Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the model of improving the competence of Islamic religious education teachers in the perspective of Madrasah-based management, a new direction based on psychological functions towards the development and progress of teachers as educators. This study was conducted in Islamic educational institutions at the elementary madrasah level. The researcher used a qualitative case study type approach. Data were collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques and then analyzed through several steps, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the study indicate that, in an effort to improve the competence of Islamic religious education teachers in elementary madrasahs, including innovative strategies in developing teacher competencies, collaboration-based competency approach, technology integration in transforming islamic religious education learning. The results of the study are expected to provide benefits to realize the improvement of the competence of Islamic religious education teachers in elementary madrasahs from the perspective of madrasah-based management.

Abstract

This study aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice by examining the strategic management approach applied to improve the quality of education through teacher and staff management under the IASP 2020 framework at the madrasah tsanawiyah level. Using qualitative methods, this study collected data through in-depth interviews and participant observation. The findings of this study revealed that strategic management significantly improved the quality of education by encouraging professional development among teachers and staff, improving their managerial and pedagogical skills. This improvement was directly correlated with increased student achievement and engagement. However, this study also identified challenges such as resource constraints and resistance to change, suggesting that continuous capacity building and adaptive policy adjustments are essential. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing practical insights into effective strategic management in education, emphasizing the need for continued support from policymakers to ensure successful implementation. The findings are expected to offer a model for other schools aiming to improve educational outcomes through strategic human resource management.

Abstract

This study offer approach new in development leadership female students through management organization students at integrated pesantren, with focus on integration religious values and skills leadership practical. This aim For analyze effectiveness management organization student in form personality and leadership female students at pesatren. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation analysis. The research subjects consisted of student organization administrators, teachers and female students. The results of the research show that student organization planning at pesantren includes the formation of a clear organizational structure, understanding the schedule of student activities, as well as implementing standard operational procedures and sanctions. The consistent implementation of these programs has succeeded in forming female students' personalities who are disciplined and organized. Apart from that, the trustworthy and democratic leadership style applied by integrated santri leadership organization, with support from the care team, is effective in forming student leadership with character and responsibility. This research is expected to provide scientific references to continue to develop and update leadership programs and strengthen cooperation with other institutions that share the same vision. In addition, there needs to be periodic evaluation to ensure the effectiveness of the program and adjust it to the evolving needs of female students.

Abstract

This research focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of Public Relations management strategies implemented in Islamic-based junior high schools in increasing community participation. The main aim of this research is to examine how various communication techniques, including oral, written, and concrete action communication (Uswa Hasana), as well as the use of social media, can influence the engagement of people from heterogeneous backgrounds. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The data analysis technique used is thematic analysis, which allows the identification of key themes relevant to the research objectives. The research results show that the combination of communication techniques applied was successful in increasing community participation. Oral communication through meetings and discussions, written communication through pamphlets and social media, as well as concrete actions through social and religious activities, all play an important role in reaching and involving the community. The use of social media has proven effective in disseminating information quickly and efficiently. In addition, a strong leadership role in coordinating and motivating the PR team is very influential in the success of the communications program. The implications of this research indicate that PR management strategies that integrate various effective communication and leadership techniques can significantly increase community participation in school activities.

