Abstract

Marketing strategy is a series of important activities that must be carried out in the marketing process, especially the marketing of educational institutions that sell educational services. Marketing that is right on target and effective is able to influence consumers to be interested in buying and using educational services. The purpose of this study was to determine the educational marketing strategy of MI Nurul Huda 2 Mojokerto City. This research uses qualitative methods, purposive sampling techniques, data collection techniques Observation, Interview, and Documentation. Data analysis using the Milles and Huberman method, source triangulation data validity. The results of the study focus on extracurricular development by utilising marketing communication through seven mixes including advertising, promotions, events and experiences, news, public relations, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling, direct marketing. To maintain consumer purchasing power, prioritise trust and improve educational services.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh besar dalam menerapkan  Manajemen pemasaran pendidikan di SD Negeri 1 Pemulutan menghadapi tantangan yang signifikan, termasuk keterbatasan akses informasi, persaingan dengan sekolah lain, kendala finansial, dan kurangnya keterlibatan komunitas, sehingga diperlukan strategi yang efektif untuk mempromosikan keunggulan sekolah, meningkatkan daya tarik bagi calon siswa, mengoptimalkan sumber daya, dan melibatkan berbagai stakeholder dalam mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pendekatan ini dipilih karena memungkinkan peneliti untuk memahami secara mendalam strategi manajemen pemasaran pendidikan di SD Negeri 1 Pemulutan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen, kemudian dianalisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif, termasuk mentranskripsi, mengembangkan tema, dan menginterpretasi data. Metode ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengeksplorasi fenomena secara menyeluruh dan mendapatkan sudut pandang dari berbagai pihak yang terlibat hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika SD Negeri 1 Pemulutan telah menerapkan berbagai strategi pemasaran pendidikan, termasuk kegiatan terbuka, promosi melalui media sosial, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, untuk meningkatkan daya tarik sekolah. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti keterbatasan anggaran dan persaingan dengan sekolah lain masih menjadi hambatan yang perlu diatasi dalam upaya memperkuat posisi sekolah di pasar pendidikan. Tantangan dalam implementasi manajemen pemasaran pendidikan ini meliputi keterbatasan anggaran, kurangnya pemahaman konsep pemasaran, persaingan yang ketat antara sekolah, dan ketidakpastian lingkungan.

Abstract

Era now this, improvement institution education need exists technology that works for support school so own power competitive. Head school need use system information management because often faced on situation increasing education​ complicated. System the very required in education for manage service school like administration related to student, teacher and data means and infrastructure. Writing Writing article this aim for discuss in a way complete about how system information management can support service administration at school. Method in article this use studies references with method gather information from various relevant sources​ in accordance topic study. Method analysis fill used on stage data processing with method analyze meaning and content from a number of type library obtained.​ Results study already show that head school need apply system information management to make it easier in give enhancement activity in a way effective with do various function management. Field administration must prepare three officer in apply system the for service administration that is part collection, processing and data storage. Factors that become supporter in application matter the is Source Power Man management, facilities school and school programs. Whereas factors that become the barrier is Source Power Man users, servers and data synchronization.

Abstract

Pesantren, as an integral part of the Indonesian education system, have adapted to the demands of the times while maintaining a deep approach to religious education. This research focuses on Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo Pesantren, analyzing how this pesantren integrates spiritual and academic education in the face of modern social and educational dynamics. This study employs a qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis to explore aspects of leadership and educational management in the pesantren. The leadership of the kyai in Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo Pesantren plays a central role in decision-making, combining spiritual and managerial authority. This pesantren has successfully implemented a unique educational management approach, blending traditional and modern methods. This includes the use of a structured management system for daily operations and a flexible approach to religious education. The pesantren also creates a balance between religious and general education, preparing students to actively contribute to modern society.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of school accreditation as an effort to ensure the quality of education at SMK Farmasi Ikasari Pekanbaru. The approach and method used in this research are descriptive qualitative, with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The data analysis technique employed is qualitative analysis, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study found that the process of preparing accreditation instruments at SMKF Ikasari Pekanbaru involves well-coordinated steps, including the preparation of forms in accordance with instruments provided by BAN S/M Province. The eight national education standards that are the focus of the accreditation instruments include aspects of content, learning processes, graduate competencies, educator qualifications, facilities and infrastructure, school management, financing, and educational assessment. The main supporting factor in this process is the implementation of a digital-based data system, which increases the efficiency of data collection, while the inhibiting factors include the technological experience gap among teachers and the implementation of accreditation during holidays. With high enthusiasm from the teachers and the collaborative efforts of the accreditation team, SMKF Ikasari Pekanbaru managed to overcome these challenges, ensuring that the accreditation requirements are met according to the set standards, thereby maintaining the school's reputation and future prospects

