Abstract

Digital transformation has become a strategic imperative for contemporary organizations in facing the dynamics of the Industrial Era 4.0. This study comprehensively examines the implementation strategy of digital transformation and the challenges faced by organizations through a qualitative-quantitative mixed methodological approach. The results of the study show that the success of digital transformation depends on three main dimensions: technology, business processes, and organizational culture that are integrated with each other. Although the implementation of advanced technologies such as IoT, AI, and big data has been shown to increase operational efficiency by up to 30% and reduce costs by up to 20%, many organizations still face significant obstacles in the form of limited digitally skilled human resources, resistance to change, and limited infrastructure and technology investment budgets. This study offers a strategic framework that can be adapted by various types of organizations, including planning a transformation roadmap, developing HR capacity, and optimizing technology investment increasingly disruptive digital era.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of Brainrot memes on Generation Alpha's vocabulary development from a psycholinguistic perspective. Qualitative methods were used through semi-structured interviews with 7-10 year old children and parents. Results show that Brainrot memes introduce new vocabulary significantly through digital platforms. Children can adopt the absurd words in their daily communication. However, there are also negative effects such as difficulty in choosing the right language register and a tendency to think less critically. In conclusion, although Brainrot memes can enrich vocabulary, overexposure has the potential to hinder the formation of a productive mental lexicon. The need for parental supervision of digital content and strengthening language learning in structured contexts is suggested.

Abstract

Background: Contraceptive use is influenced by social, economic, educational factors, knowledge level, partner support, and the role of health workers in providing accurate information and family planning education. Objective: This literature review aims to identify the factors that influence the level of knowledge among couples of reproductive age in choosing contraceptive methods. Methods: Article searches on PubMed, ScienceDirect, and EBSCO yielded 2.647 articles. After applying inclusion criteria, 10 relevant articles were selected related to contraceptive knowledge among couples of reproductive age. Results: The 10 articles from various countries show that education, access to services, social, cultural, economic factors, and partner support influence the level of knowledge and contraceptive choices among couples of reproductive age. Conclusion: Family planning services are more effective when nurses understand the social and individual factors that affect couples’ knowledge and act as facilitators of behavior change and decision-making within the family.

Abstract

The extension of village head tenure from six to eight years in Law No. 3 of 2024 creates a paradox between administrative efficiency and the implementation of Pancasila's social justice values. This research aims to analyze the policy's consistency with the fifth principle of Pancasila's social justice, formulate evaluation parameters based on Pancasila values, and develop just policy formulations. A qualitative method with normative juridical approach was employed through library research and legal hermeneutic analysis of primary and secondary legal materials from 2020-2025. Results indicate that this policy potentially creates structural tensions in village democracy systems, with possible power accumulation up to sixteen years contradicting the principle of power limitation. Distributive and procedural justice analysis indicates the need for strengthened accountability and transparency mechanisms. The research concludes that policy implementation requires a holistic approach integrating governmental stability with democratization principles and inclusive community participation to ensure the achievement of social justice according to Pancasila's mandate.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is an educational policy innovation in Indonesia aimed at improving the quality of learning through a more flexible, student-centered, and responsive approach to contemporary needs. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMP Negeri 8 Banjarmasin, which has gradually adopted the curriculum since 2023. The focus of the research includes the strategies of the principal, teacher readiness, implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5), and the application of differentiated learning. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method, using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted inductively using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, which includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are expected to provide a real-world picture of the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the school level and serve as a reference for other schools implementing similar reforms.

