Abstract

Krisis ekonomi akibat pandemi Covid19 telah berdampak terhadap kelangsungan UMKM. Di saat masa pandemi terjadi perubahan pola konsumsi barang dan jasa masyarakat dari offline ke online. Ketika pandemi berlangsung usaha yang dapat dilakukan untuk menambah pendapatan dengan beberapa usaha rumahan yang berbasis digital untuk pemasarannya dengan tetap menjaga prokes yang benar ketika pengantaran pesanan sampai ke pelanggan Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan Ibu-ibu PKK di kelurahan Handil Bhakti dengan memberikan pelatihan terkait dengan Digital Branding dan Laporan Keuangan terhadap UMKM yang mereka miliki sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan keberlangsungan usaha. Pendekatan atau metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan pelatihan dan penyuluhan terkait pembuatan Digital Branding Dan pembuatan Laporan Keuangan sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan keberlangusngan usaha. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terbukanya wawasan khalayak sasaran sehingga memiliki kemampuan dalam membuat Digital Branding Dan Laporan Keuangan sehingga diharapakan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan keberlangsungan usaha.

Abstract

The existence of public health around the Horizon University area is more than 5 km away, so that the community does not get easy access when they need health services. The initial survey obtained data on the highest prevalence of diseases such as hypertension, rheumatism, gout, diarrheal diabetes in children and respiratory infection disease. Therefore, the importance of developing R- Care technology innovation as a means of health service facilities that aims to realize a healthy society, prosperous and assist the community primarily in the first treatment. This activity consisted of empowering health cadres, disseminating knowledge about R-Care applications, and visiting a team of health workers for homecare services. The target group in this activity is the community in Tanjungpura area. The results of the activities are that people are familiar with online health services, The community has promoted horizon care services to the surroundings and has carried out visits in order to empower cadres for various R- Care services.

Abstract

The community service activity "Creating Construct 2-Based Virtual Learning Media" was carried out on Saturday, October 8, 2021. This service activity was attended by 203 participants consisting of 26 people (12.8%) lecturers, 25 people (12, 3%) teachers, 149 (73.4%) students, and 3 (1.5%) alumni. Activities are carried out online and offline. Online using Zoom, while offline it was held on the 3rd floor of building A, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Mataram State Islamic University. Activities are carried out through several stages, namely; opening, the core activity is the provision of materials or presentations on making virtual learning media using the construct 2 application, question and answer with all participants both offline and online, and ends with prayer and closing. This service activity succeeded in providing understanding to all participants, 187 (92.1%) of whom had never used the Construct 2 application or program in making virtual-based learning media, especially using the Construct 2 application.

Abstract

Learning during the COVID-19 pandemic is dominated by online learning, where teachers need digital and technological literacy skills. However, many digital and technological literacy skills teachers possess are not optimal. Whereas digital literacy skills and technological literacy are supporters of the successful implementation of online learning. Thus, the Community Service Program Team provides training to improve digital literacy skills and technology to support online learning management. The service activity was carried out from July 17, 2021, to August 7, 2021, involving 23 MGMP accounting teachers in Kulonprogo Regency. Overall, this activity went smoothly and successfully. This success was shown, among others: a) As many as 83% of participants were able to set up Google Classroom, utilize online learning media, and set up online quizzes; b) 94% of participants are able and skilled in identifying key information, managing information from various sources, evaluating digital information; c) 94% of participants are able and skilled to learn new technology, practice various applications, use technology effectively, and differentiate technology appropriately.

Abstract

The strength and excellence of the organization will be realized with the positive character of its members. Community service activities (PKM) at the Tapis Lampung Berjaya organization of Pringsewu Regency aim to create a learning organization. The methods carried out are situation analysis, training, and evaluation. Evaluation and Reflection. Evaluation is carried out with pre and post-tests as a quantitative measurement method of changes in cognition. Reflection was carried out at the end of the activity to strengthen commitment and awareness to actively participate in realizing learning organization. The activity was carried out on April 26, 2021. As a result of this activity, the average score of participants before participating was 55.5 and rose to 73.65 after the activity. The average increase was 18.15 points. The highest pre-test score was 75, and the lowest was 15. The highest post-test score was 83, and the lowest value was 61. This service activity can have a positive impact on realizing learning organization.

Abstract

Madiun is a city in East Java Province, Indonesia. The fourth largest city in East Java, after Surabaya, Malang, and Kediri, is 160 km west of Surabaya, or 111 km east of Surakarta, Central Java. The fourth largest city in East Java after Surabaya, Malang and Kediri. This city has a railroad industry (INKA) and a railroad high school. Based on the data above, the social capital owned by the city of Madiun must be maintained and increased from time to time as the times change and progress. Therefore, society and the world. Education in Madiun must keep up with the times by updating or reforming, learning innovations to be at the forefront, and at least not to be left behind. Higher-order thinking, known as higher-order thinking skills (HOTS), is an educational reform concept based on learning taxonomies (such as Bloom's taxonomy). The idea is that some types of learning require more cognitive processing than others but have more general benefits. The problem is that the busyness of teachers and the community and the lack of time to think about and carry out updates make teachers less active in implementing innovations or reforms in education. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to provide education and training on various ways of updating learning. The implementation method is carried out through lectures, demonstrations, and workshops to school inspectors and school principals in Madiun. Evaluation of the pretest results regarding the HOTS workshop showed that understanding increased by 19% with indicators during the activity, 90% of the participants were enthusiastic about practicing it, and 100% had made updates by carrying out HOTS-based learning. This community service is one of the PGRI Madiun University programs that implement the Tri Dharma of Higher Education by conducting training on implementing HOTS-based learning.

