Abstract

Vaccines are the best way to tackle the virus outbreak because vaccines can reprogram immunity systems to create their antibodies The vaccine is unlikely to be initially available to children. The risk of children spreading the virus is not zero, and a surge of cases in the community will be reflected in children as well. The policymakers will also consider all other potential benefits against the risks of vaccination in children. Muslims are obliged to consume only halal products. Vaccines needed to follow halal standardization to be used in Islamic countries. This study has the purpose of observing the connection between halal and vaccines in research. This study uses papers indexed in the Scopus website as secondary data. There are two kinds of data, based on the organization of co-authorship, and co-occurrence of authors’ topic. There are 46 numbers of data, including the organization of co-authorship or where the authors affiliated and 68 of co-occurrence of authors’ topic. The data is analyzed using Vosviewer software. The result shows that the topic of vaccines has a connection to halal and fatwa/ or ulama council’s statement. Thus, no Muslim countries such as the USA and Australia have more relevant points than Muslim countries. It can be concluded that halal and vaccine are intertwined with each other, especially in Muslim countries. Halal is not only related to vaccines based on the result above but also has a connection to other topics such as fatwa, Islamic marketing, developing countries, Islam and acceptance. Halal and vaccines have vast varieties of sub-topics to be developed in studies. Based on the keywords in the papers, non-Muslim countries such as the USA and Australia have more relevant points in the study about halal and vaccines. There are vaccine perceptions from society, things related to halal, as well as things related to COVID-19.

This research method uses quantitative data, as the name implies, many are required to use value figures from data collection, interpretation of the data, and the appearance of the results. This study uses variables consisting of Dependent Variables, namely Investment Climate, and Independent Variables, namely the Development and Growth of the Stock Market in the Financial Sector and Comparison between Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS) and Bank Mandiri Persero Tbk (BMRI). The results of the study concluded that if the growth and development of the Stock Market in the financial sector increased by 0.01 (1%), then the Investment Climate would increase by 0.390736. Then if there is an increase in the comparison rate between Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS) and Bank Mandiri Persero (BMRI) 0.01 (1%), the Investment Climate will decrease to 1.370777. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of marital dispensation on the economy and family welfare by considering the related social and legal aspects. The research methods used involve literature studies, statistical data analysis, as well as interviews with legal experts and economists. This study explores various aspects of marital dispensation, including factors influencing the granting of dispensation, legal consequences, and economic impact on the families involved. The results of the analysis show that marital dispensation has a significant impact on the economy and family well-being. On the one hand, dispensation can provide an opportunity for couples to marry despite facing certain obstacles, such as financial problems or age that has not met legal requirements. However, on the other hand, dispensations can also present new challenges, such as economic instability and legal disputes regarding the division of property and the rights and obligations of spouses. In conclusion, a deep understanding of the impact of marriage dispensation is essential in designing more inclusive and equitable social and legal policies. By considering economic and social aspects holistically, more effective strategies can be formulated to improve family welfare and strengthen the social foundation of society as a whole.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the important role of insurance in reducing systematic risk and helping poverty alleviation through a review of financial protection. This study uses a descriptive-analytical approach by analyzing various related literature covering theories and practices related to insurance, systematic risk, and poverty alleviation. Data was collected through literature studies involving scientific journals, reference books, and recent research reports. The results showed that insurance plays a crucial role in reducing systematic risk by providing a mechanism for risk transfer from affected individuals or groups to insurance institutions. Thus, insurance helps protect individuals and families from unexpected events such as natural disasters, accidents, or illnesses that can lead to poverty. In addition, insurance also plays a role in poverty alleviation by providing important financial protection for those who are vulnerable to adverse financial risks. Therefore, understanding and access to adequate insurance is essential in efforts to reduce systematic risks and improve the overall welfare of society. This research provides a theoretical and practical foundation for relevant parties, including governments, financial institutions, and the general public, to improve the understanding and application of insurance as an important instrument in reducing systematic risks and alleviating poverty through effective financial protection

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the correlation between Islamic law (fiqh) and Sharia economics in Indonesia, both from a theoretical and practical perspective. The research methods used are literature study and descriptive analysis. Data was collected through a literature review from various relevant sources, including academic literature, official documents, and case studies related to the implementation of Islamic law in the economic context in Indonesia. The results showed that the correlation between Islamic law and Sharia economics in Indonesia is very significant. Fiqh, as the foundation of Islamic law, has a major impact on the development and implementation of Islamic economic principles in Indonesia. Various aspects of Islamic law such as muamalah (economic transactions), zakat, waqf, and others, provide a strong theoretical foundation for the practice of Islamic economics in Indonesia. However, there are challenges in integrating fiqh with Islamic economic practices in Indonesia, including in terms of harmonization between the principles of Islamic law and existing government regulations. In addition, public awareness and understanding of Islamic law and sharia economics also play an important role in the successful implementation and development of the sharia economy in Indonesia.

This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting a literature review as well as a historical and contemporary analysis of the development of Islamic law. Data is obtained through literature studies that include primary and secondary sources, such as classical Islamic law books, historical texts, and related academic studies. The results showed that socio-cultural factors have a significant role in shaping Islamic legal thinking. From a historical perspective, the development of Islamic law is often influenced by the socio-cultural context in which it developed, such as customs, customs of society, and political-economic conditions. Meanwhile, in the contemporary perspective, globalization, modernization, and other socio-cultural changes also affect the interpretation and application of Islamic law in society. This study concludes that understanding socio-cultural factors is very important in understanding the dynamics of Islamic legal thought. By considering the socio-cultural context, Islamic legal thinkers can develop relevant and adaptive approaches in formulating legal solutions that are by the demands of the times.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the convergence of faith and capital in the application of Sharia-based financial institutions in Malaysia. The research methods used include literature studies, secondary data analysis, and interviews with experts and practitioners of the Islamic financial industry. This study identifies factors that influence the convergence of faith and capital in the context of Islamic financial institutions, including regulation, culture, and the level of public understanding of sharia principles. The results show that the convergence of faith and capital in the implementation of Sharia-based financial institutions in Malaysia still faces several challenges, including gaps in understanding of Sharia principles among the public, different interpretations of regulations, and a lack of adequate support infrastructure. Nevertheless, there have been positive developments in terms of the growth of Islamic financial institutions and increased awareness of the importance of Sharia-based finance in Malaysia. This research contributes to the understanding of the dynamics of the convergence of faith and capital in the context of Islamic financial institutions in Malaysia as well as provides insight for decision-makers, regulators, and practitioners of the Islamic financial industry in overcoming challenges and seizing future opportunities.
