Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between self-regulation and psychological well-being with fear of missing out at the age of emerging adulthood. This study involved 104 samples of individuals who were in the emerging adulthood period with an age range of 18 to 29 years. The data collection technique was carried out online via google form using a purposive random sampling technique. Based on the results of the Spearman Rho Non-Parametric test analysis, the correlation coefficient value between self-regulation and fear of missing out was obtained at -0.331 and sig. or p of 0.001 (p <0.05). This shows that there is a negative relationship between self-regulation and fear of missing out at the age of emerging adulthood. Furthermore, the correlation coefficient value between psychological well-being and fear of missing out is -0.449 and sig. or p of 0.000 (p <0.05). This shows that there is a significant negative relationship between psychological well-being and fear of missing out at the age of emerging adulthood. Keywords: Self-regulation; Psychological well-being; Fear of missing out; Emerging adulthood period Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self regulation dan psychological well being dengan fear of missing out pada usia emerging adulthood. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan secara online melalui google form dengan menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis uji Non Parametrik Spearman Rho, maka diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi antara self regulation dengan fear of missing out sebesar -0.331 dan sig. atau p sebesar 0,001 (p < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara self regulation dengan fear of missing out pada usia emerging adulthood. Selanjutnya nilai koefisien korelasi antara psychological well being dengan fear of missing out sebesar -0.449 dan sig. atau p sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara psychological well being dengan fear of missing out pada usia emerging adulthood. Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan tingkat stres pada mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi. Stres adalah respon fisik, psikologis, emosional, dan mental individu terhadap tekanan yang mengancam kemampuan untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian melibatkan 102 mahasiswa dari universitas di Jombang dengan data yang dikumpulkan secara online melalui teknik purposive random sampling menggunakan Google Form. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasional. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi dukungan sosial teman sebaya, semakin rendah tingkat stres mahasiswa. Kesimpulan menekankan pentingnya dukungan teman sebaya dalam tingkat stres mahasiswa.

ABSTRACT In carrying out their duties, employees experience various kinds of challenges. The biggest challenge is work accidents. However, employees remain involved in the company. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Employee Engagement among PT Z employees. This research method is quantitative by collecting data using a questionnaire on the Employee Engagement scale with Perceived Organizational Support. The subjects in this research were 161 employees. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is validity and reliability testing. The data analysis method in this research is two-stage, namely testing assumptions/prerequisites and testing hypotheses. The results of research conducted on PT Z employees using the Perceived Organizational Support variable (independent variable) and the Employee Engagement variable (dependent variable) show that this variable has an effective contribution of 54.8%, which means there is acceptance of the proposed hypothesis and 45.2%. The remaining % is influenced by other factors outside those studied. Based on the results obtained from data analysis and discussion, the researcher concluded that there is a relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Employee Engagement among PT Z employees.

The attachment that Day6 fans of early adulthood have to their idol describes behavior that leads to celebrity worship, where the emotional reaction forms an individual's assessment of life satisfaction and positive and negative experiences that are identical to subjective well-being. This study aims to determine the impact of celebrity worship on subjective well-being in early adult of Day6 fans. The method used is quantitative and a convenience sampling technique. The sample selected was Day6 fans aged 20-40 years old, as many as 130 people. The celebrity worship measuring instrument uses the Celebrity Attitude Scale with 22 valid items. While for subjective well-being, the cognitive aspect is measured using the Satisfaction With Life Scale with 5 valid items, and the affective aspect is measured using the Scale of Positive and Negative Experience with 12 valid items. The results of hypothesis testing obtained a significance value of p=0.020 in the entertainment aspect social aspect, p=0.035 on intense personal feeling, and p=0.015 on borderline pathological. These results show that each level of celebrity worship has an impact on the subjective well-being of early adult of Day6 fans.

Burnout is a fatigue syndrome experienced by someone either physically or mentally that occurs due to excessive demands of a job. Burnout is one of the problems that can occur in a woman who works as a factory employee and lives with her in-laws. in addition to reducing or preventing the emergence of burnout, social support can be provided from both her husband and her in-laws. Individuals who experience burnout often show a cynical attitude and lack of interest in a job, and individuals feel useless because individuals feel that they are not competent in carrying out their work. The purpose of this study was to determine the social support of husbands and social support of in-laws together as predictors of burnout in female factory employees living with their in-laws. This study used an accidental sampling technique with a multiple linear regression analysis design method. The results showed that there was an influence between social support from husbands and social support from in-laws together as predictors of burnout in female factory employees living with their in-laws, which means that the higher the social support of husbands and in-laws given, the smaller the influence of burnout and vice versa.

