85 respondents. The data used in the study was primary data in the form of online questionnaire questionnaires using google forms. The data analysis methods used are: instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed that product design, brand image, and product quality had a partial positive effect on Consina's brand purchase decision. Keywords:Product Design, Brand Image, Product Quality, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the use of information technology, libraries, and the campus environment on student achievement of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The type of approach used is explanatory research. The sample used in this study uses the Malhotra formula, the number of indicators is multiplied by 5, 16 x 5 = 80. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is testing the simultaneous hypothesis (Test F) and testing the partial hypothesis (Test t). The results of his research indicated that the use of information technology, libraries and the campus environment had a positive and significant influence simultaneously on student achievement of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. Utilization of information technology has a positive and significant effect on student achievement of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. Libraries have a positive and significant effect on student achievement of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the effect of product innovation, halal labels and BPOM labels on the interest in buying Maybelline Cosmetics for FEB Students at the Islamic University of Malang. The sample used in this study was 90 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is testing the simultaneous hypothesis (Test F) and partial hypothesis (Test t). The results of this study indicate that the variable product innovation, the halal label and the BPOM label have a significant effect on the intention to buy Maybelline cosmetics simultaneously or partially. Keywords: Product Innovation, Halal Label, BPOM Label, Buying Interest

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine The Influence of the Work Environment and Income on Employee Motivation and the Impact on Work Productivity (In UMKM in Gondanglegi District, Malang Regency). This research is a type of quantitative research. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique uses the formula from Malhotra with the calculation of the number of indicators multiplied by 5 (18x5) the calculation results are 90 samples. To solve the problems in this study using SPSS with the help of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that significantly. Effect of Work Environment (X1), Income (X2), significant positive effect on Employee Motivation (Y1), and Work Productivity (Y2) in MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Units) in Gondanglegi District, Malang Regency. Keywords: The Effect Of Work Environment And Income On Employee Motivation And Its Impact On Work Productivity.

Abstract

Abstract The development of the internet encourages innovation in various fields. So it can make it easier for someone to access everything on the internet using a smartphone/gadget which almost everyone has. With so many smartphone users, the marketing process of a business can develop more quickly online. One of the online-based businesses that is currently trending in Indonesia is the online transportation business. Determining the attractiveness of advertisements, prices and Electronic Word Of Mouth are things that are of great concern to influence the interest of service users. In this research, the Grab online transportation service was used as the research object because it has many consumers and good ratings from consumers. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample size of 75 respondents. The data analysis methods used are instrument testing, normality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The research results show that the variables of advertising attractiveness, price and Electronic Word Of Mouth simultaneously have a significant effect on the interest of users of the Grab online transportation service. Apart from that, the variables of advertising attractiveness, price and word of mouth partially influence the interest of users of the Grab online transportation service. Abstract

Abstract In the current era of globalization, the internet is a very important need for everyone. In the era of rapidly developing information technology development, e-commerce has become part of business dynamics, the difference between e-commerce and social commerce lies in business goals, relationships between consumers, and interaction systems. At present there are many social commerce that are used by people in Indonesia, one of which is the TikTok Shop. TikTok and TikTok Shop are combined into one application, in which TikTok Shop is a business platform published by TikTok to make it easy for users who want to buy or sell a product. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Viral marketing, Online customer reviews, Online customer ratings and ease of use simultaneously on purchasing decisions at social commerce TikTok Shop. The population in the study were active students at the Islamic University of Malang who had purchased at the TikTok Shop. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 95 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The results showed that partially viral marking, online customer reviews and ease of use had a significant effect on purchasing decisions while online customer ratings did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to assess and analyze the impact of Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and ATM services on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI KCP Tumpang. This is a quantitative study. Customers who utilize the Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and ATM facilities at Bank BRI KCP Tumpang comprise the study's population. In this investigation, a basic random sample procedure was applied. A questionnaire was used to collect data for this investigation. Data analysis approaches use quantitative methodologies, namely multiple linear regression analysis with a significance threshold of 0.05. The F test findings reveal that Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and ATMs all have a favorable and substantial influence on Customer Satisfaction at Bank BRI KCP Tumpang. Based on the coefficient of determination (R2) test, the corrected R Square value is 0.635, indicating that Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and ATM can explain 63.5% of the Customer Satisfaction components. The remaining 36.5% is explained by factors not investigated in this study. Keywords: Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM Facilities And Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract Problems in customer finance arise when one of the factors is not met, such as the quality of service obtained is very bad, the price does not match the goods sold, and the poor quality of the products offered, and the most important factor itself in customer satisfaction is the quality of service to customer satisfaction. The second factor affecting customer satisfaction is product quality, and the third factor is price, price is determined by the balance between supply and demand for service quality to customer decisions. This study aims to prove whether there is influence of service quality, product quality and price on purchasing decisions at the bara-bara shoes store. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 85 respondents. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis which was processed using SPSS 23 software. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. The results showed (1) there was an effect of service quality, product quality and price on purchasing decisions, with a Fcount value of 6,905 > Ftable 2.71, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, and R Square 0,874 (67.4%) (2) there was an effect of service quality on customer decisions, with a tcount value of 3,665 > ttable 1,989 and a significance value of t 0.000 <0.05 (3) there was an influence product quality on purchasing decisions, with a t-count of 2,111 > t-table of 1.989 and a significance value of 0.047 <0.05 (4) there is an effect of price on purchasing decisions, with a t-count of 7,059 > t-table of 1.989 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of ijarah, musyarakah, murabaha, mudharabah financing influences the profitability of case studies at Islamic banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. In this study there were 4 (four) independent variables namely ijarah, musyarakah, murabahah, mudharabah. And the dependent variable in this study is profitability which is calculated using the ratio of return on assets. The population and sample in this study are the financial statements of Islamic banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data collection method used is documentation with reference to the bank's quarterly financial reports. The data analysis technique used in this study is linear regression. The results of the study partially state that ijarah has a negative and insignificant effect on profitability. Musyarakah and mudharabah financing have a positive and insignificant effect on profitability.