Abstract

This study focuses on optimizing the role of public relations in building the branding of state Islamic high schools and its impact on public interest. The purpose of this study is to analyze strategies that can be applied by public relations to strengthen the branding of Islamic high schools and increase public interest. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques include directed interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through interactive data analysis techniques that include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the optimal role of public relations, supported by the quality of human resources, effective promotion, good communication, and adequate facilities, can significantly increase the branding of Islamic high schools and attract public interest. The integration of technology in promotional strategies has also proven to be a key factor in the digital era. The implications of this study provide insight for other Islamic educational institutions to develop effective branding strategies to increase their appeal and reputation in the eyes of the public.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and identify the management of Islamic boarding schools, madrasah-based management and the quality of Islamic high school education in Islamic boarding schools. This concept is the basis that Islamic boarding schools are also required to modify the quality of quality. This study is descriptive qualitative, namely research that is intended to reveal empirical facts objectively scientifically based on logic and scientific procedures and supported by strong methodologies and theories in accordance with the scientific disciplines being studied. The results of the study indicate that madrasah-based management in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools can be seen from the important role of Islamic boarding school leaders who collaborate with stakeholders, an education system that uses a curriculum model from the ministry of Religion and the curriculum of the Islamic boarding school itself and also the quality of graduates of Islamic boarding schools. This is expected to contribute to other Islamic boarding schools to build a culture of institutional quality.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and understand the concept of classification and utilization of education funds in Islamic educational institutions at the madrasah aliyah level. The concept is based on the concept of institutions that implement financing management by classifying and forming a priority scale of fund use. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, with interview data collection techniques, observation, and documentation studies. The subject of the study was the madrasah aliyah treasurer. The results of the study indicate that the madrasah aliyah has been accredited A by BANSM in 2015 and has received a clean and targeted budget management predicate from the State Treasury Service Office. The budget can be classified into three types based on its benefits, namely as an assessment tool, a tool for authorizing expenditures, and an efficiency tool. The utilization of education funds is guided by activity components, cost units (including teacher salaries, facilities and infrastructure, and PBM support), procurement financing, and maintenance financing. The classification and utilization of education funds are aligned with the RKAM using the principle of priority scale, with funding sources including BOS funds and committee funds. This study contributes to understanding effective budget management in educational institutions, by emphasizing the importance of prioritized and transparent use of funds.

Abstract

This research explores the application of mindful messaging strategies in PR (Public Relations) in schools using the Hierarchy of Effects principle and its impact on communication effectiveness, audience engagement, and school image. Through interviews with various stakeholders such as school principals, financial managers, committee administrators, event coordinators, heads of PR, alums, new students, and parents, as well as collecting data through observation and document analysis, this research identified that message consistency and content relevance is critical. They are influencing emotional connections and audience engagement. The research results show that effective implementation of mindful messaging can improve a school's image and influence new student enrolment decisions, with the effectiveness of communication channels depending on consistent message management and interactive communication techniques. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of planned and emotional communication strategies in strengthening school homework and influencing audience perceptions and behaviour.

Abstract

This research explores how to strengthen a brand image based on the two-way symbolic model through Generation Z. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The research subjects included caregivers, Pesantren heads, administrators, guardians, alums, the community, and students. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that applying a two-way symmetrical communication model can strengthen the brand image of Pesantren through interaction with Generation Z, which can be proven by several indicators, namely dialogism, involvement of Generation Z, messaging adaptation, and relationships. A two-way symmetrical communication model can increase involvement and interaction between administrators, students, and the community. Generation Z has a crucial role in strengthening the image of Pesantren through social media campaigns. Open communication and responsive adaptation of messages to feedback help build a positive image of Pesantren. The active involvement of students in social and religious activities strengthens relationships with the community, making Pesantren an inclusive and responsive institution that contributes significantly to the welfare of the local community.

Abstract

Study this aims to analyze the increased persuasion in public relations at the cottage boarding school through the elaboration likelihood model. Study This uses a qualitative case study approach. The subject study consists of the Caretaker, the Head of the Islamic Boarding School, the Islamic Boarding School Public Relations, the Management of Islamic Boarding Schools, Santri, the Guardians of Santri, and the Community. Data collection techniques include observation interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal conclusion. Research results show that the implementation of the ELM model in Pondok The Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School successfully increased the effectiveness of public relations communications. With emphasis on the path central, public relations lodge boarding school develop more substantive messages and is relevant for the audience, which engages argument logical and supporting data. This matter facilitates more understanding​ , depth, and strong commitment from the recipient's message to the message conveyed. On the other hand, the usage of the peripheral track is also important in increasing persuasion, especially in building a connection with the audience. Cottage Public Relations boarding school utilizes charismatic figures and symbols to strengthen the message conveyed.​ The existence of respected kyai and ustadz becomes an important factor in influencing the perception and response of the audience.