Abstract

Implementation of the Village Financial System Application (SISKEUDES) in Increasing Transparency of Financial Management in Sintang District. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Village Financial System application (SISKEUDES) in increasing transparency of village financial management in Sintang District. SISKEUDES is expected to encourage accountability and openness of village financial information to the community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with village officials, village treasurers, and the community, as well as analysis of village financial report documents before and after the implementation of SISKEUDES. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SISKEUDES has increased transparency of village financial management through structured reporting features, real-time recording, and easier access for the community to monitor the allocation and use of village funds. However, obstacles such as limited human resources and internet infrastructure are still challenges in optimizing the system. SISKEUDES has proven effective in increasing transparency of village finances in Sintang District, although it is necessary to increase human resource capacity and infrastructure support to maximize its benefits. The implications of this study can be a reference for local governments in strengthening accountable village financial governance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the challenges, opportunities, and impacts of implementing Qur'an learning at the Putri Ummahatul Mukminin Islamic Boarding School in Timika, Papua, for native Papuan children. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that the main obstacles include difficulties in understanding Arabic due to the students’ diverse local language backgrounds, a shortage of qualified Qur'an teachers, and inadequate learning facilities. On the other hand, there are significant opportunities in utilizing mobile-based Qur'an applications and applying contextual learning approaches that incorporate Papua’s local culture into the teaching process. Qur'an learning has positively contributed to students' character development, particularly in fostering discipline, responsibility, and empathy. This research recommends intensive training for teachers, the enhancement of learning facilities, and broader use of culturally relevant educational technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pernyataan kontroversial tokoh agama Gus Miftah kepada seorang penjual es teh sebagai sebuah praktik sosial yang merefleksikan struktur kekuasaan dan ideologi yang lebih luas. Dengan berfokus pada dimensi makrostruktural dari model Analisis Wacana Kritis (AWK) Norman Fairclough, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana konteks situasional, institusional, dan sosial-budaya memungkinkan dan memberi makna pada wacana tersebut. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dengan menganalisis data rekaman video, dokumen kelembagaan, dan literatur sosial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa wacana tersebut lahir dalam konteks situasional "Tabligh Akbar hibrida" yang cair. Secara institusional, wacana ini mengekspos konflik norma antara etika institusi agama dan negara. Pada level sosial yang paling fundamental, pernyataan ini dianalisis sebagai praktik kekuasaan yang dimungkinkan oleh kesenjangan status sosial dan menjadi arena pertarungan antara ideologi hierarkis-paternalistik dengan ideologi egaliter-demokratis. Disimpulkan bahwa sebuah peristiwa wacana tunggal dapat berfungsi sebagai cerminan kuat dari ketegangan sosial dan ideologis dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) in shaping the character of elementary school students with an emphasis on key values such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, empathy, and tolerance. This study uses a systematic literature review method of empirical research results and contemporary Islamic education theories. The findings indicate that PAI not only serves as a medium for transferring religious knowledge but also as the primary agent in internalizing moral and spiritual values into the daily lives of students. The study's findings show that an effective PAI curriculum must integrate theoretical learning and practical application through innovative learning models such as blended learning, the use of digital media, and collective worship routines—for example, congregational prayer, Quran recitation, and participation in social projects. The success of character development is also strengthened by the synergy between schools, teachers, families, and communities, who collectively serve as role models, educators, and reinforcers of the process of habituating Islamic values. Literature analysis also reveals that the implementation of innovative learning models, such as blended learning and the use of digital media, enhances the effectiveness of Islamic Education (PAI) in instilling these character values, proven to promote the consistent practice of Islamic values by students, both within and outside the school environment.

Abstract

This research focuses on designing an effective system for storing, managing, displaying, and facilitating the search and grouping of digital meeting archive documents. The aim is to provide an integrated and user-friendly digital platform for managing meeting archives at BPMP Jambi Province, as well as accelerating the process of searching and grouping documents based on relevant categories. The methodology used includes direct observation, informal interviews, literature review, and a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach to ensure the system meets user needs. The design result is a functional and user-friendly web-based PADU System. This system provides centralized storage, comprehensive document management features, and an intuitive interface for displaying meeting archives. Advanced search features by keyword or date, as well as the ability to group documents by type or meeting agenda, are key solutions. The implementation of the PADU System is expected to significantly increase operational efficiency, minimize the risk of losing important documents, and support digital transformation at BPMP Jambi Province towards more modern and accountable archive management.
