Abstract

The Role of the Teacher in Growing Student Learning Motivation in Social Studies Subjects Class V at UPT SD Negeri 31 Gresik. (Supervised by Ismail Marzuki, M.Pd and Iqnatia Alfiansyah, M.Pd). This study aims to find out how the role of the teacher and the teacher's constraints in fostering student learning motivation in social studies class V at UPT SD Negeri 31 Gresik. The type of research used is qualitative research. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation of research subjects so as to provide a clear picture of the teacher's role and the teacher's constraints in fostering student motivation in social studies class V at UPT SD Negeri 31 Gresik. The results of the study show that the teacher's role in fostering student learning motivation is the teacher as evaluator, the teacher gives gifts, gives additional value, praise. The teacher as class manager, the teacher pays attention to the concentration of students by going around and rolling student seats. The teacher as a facilitator and mediator, the teacher provides the facilities that have been provided by the school and for media the teacher prepares media from home according to the material to be taught. The teacher as a demonstrator, the teacher provides a method that is adapted to the learning material to be taught and the teacher also uses language that is easily understood by students. The teacher's constraints are due to external factors such as the environment and family as well as internal factors such as student interest in learning and the level of understanding of each student is different.

Abstract

The effect of the availability of Madrasah textbooks on interest in learning the history of Islamic culture in students of Madrasah Aliyah Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura. The subjects in this study were the 36 students of Madrasah Aliyah Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura. This research uses quantitative research methods. The location of the research was carried out in Madrasah Aliyah Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency. The implementation of this research was carried out in November-December 2021 until January 2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the availability of Madrasa textbooks on the interest in learning the history of Islamic culture in Madrasah Aliyah Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura students, what are the two variables? there is a significant relationship. To prove this, the researchers conducted a study conducted on 36 students of Madrasah Aliyah Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura who were used as research samples (random samples). Data collection tools are library research, observation, questionnaires and interviews. The results of the questionnaire were processed by tabulating the data to determine the frequency. Based on the discussion of research results in this study, it can be seen that the effect of the availability of Madrasah textbooks on students of Madrasah Aliyah Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura is very good (69.4%). While the interest in learning the history of Islamic culture in the students of Madrasah Aliyah Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura is good (69.4%). The results of the tabulation calculation between the influence of the availability of Madrasa textbooks on the interest in learning the history of Islamic culture in the students of Madrasah Aliyah Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura with a moderate or sufficient level of significance.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the influence of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model on learning outcomes in the Fiqh subject at MTs Al-Washiliyah Commerce. The research background includes a mismatch between the learning models used by teachers and students' learning needs, low intelligence levels, low learning motivation, irregular study habits, lack of parental attention to children's education, and the influence of the social environment. This research uses a quantitative research design with the approach "The Static Group Comparison: Randomized Control-Group Only Design." The sample was selected based on the students' UTS test results in the Jurisprudence subject. Previously, student learning outcome data was collected to test the normality and homogeneity of data distribution using the Liliefors test. The research results show that the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model has a significant influence on Fiqh learning outcomes. The significance value (Sig.) for the experimental class is 0.000, which is smaller than the research alpha significance level of 0.05. The results of the analysis also show significant differences in Fiqh learning outcomes between the use of the CTL model and the conventional model. Previously, the average pretest score was 74.73, while after implementing the CTL model, the average posttest score increased to 79.33. Thus, this research concludes that the use of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model is more effective than the direct learning model in improving learning outcomes in Fiqh subjects at MTs Al-Washiliyah Commerce, especially in class VIII.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine the implementation of biology practicum and analyze the problems at SMAS Muhammadiyah 9 Kualuh Hulu. This research was conducted in a laboratory room at SMAS Muhammadiyah 9 Kualuh Hulu. This research is a type of qualitative research in this research which produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the behavior of the people being observed. Participants in this research were students in classes X, XI, XII IPA. This research uses research procedures in the form of observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires. The instruments in this research were interview sheets and questionnaire sheets. Data analysis techniques, data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation), Conclusion Drawing or Verification (Conclusion or verification). Data validity test, namely triangulation.