Abstract

The training held in the Stimulus Community Partnership Program Community Service (PKMS) is aimed at employees in the UMPR environment. Implementation of assertive communication training using psychoeducational intervention techniques to prevent cyberbullying at SMK Negeri 3 Palangka Raya as a solution to problems faced by students who are in the adolescent phase and tend to be involved in cyberbullying either as perpetrators or victims. Cases of cyberbullying in the school environment do not only involve students as bullies and victims. Incidents of cyberbullying are increasing internationally and are considered a problem both inside and outside of school. Cyberbullying has received attention because it affects many individuals of various ages in a variety of settings, especially adolescents. The training activities were implemented for one day on August 15, 2022. The training participants totaled 150 students. Based on the results of the analysis of the success of the training, 91% of students experienced increased knowledge about cyberbullying and had assertive communication skills.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru Bimbingan Konseling dalam menggunakan Alat Ungkap Masalah (AUM) sebagai instrumen analisis kebutuhan di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Ukhuwah. Dalam konteks kegiatan, fokus diberikan pada Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Ukhuwah sebagai unit analisis. Melibatkan seluruh guru bimbingan dan konseling, atau total 7 peserta di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Ukhuwah, kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode ABCD (Asset, Building, Connecting, Development) yang mencakup identifikasi aset, peningkatan kapasitas, pembangunan jaringan, dan pembangunan berkelanjutan, dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13 Desember 2023. Teknik bimbingan interaktif dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) digunakan untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang AUM, sementara observasi praktek dilakukan untuk mensimulasikan penggunaan AUM secara efektif. Analisis statistik deskriptif dan uji t-statistik menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata total pemahaman guru dari 35.86 menjadi 45.86 setelah kegiatan, dengan selisih post-pre yang signifikan secara statistik. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan pemahaman peserta yang memadai, namun setelah bimbingan teknis, terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan, pengalaman, dan kesiapan peserta. Kontribusi kegiatan pengabdian ini terlihat pada perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan, mendukung literatur dan praktik bimbingan konseling di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Ukhuwah. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan teknis AUM efektif meningkatkan kualitas layanan bimbingan konseling dan penggunaan AUM sebagai alat yang lebih efektif di sekolah. Implikasi praktisnya mencakup peningkatan kualitas layanan bimbingan konseling di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Ukhuwah.

Abstract

Saat ini Indonesia telah memiliki aturan hukum yang jelas tentang perlindungan hukum bagi Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI). Aturan tersebut tertuang dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2017 yang kemudian di konkritkan dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 59 Tahun 2021. Adanya aturan hukum yang bagus belum menjamin bahwa aturan tersebut akan berjalan dengan baik jika para-PMI sendiri kurang memahami aturan itu. Tujuan dari Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk memberikan akses informasi dan mengedukasi tentang perlindungan hukum terhadap hak-hak PMI kepada para PMI yang ada di Hong Kong. Dampak yang diharapkan yakni para PMI di Hong Kong memiliki pengetahuan tentang macam-macam hak yang dimiliki beserta mekanisme pelaporan/pengaduan apabila pelanggaran hak itu terjadi, sehingga mereka dapat bekerja di luar negeri dengan aman dan nyaman. PkM ini dilakukan dengan metode blended yakni secara luring yang dilakukan dalam bentuk penyuluhan hukum dan pendampingan hukum dan secara daring yang dilakukan dengan membentuk Whatsapps group dan menyelenggarakan webinar berkala. Target yang diharapkan dari PkM ini yaitu para PMI memiliki pengetahuan tentang macam-macam hak yang dimiliki sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia, mengetahui peran KJRI Hong Kong dalam memberikan perlindungan hukum terhadap PMI, serta Kebijakan Pemerintah Hong Kong tentang PMI. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini peserta diharapkan mampu secara mandiri memperjuangkan hak-haknya ketika suatu saat mereka mengalami pelanggaran hak.

Abstract

The low expansion of the introduction of local education culture in Indonesia so that it is known abroad, so it is necessary to carry out community service internationally which is facilitated through the NU (Nahdlatul Ulama) higher education community in Indonesia. Indonesia-Thailand internship cooperation through PERSAIT (Indonesia-Thailand Alumni Association) which was carried out at Darul Hikmah High School, Pattani Province, Thailand with a total of 25 activity participants. Implementation of service for 2 days through activity orientation, introduction to Indonesian Local Wisdom Education, questions and answers, and reflection on activities. The method of implementing service is through lectures, demonstrations, and direct questions and answers with activity participants. The results obtained increased participants' understanding of the introduction of local wisdom-based education to pay attention to motivation to learn educational culture and be able to understand global diversity. The participants responded very well to the service activities, as evidenced by the 25 participants, more than 80% responded very well and felt interested in the introduction of education based on local Indonesian wisdom. As a follow-up activity, Darul Hikmah High School Thailand participants have the potential to be participants to continue their education at the NU tertiary level in Indonesia through international collaboration.
