Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the Discovery Learning learning model on student learning outcomes in the Economics subject of class XII MAN 1 Medan. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and a Non-equivalent Pre-test - Post-test Control Group Design. The study population was 131 students of class XII IPS MAN 1 Medan in the 2025/2026 academic year. The study sample consisted of 60 students determined through purposive sampling techniques, with 30 students as the experimental class (XII SOS B1) and 30 students as the control class (XII SOS B2). The research instrument was a learning outcome test in the form of a pre-test and post-test. Data were analyzed using the Independent Samples t-test. The results of the analysis showed a t-value of 10.647 with a significance value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000

Abstract

This study aims to analyze economics teachers ability to adapt technology-based learning media in the digital era and to identify the constraints and efforts involved in its implementation. The study employed a convergent mixed-methods design involving six economics teachers at SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru selected purposively. Quantitative data were collected through a questionnaire developed from DigCompEdu indicators and supported by validated and reliable instruments, while qualitative data were obtained through interviews and observations. The findings reveal that teachers ability to adapt technology-based media is in the very good category, reaching an overall score of 80.86%. Specifically, professional engagement reached 82.92%, digital resources 77.31%, teaching and learning 84.03%, assessment 79.17%, empowering learners 77.24%, and facilitating learners digital competence 84.09%. The main constraints were unstable internet access, limited device storage, and the need to adjust to newly introduced applications. The efforts undertaken include the use of multiple digital platforms, school-level provision of supporting infrastructure, and participation in technology-related professional development. These findings indicate that technology integration in economics learning has progressed positively; however, stronger infrastructure support and sustained professional development remain necessary to ensure more meaningful, interactive, and contextual technology use in classroom practice.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in supporting the national economy, particularly in creating jobs and driving people-based economic growth. However, MSMEs often face various challenges in business competition, particularly due to the imbalance in economic power compared to large businesses. This situation has the potential to lead to unfair business competition practices that are detrimental to MSMEs. Therefore, legal protection for MSMEs is a fundamental need to create a fair and sustainable business climate. This study aims to analyze the forms of legal protection for MSMEs in business competition and assess the effectiveness of applicable legal regulations in Indonesia. The research method used is normative legal research with a statutory and conceptual approach. The results show that the legal framework for MSME protection is in place, but its implementation still faces obstacles, particularly in aspects of law enforcement, supervision, and legal literacy of MSME actors. Strengthening the role of the government and competition supervisory agencies is necessary for optimal legal protection for MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation (both intrinsic and extrinsic) and teachers’ level of participation in the Subject Teacher Forum (MGMP), as well as its impact on teacher professionalism in Sumedang Regency. This research employs a quantitative survey-based method involving 125 respondents. The survey instrument consists of a questionnaire covering variables of motivation (23 items), teacher participation (6 items), and teacher competence (12 items). The collected data were analyzed using inferential and differential statistical techniques, including descriptive analysis, prerequisite testing, and multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings indicate that teacher motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher professionalism. Furthermore, teachers’ active participation in MGMP activities also demonstrates a positive and significant influence on professionalism. Simultaneously, both motivation and participation exert a positive and significant combined effect on teacher professionalism in Sumedang Regency. Therefore, this study contributes an empirical model of the factors influencing teacher professionalism, particularly within the context of participation in MGMP activities. The results are expected to serve as a reference for stakeholders in designing and developing more effective MGMP programs to enhance teacher professionalism in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description and influence of teacher personality competency on teacher performance in elementary schools in Danau Sipin District, Jambi City. This study uses quantitative research with a research design using Simple Regression Analysis. The research subjects were 37 teachers in three elementary schools, namely SDN 26 Jambi City, SDN 68 Jambi City, and SDN 143 Jambi City. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques were Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, and Simple Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the coefficient value of B constant = 34.402 states that if the personality competency variable is ignored, then teacher performance = 0.208. Based on this, a simple regression equation can be made, namely Y = a + Bx is Y = 34.402 + 0.208X with a calculated t value of X = 4.133. Thus, the hypothesis that states there is a significant influence between teacher personality competency on the performance of elementary school teachers in Danau Sipin District, Jambi City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Number Head Together (NHT) learning model assisted by wordwall media on student learning outcomes in Economics class XI at SMAN 10 Tasikmalaya. The study used an experimental research method with a quantitative approach using a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The sampling technique used a non-probability sample with purposive sampling. The sample consisted of 70 students, with 35 students in the experimental class and 35 students in the control class. The results showed an N-Gain of 2.25, with an average posttest score of 81.68 for the experimental class and 67.69 for the control class. The significance value (p-value) was < 0.001 and < 0.05, indicating that the NHT cooperative learning model assisted by wordwall had a significant effect and provided maximum improvement in learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the management of logistics and procurement processes at TMG Hotel Tebet with a focus on procedures, receiving, and inventory management as a basis for preparing internship reports. The results of this study are Based on the experience of students during their internship at TMG Hotel Jakarta, logistics and procurement management in general have run well and according to procedures, but there are still several obstacles that need attention, such as late arrival of goods not according to the purchase order schedule, discrepancies in the number, type, or specifications of goods with the PO, inaccuracies in inventory recording that cause stock differences, less than optimal communication between departments with the logistics or purchasing section, and limited storage space that causes goods management to be less efficient, especially when the volume of goods increases.