Understudy learning results in FIQIH class X MAN Fifty Urban communities are still low. Scientists saw from the low grades of understudies. Abstract

The research conducted aims to empirically measure the impact of the use of technology in the teaching and learning process. It involves monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of technology in improving student understanding, information retention, and learning outcomes.  evaluate education policies that support or hinder the integration of technology in teaching and learning.  In this modern era, technology has become an integral component in education, with significant implications on how learning and teaching are conducted.  The method used is a descriptive method with a Library Reaserch approach.  One of the paradigm changes in education is inclusive education.  The early history of special education in Indonesia is known for the implementation of 3 types of schools, namely Special Schools (SLB), Extraordinary Elementary Schools (SDLB), and Integrated Schools. The use of technology in the Social Sciences (IPS) learning process has the potential to enhance the learning experience, however, it also involves a number of challenges and obstacles that need to be overcome. Although technology can be a powerful tool in social studies learning, some concepts or learning methods may not be effectively realized through technology. This requires creative thinking and adaptation to stay fit for learning objectives.

Abstract

In Islamic religious education, the teacher's job is to teach students how to develop into morally upright people. Islamic religious education is a form of education that imparts knowledge while also molding students' attitudes, personalities, and talents. Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic that occurred made a big change from learning that had to be offline to online, of course encountering obstacles and obstacles to adapt to changing times. After Covid is over and subsides, learning will be carried out offline again using the independent curriculum. Obstacles during distance learning start from using technology which is still unfamiliar to some people, then moving again to being independent in learning where you have to adapt to these changes. The research method uses the library study method. The research results of the change from the K13 distance learning method curriculum to the independent learning curriculum certainly have negative and positive impacts, including the positive impact, namely allowing students to learn more independently through various sources and learning media, the negative impact, among others, is that it still cannot be implemented in all area to the maximum.

Abstract

This concept of the Weberian bureaucratic ideal-type has been the basis for many organisations and governments around the world. While it is not always possible to achieve all of these characteristics in practice, these ideals provide a view of how an efficient and effective organisation should operate. The purpose of this research is to explain the Weberian Bureaucratic Ideals in the Education System: Implications for Management Efficiency and Effectiveness. The method used in this study uses qualitative research procedures using a research approach in the form of a literature study. Sources of information in this study were reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, scientific essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to the Idealtype of Weberian Bureaucracy in the Education System: Implications for Management Efficiency and Effectiveness. The results of this study show that the application of the ideal-type concept of Weberian bureaucracy in the education system has significant implications for management efficiency and effectiveness. The principles of Weberian bureaucracy, such as rationality, clear rules, strict hierarchy, specialisation, impersonality and separation of ownership and management, create the basis for more rational decision-making, efficient administration and better achievement of educational goals. In the context of decision-making, the principles of rationality and clear rules ensure that policies and decisions are based on objective criteria and relevant data.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and understand the political and religious conflicts in the film Cairo Conspiracy 2022. Cairo Conspiracy was first released at the Cannes Film Festival 2022. This film has a duration of 1 hour 33 minutes and is available in Indonesian. The film Cairo conspiracy or Boy From Heaven 2022 is a fictional story (made up) or not a real story or based on a true story. This film was written by Tarik Saleh who is a writer and director from Sweden, Egypt. The film Cairo Conspiracy or Boy From Heaven 2022 is a film that paints a gloomy picture of power taking place at one of the best and most magnificent Islamic universities in the world, namely the Al-Azhar Islamic University in Cairo, Egypt. The research method used in this research is qualitative, where qualitative research emphasizes analysis to obtain descriptive data results in the form of people's written or spoken words and observable behavior. and the type of research used is descriptive research with data analysis techniques in the form of content analysis
