Abstract

This research is motivated by the presence of students with low learning behavior who come from broken home families. The purpose of this research is to determine 1). The learning motivation of students from broken home families 2). The factors that influence the learning motivation of students from broken home families 3). The strategies used by students from broken home families to maintain their learning motivation. The type of this research is qualitative research. The key informants in this study are MMR and FM. Meanwhile, the additional informants are A, DS, and E. The data collection method used is interviews. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research shows that the learning behavior of broken home students is still low in almost all aspects. They do not yet have a study routine, are less independent, often procrastinate, and are easily distracted. In terms of thinking, students tend to only memorize, forget quickly, rarely ask questions, and lack critical thinking. Learning attitudes are characterized by procrastination, excuses, and cheating, while in terms of self-control, they are not yet able to manage their emotions or study time well. Although there are differences between MMR, who are more passive, and FM, who are more active, in general, the roles of guidance counselors, parents, and schools are needed to provide intensive guidance so that students' learning behaviors can develop more effectively.

Abstract

In this research, the background is the phenomenon of students' career maturity, who do not know their interests and talents, make mistakes in choosing their majors, and do not know the career direction they will take after graduation. Students often plan their careers unrealistically, without considering their abilities and potential. They tend to rely on others to determine their career future, due to the lack of thorough preparation in planning their next steps. The purpose of this research is to describe: 1) The depiction of students' career maturity before receiving tutoring, 2) The depiction of students' career maturity after receiving tutoring, 3) The effectiveness before and after tutoring in improving students' career maturity. This research uses an experimental method with a One Group Pretest and Posttest research design. With a population of 127 people and a sample of 50 people, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The instrument used is the Likert scale, while data analysis employs normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests.

Based on research findings, it shows that in the family domain, the majority of children use Bahasa Indonesia when interacting with family members such as parents, siblings, and other relatives. In the children's environment, they predominantly use Bahasa Indonesia rather than Singkil, whether they are playing with peers or communicating with those around them. In the school domain, children use Bahasa Indonesia overall. These findings prove that there has been a language shift from Singkil in the family, environment, and school domains. The factors causing the shift from Singkil include school or educational factors, family habits, environmental factors, and parental or children's attitudes towards the Singkil language.

This research is associative in nature, which means it seeks to determine the relationship or influence between two or more variables. Since it focuses on analyzing the influence of independent variables—Managerial Ownership, Profitability, Leverage, Firm Size, and Capital Structure—on the dependent variable, Dividend Policy, in oil and gas manufacturing companies listed on the IDX, the study falls into the category of associative research. The results of the study indicate the following: First, the managerial ownership variable (X1) has a regression coefficient of -0.058367 with a t-statistic value of -0.327488 < t-table of 1.795, and a significance value of 0.019 < 0.05. Based on these results, the decision taken is to accept H0 and reject Ha.Second, the leverage variable (X2) has a regression coefficient of -0.023137 with a t-statistic value of -0.152861 > t-table of 1.795, and a significance value of 0.442 < 0.05. Based on these results, the decision is to reject H0 and accept Ha. Third, the firm size variable (X3) shows a regression coefficient of 0.149941 with a t-statistic value of 0.772473 > t-table of 1.943, and a significance value of 0.442 < 0.05. Thus, the decision taken is to reject H0 and accept Ha. Fourth, the capital structure variable (X4) has a regression coefficient of 0.641098 with a t-statistic value of 1.284546 > t-table of 1.795, and a significance value of 0.203 < 0.05. Therefore, the decision taken is to accept H0 and reject Ha. Fifth, based on the simultaneous hypothesis testing of the variables Managerial Ownership, Profitability, Leverage, Firm Size, and Capital Structure, the F-statistic value is 1.1814 > F-table of 2.203, with a probability value (F-statistic) of 0.036 < 0.05. Thus, the decision taken is to reject H0 and accept Ha.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) at CV. Prima Nusantara as an effort to prevent workplace accidents and improve employee safety. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach using interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that the implementation of SMK3 at CV. Prima Nusantara has been carried out effectively, as evidenced by safety policies, regular training, and the provision of personal protective equipment for employees. However, some challenges remain, including limited worker understanding of safety procedures and insufficient supervision in field practices. These results indicate that while SMK3 implementation is relatively successful in reducing potential accident risks, continuous efforts are still needed to strengthen workers’ awareness and compliance. This research contributes by providing practical insights into SMK3 implementation strategies within medium-scale enterprises, which can serve as a reference for vocational education institutions and practitioners in fostering a stronger safety culture in the workplace.