Generation Z is a generation that grew up with the rapid growth of technology. The rapid development of technology can have a negative impact on Generation Z if not accompanied by good self-control. One example is the rise of negative comments on social media or what can also be called cyberbullying. This is the basis for this research, to find out the relationship between emotional intelligence and self-control in the use of social media in generation z. Product moment correlation is a data analysis technique used in this study with the method used is quantitative. The number of respondents in this study was 101 people with criteria aged 12-26 years (Generation Z) in Yogyakarta and regularly use social media. The results of this study are that the categorization carried out obtained results in the form of moderate self-control variables and high emotional intelligence variables. The results of the hypothesis are accepted, in which there is a positive relationship between emotional intelligence variables and self-control in the use of social media in Generation Z in Yogyakarta.

Adolescence is an emotionally challenging period, with adolescents often facing unstable feelings and erratic behavior patterns. The adolescent phase is characterized by intense peer and romantic relationships, which are often the main focus of their lives, usually leading to toxic relationships. The phenomenon of Fatherlessness, the absence of a father figure, can exacerbate the emotional impact, especially on girls, who tend to have difficulties in building healthy relationships. This study shows that Forgiveness plays an important role in helping adolescent victims of toxic relationships reduce the negative impact of Fatherlessness. The Forgiveness process allows individuals to let go of feelings of resentment and build better self-control. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique and data collection through Forgiveness and Fatherless scale questionnaires. The results showed a significant relationship between the level of Forgiveness and Fatherlessness, which has implications for improving adolescents' emotional well-being and their ability to move out of harmful relationships.

Remaja penyandang tunadaksa menghadapi tantangan ganda, baik secara fisik maupun psikologis, dalam upaya mereka untuk menerima kondisi fisik dan mengatasi berbagai permasalahan. Kondisi ini dibutuhkan kemampuan untuk bangkit kembali dalam menjalani kondisi sulit tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self-compassion dan secure attachment dengan resiliensi pada remaja tunadaksa. Penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan sampel 106 remaja. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, yaitu skala resiliensi, skala self- compassion, dan skala secure attachment. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda diperoleh dengan menggunakan JASP 0.17.1.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan korelasi yang kuat (R = 0.795) antara self-compassion dan secure attachment dengan resiliensi, dimana kedua faktor tersebut secara bersama-sama menyumbang 63.2% dari varians resiliensi.

Completing studies in college is not an easy thing. Every student studying in college will be faced with lecture challenges such as; doing assignments, exams, quizzes, and research, and there are even students who participate in organizations and work. This study aims to investigate academic grit in university students. A systematic literature review was conducted using the Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) or (SLR), the search was conducted using Google Scholar and Elsevier databases. Based on the results of 6 literature that have been carried out, 5 articles found that every student needs high grit in the academic field, while 1 other article states that there is no difference in the level of grit in gender differences. Grit is an important non-cognitive factor that helps students face and overcome academic challenges. Students who have grit tend to keep trying to achieve goals despite facing difficulties, and use challenges as motivation to rise and achieve.

This study examines how Work-Life Balance and Emotional Intelligence affect organizational citizenship Behavior. The study sampled 110 YPK Don Bosco Saribudolok elementary-junior high school teachers. The major hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is an influence of Work-Life Balance and Emotional Intelligence on OCB in YPK Don Bosco Saribudolok teachers. The first minor hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between Work-Life Balance and OCB, and the second hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between Emotional Intelligence and OCB. This study included multiple regression analysis and assumption tests such as normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity. Regression analysis (F = 3.563, p = 0.032, p < 0.05) supports the major hypothesis that Work-Life Balance and Emotional Intelligence impact OCB. The research findings for each minor hypothesis test showed no relationship between Work-Life Balance and OCB (β = 0.97, p = 0.300). This finding indicates that the first minor hypothesis is rejected. Meanwhile, a relationship was found between Emotional Intelligence and OCB (β = 0.228, p = 0.017), which reflects the acceptance of the second minor hypothesis. According to the research, work-life balance and emotional intelligence contribute 4.5 percent to corporate citizenship behavior. The remaining 95.5 percent is affected by unstudied causes.
