Abstract

This study aims to analyze the urgency and implementation of mahfudzat material in the Genius Ngrupit studio that is able to develop potential and character in children. In an era that has developed and developed, Islamic education is the foundation for revitasliing moral values for one's person. The source of knowledge that instills the value of moral education is taught by teaching mahfudzat. Because it is able to give positive strength to those who study it seriously. The teachings contained in mahfudzat are moral values that can increase one's motivation and status. By using a descriptive qualitative approach, so that the data analysis is carried out by multiplying and finding patterns of relationships according to the actual data about mahfudzat material. Important findings in this study are the concept of character education, the learning pattern of mahfudzat material in the Genius Ngrupit studio and the analysis of the urgency and essence of mahfudzat in growing children's character.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the values of Islamic education contained in the book of Syair Gulung Ketapang by Mahmud Mursalin and to analyze the relevance of the values of Islamic education contained in the book of Syair Gulung Ketapang by Mahmud Mursalin with current developments. The approach used is a literature review approach. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques, namely note-taking techniques, document use techniques. The validity of the data in this research is triangulation techniques (source, investigator, and theory), as well as peer examination. The data analysis technique that the researcher carried out was structured into three steps, namely the data reduction stage, the data presentation stage, and the conclusion drawing or verification stage. The results of this research are (1) The values contained in the Ketapang rolled poetry were found to be the value of moral education, the value of monotheism education and the value of date education. (2) The relevance of the values of Islamic education contained in the book of Syair Gulung Ketapang is very relevant as a reference, considering the needs of modern society regarding the importance of carrying out correct actions in the Islamic view to face the changes of this increasingly modern era.

Abstract

One of the programs that can be held to improve the quality of learning is the implementation of assistance to teachers or better known as supervision. The Principal as an educational leader in the school has a duty in the field of supervision. and the purpose of this study is to determine the Principal's Supervision Strategy in improving the performance of Islamic Education teachers at SDN 08 Indralaya. The type of research used in conducting this research is a type of field research, which is a research process that produces qualitative descriptive data. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. While data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. As well as data validity techniques by triangulating sources, techniques and time. The results of the study, namely, the Principal's Supervision Strategy in Improving the Performance of Islamic Education Teachers at SDN 08 Indralaya is good and in accordance with academic supervision techniques starting from planning the preparation of academic supervision programs and preparing schedules for the implementation of academic supervision. The preparation of this program was carried out at the beginning of the year and assisted by several senior teachers. Furthermore, the implementation of academic supervision using individual supervision techniques through class visits, class observations and group supervision techniques such as meetings and group discussions to supervise teacher performance at SDN 08 Indralaya and the last stage is the evaluation of academic supervision.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to get explanation of Al-Zarnuji's thought in his book and its relevance to contemporary Islam. contemporary Islam. The field of education is currently facing numerous challenges in light of the era of easy access to information. Education is not only about imparting knowledge, but also about fostering good character, improving morals, and adding value to students. In order to address these challenges, it is imperative to instill good morals in individuals, which will enable them to refrain from engaging in bad and uneducated actions. Al-Zarnuji, in his book, emphasizes the need for moral education, which he compiled by seeking knowledge. This study employs qualitative research, specifically library research, and utilizes Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim as the primary data source, along with articles, books, and theses as secondary data sources. The analysis technique employed is descriptive analytics. The results of this study reveal that Al-Zarnuji discusses how to seek knowledge and advice in his book Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim, which comprises 13 chapters discussing knowledge, educators, and students, among other topics. The relevance of this book to contemporary education lies in its emphasis on seeking knowledge for the affairs of the hereafter, with worldly affairs being secondary. The curriculum of religious science and general science is also discussed, with individuals being able to choose one science and utilize discussion methods. In modern society, characterized by the digital age, morals are essential in order to prevent individuals from engaging in bad actions and to obtain good information.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a fiqh teaching material for class VII based on Problem Based Learning. Type of research and development using the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The evaluation location of the teaching materials developed is at MTs Negeri 1 Ogan Ilir. Data collection techniques use observation,The results of this study are: 1) The level of validity of teaching materials developed in the category is very valid. Material experts give a score of 4.6 which means very valid, design experts give a score of 4.3 which means very valid and linguists give a score of 4.4 which means very valid. 2) The level of practicality of teaching materials is measured through the implementation stage of one to one and small group. From the one to one stage, an average score of 4.25 was obtained, which means it was very practical, while in the small group stage, an average score of 4.29 was very practical. 3) The level of effectiveness of teaching materials is evaluated in class through pretest and post test evaluations. From the pretest evaluation, an average score of 58.82 was obtained and the percentage of students who passed KKM was 35.48%. As for the post test score, the average score of students was 86.47 and the percentage of students who passed KKM was 87.09%. From these results, it shows that teaching materials fall into the category of very effective.