Abstract

This study aims to explain and analyze the recruitment strategies for educators at Madrasah Aliyah Walisongo Gending Probolinggo. The research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The obtained data is analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The field research results indicate that the recruitment system for educators involves several stages determined by the madrasah, including program planning and analysis based on the needs of the educators, starting from administrative selection, interviews, teaching practice tests, and training. The selected candidates must meet the needs of the madrasah and possess adequate skills, thereby enhancing the quality of education at Madrasah Aliyah Walisongo Gending Probolinggo.

Abstract

The existence of a fast track program policy is intended to facilitate students who have superior academic qualities so that they can continue their studies in a relatively short time and offer efficient financing because this program carries an accelerated concentration. Currently, one of the faculties and study programs implementing a fast- track program at the bachelor-master level is the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Islamic Religious Education Master's Study Program, UAD. The researchers were then interested in analyzing the implementation of the fast track policy in these locations. Apart from that, researchers also tried to analyze the impact of implementing the fast track program at the bachelor-master level in Islamic Religious Education. This research is a type of descriptive-analytic research with a qualitative approach to presenting research data. Data was obtained through data collection techniques in the form of document reviews, observations, and interviews with related sources. The results of this research describe the program implementation process from the selection stage to the implementation of lectures and final assignment assistance facilities. Apart from that, this research also reveals positive and negative impacts that affect the faculty/study program organizers, students, and the field of Islamic education in general.

Abstract

The competition among educational institutions is becoming increasingly intense, prompting schools to enhance their quality. One of the crucial elements in competitiveness is the branding image of the school. Consequently, the management of institutions is required to continuously improve their capabilities to compete. The aim of this study is to determine the extent to which branding image strategies in educational marketing impact the competitiveness of madrasahs. Based on statistical analysis results: The branding image strategy at MAN 2 Bandung received an average score of 3.06, categorized as adequate. Educational marketing at MAN 2 Bandung also received an average score of 3.06, categorized as adequate. Competitiveness at MAN 2 Bandung received an average score of 4.32, categorized as very high. Overall results indicate that branding image strategies in educational marketing have a positive and significant impact on enhancing the competitiveness of the madrasah at MAN 2 Bandung, with a significance value for X1 and X2 against Y being (0.00 < 0.05) and a t-statistic value of 804.409 > t-table 1.025. Therefore, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, with an R Square value of 0.381. This means that variables X1 and X2 have a significant effect on variable Y by 38%, while the remaining 62% is explained by other variables such as the quality of facilities and infrastructure, staff performance, and so on. Thus, as the branding image strategy and educational marketing improve, the competitiveness of the madrasah also improves. It is recommended that MAN 2 Bandung pay more attention to these two aspects to maintain their competitive advantage.

Abstract

Organizational culture in educational institutions plays a vital role in creating an environment that supports the learning processes of students and their character development. This research aims to explore how the actualization of ethical values, such as honesty, responsibility, and mutual respect, can shape the effectiveness of organizational culture. The method used is library research, which involves in-depth analysis of various literature sources related to organizational ethics and educational management practices. The research findings indicate that the consistent application of ethical values in daily activities within educational institutions not only strengthens cooperation among staff but also enhances trust and commitment among all members of the organization. Additionally, this study finds that leaders who prioritize ethical values can create a conducive atmosphere for innovation and collaboration. Therefore, this research provides valuable insights for educational managers to further integrate ethical values into every operational aspect, aiming to create a more effective and harmonious organizational culture, which in turn can improve the quality of education provided

Abstract

This study aims to examine the management of the PAIS ON THE SPOT information system in improving the quality of service in the PAIS section of the Ministry of Religion Office of Surabaya City. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, data obtained through interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the management of the PAIS ON THE SPOT information system in the PAIS section is quite good starting from planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. However, in organizing there is no division of tasks between employees, but this does not become a barrier to management. Improvement efforts made by the PAIS section through this system by upgrading the PAIS ON THES SPOT information system to the official WhatsApp and improving the existing menu features by combining PAIS ON THES SPOT with the SIAGA and EMIS applications so that there is no need to respond manually, just through auto response. Human resources are a supporting and inhibiting factor. The human resources who operate this information system have mastered information technology, while the inhibitors are still some GPAI human resources, especially those who are a little older, who have difficulty using it.