Abstract

This article was written with the aim of conducting a comparative study of the education systems in Norway and the United States, by conducting an in-depth study of the education systems in each country, then analyzing the similarities and differences in the education systems of the two countries. To carry out data and information mining in this research, the author uses a literature study in which the literature is taken in accordance with the subject matter and analyzed in depth so that conclusions and findings can be drawn in the research. From the results of this research, the author concludes that: (1) The similarities between the education system in Norway and the education system in the United States, both countries have a diverse and inclusive approach and emphasize the development of social and critical skills;(2) The difference between the education system in Norway and the education system in the United States, in Norway it emphasizes more flexibility and holisticness, while the United States is more structured and follows standards. As for the aspect of the teaching approach, Norway focuses more on active learning, while the United States has a combination of traditional and innovative approaches.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the role of Islamic boarding schools in community development in the era of globalization. So far, Islamic boarding schools are known to be limited to traditional religious educational institutions with kyai and santri components. However, currently, Islamic boarding schools have made great progress in various ways, not only as traditional religious educational institutions but also as pioneers of social transformation. Therefore, this research is important as a vehicle for communicating to the government or the wider community about the role of Islamic boarding schools in their development. Community development is a fundamental concept that underlines many well-established terms such as resource development, rural community development, community economic development, rural revitalization and community-based development. The method used in this research uses a qualitative approach with the nature of library research with data collection techniques obtained through relevant literature: journals, textbooks and online literature. The research results show that the role of Islamic boarding schools has been implemented well in community development, which shows the quality of social relations and planned and gradual progress, such as improving public services and facilities, increasing local government accountability, increasing community participation, improving leadership, building new institutions, and initiate economic and physical development. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze, interpret and evaluate Islamic educational perspectives on corporal punishment and its application in Islamic boarding schools. This research uses a qualitative design approach with research methods: literature study, field research (case study), and evaluation research. Data collection was carried out using literature study methods, interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis is inductive. Testing the validity of the data is by means of credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of this research show that: (1) The perspective of Islamic education regarding the paradigm of corporal punishment is based on the text of the Koran and the Hadith of the Prophet SAW. as well as the opinion of the ulama that Islam allows in educating students to apply physical punishment as a means to awaken and correct students with something that is not painful for their mistakes; (2) As a process of discipline, maintenance and learning, for Islamic boarding schools the application of corporal punishment is not understood as an act of violence; (3) The perspective of Islamic education regarding the application of corporal punishment in Islamic boarding schools is still very relevant. The application of corporal punishment from an Islamic boarding school perspective is an Islamic teaching that is full of meaning and benefits for students in enforcing discipline for students and maintaining order, and does not conflict with human rights principles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pembiasaan dzikir Al Ma’tsurat dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa di SMP Islam Terpadu Al Afif Palembang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjawab pertanyaan bagaimana pelaksanaan pembiasaan dzikir Al Ma’tsurat dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa, faktor pendukung dan penghambat pembiasaan dzikir Al Ma’tsurat dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa di SMP Islam Terpadu Al Afif Palembang, dan upaya guru dalam membentuk karakter religius melalui pembiasaan dzikir Al Ma’tsurat di SMP Islam Terpadu Al Afif Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa SMP Islam Terpadu Al Afif sudah mengimplementasikan karakter religius dalam kesehariannya, akan tetapi pada pelaksanaan kegiatan dzikir Al Ma’tsurat, pihak sekolah harus melakukan berbagai macam upaya yang kreatif untuk membiasakan siswa membaca dzikir Al Ma’tsurat, agar pelaksanaannya menjadi efektif dan efisien sesuai dengan indikator karakter religius yang selaras dengan visi dan misi sekolah. Kata kunci : pembiasaan, dzikir al ma’tsurat, karakter religius.

Abstract

The progress of a country is certainly accompanied by progress in the world of education. The better the quality of education, the better the quality of the human resources it produces. On the other hand, if the quality of education is low, the human resources produced will also be low. The role of education in advancing a country is so important, various ways are needed to advance education. For a nation that wants to progress, education must be seen as inseparable from the role of a nation's progress. Of course, a nation's education has different educational conditions, both in terms of history, education system and policy. Two countries, namely the Unitary Republic of Indonesia and Brunei Darussalam as Islamic countries, always follow developments in educational issues in advancing a nation. In line with that, the education systems in Brunei Darussalam and Indonesia have many differences. If Indonesia wants to develop in terms of education, Indonesia must learn a lot from developed countries, one of which is Brunei Darussalam.
