Abstract

This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data analysis was conducted through stages of data collection, reduction, presentation, and verification. The unit of analysis in this study is the utilization of e-archive systems in the administrative department of the Ministry of Finance. The results show that the implementation of e-archive systems, such as NADINE and the archiving module in the Satu Kemenkeu super app, has improved the efficiency and effectiveness of document management. The system simplifies filing, retrieval, and document distribution processes while supporting paper usage reduction. However, challenges remain, including limited technological infrastructure, lack of technical competence among human resources (HR), and data security risks. To address these issues, it is necessary to develop HR skills through training and technical guidance, improve technological infrastructure, and maintain systems regularly. Data protection efforts have also been implemented through the use of authenticators, identity verification, antivirus software, and firewalls managed by Pusintek. Recommendations include developing a more user-friendly system and conducting further studies with a quantitative approach in different locations to enrich findings. These optimization strategies are expected to ensure the security, confidentiality, and effectiveness of electronic archive management comprehensively.

Abstract

Indragiri Hulu Regency is one of the districts in Riau Province which is the most extensive district for forest and land fires in 2024. There are problems, namely the lack of human resources who have disaster competence, the lack of training for the task force, the lack of dissemination of disaster-prone information, facilities and infrastructure that are not enough. The purpose of this study was to determine how the management of forest and land fire disaster management carried out by the Regional Disaster Management Office (KPBD) of Indragiri Hulu Regency and to find out the obstacles faced. This research uses disaster management theory proposed by Neil Grig which consists of planning, organizing, leadership, coordinating, controlling, supervising, budgeting, finance. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, and data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. From the results of this study, it can be seen that the management of forest and land fire disaster management carried out by the Regional Disaster Management Office (KPBD) of Indragiri Hulu Regency is quite good, but there are obstacles such as a fairly limited budget, limited facilities and infrastructure that are quite adequate, the difficulty of the terrain, and the lack of awareness of the community in disaster management of forest and land fires in Indragiri Hulu Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and Instagram marketing strategies on purchasing decisions for bouquets at Yourdayflower Bouquet, Bangkinang Kota District. The data collection methods used in this study are questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was conducted quantitatively using multiple linear regression tests. Based on the partial test results (T-test), Instagram marketing strategies have a significant influence on bouquet purchasing decisions at Yourdayflower Bouquet. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test results (F-test) indicate that product quality and Instagram marketing strategies collectively impact purchasing decisions. The findings of this study confirm that both product quality and digital marketing strategies through Instagram play a crucial role in increasing consumer attraction and influencing their decision to purchase bouquets at Yourdayflower Bouquet. Therefore, optimizing digital marketing strategies and improving product quality can be strategic steps to enhance sales

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which various factors—such as product quality, service, income level, price, consumer preferences, and ease of access to location—affect purchasing decisions for Fajwa Bakery products in Bangkinang. The research method used is a survey, with data collected through direct interviews and field observations. The respondents are customers who have previously purchased Fajwa Bakery products, selected using the accidental sampling technique, based on whoever was encountered and willing to participate. The sample size in this study was determined to be 100 people using the Lemeshow formula. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive methods and multiple linear regression. The results show that most respondents are aged between 20 and 35 years old, female, with a senior high school education level, earn between Rp 1,000,000 and Rp 2,000,000 per month, and have purchased Fajwa Bakery products at least three times in the past year.

Abstract

This study applies a qualitative descriptive method with the aim of describing and analyzing the issues found. This qualitative approach is based on the collection of primary and secondary data. Primary data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data were obtained through books, previous research, and articles relevant to this study. The data source in this study was interview transcripts obtained from a number of respondents called research informants. The informants were selected based on a certain method because their abilities or positions were considered to be able to describe the problems that would be the object of the study. The informants in this study numbered four people consisting of two operational heads and two administrative staff. The main objective of this study was to understand the implementation of digital administration at PT Semesta Integrasi Digital, including the challenges faced in implementing digital administration, and the digital administration data security system of PT Semesta Integrasi Digital. The results of the study showed that the implementation of digital administration at PT Semesta Integrasi Digital has increased work efficiency, especially in terms of data management and reporting. This finding is reinforced by the results of interviews which showed that when the data security system has been implemented using encryption and access restrictions, there are still challenges in terms of further data integration and protection.

Abstract

This study was conducted to evaluate the extent to which digital marketing strategies and digital services contribute to improving the operational effectiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly at Rumah Makan Fajwa located in Bangkinang. The research employed a quantitative approach, using data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to selected respondents. To ensure data accuracy, quality tests were carried out, including validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests such as normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and multicollinearity tests. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis methods, which included multiple linear regression, t-tests to examine partial effects, F-tests to determine simultaneous effects, and the coefficient of determination to assess the contribution of independent variables to the dependent variable. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of digital marketing strategies significantly enhances the operational effectiveness of the MSME, Rumah Makan Fajwa. Similarly, the use of digital services has a notable impact in supporting the smoothness and efficiency of business operations. Overall, both digital marketing strategies and digital services jointly provide a significant positive contribution to the effectiveness of this MSME's business operations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to comprehend how Perpustakaan dan Galeri Kota Bogor use sosial media, including how well it reaches the publik, what kinds of content it delivers, and the difficulties in managing it. The study uses a qualitative methodology that includes sosial media content documentation, interviews, and observation. The findings show that, albeit not always and without a planned content strategy, Instagram and TikTok have been utilized for marketing and education. Lack of a content plan, content calendar, and content pillars are among the main obstacles, as are insufficient facilities and human resources. Consequently, better sosial media management skills and a more systematic approach to content planning are required.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of customer experience, brand image, and perceived value on customer satisfaction through purchase decision as a mediating variable. The research was conducted on students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya who use the Netflix application. A quantitative approach was used with a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The findings reveal that customer experience, brand image, and perceived value significantly influence purchase decision and customer satisfaction. Moreover, purchase decision is proven to mediate the relationship between the independent variables and customer satisfaction. These results highlight the importance of enhancing user experience, building a strong brand image, and delivering value perception to increase customer satisfaction through more informed purchase decisions. The study contributes to understanding consumer behavior in the digital entertainment industry, particularly among students as a major user segment.

Abstract

Everything must continue to progress with the times, including product quality and lifestyle. Although it looks simple, product quality must continue to be developed to suit lifestyles in order to attract buyers, especially in purchasing iPhones among students at Universitas Terbuka Surabaya. The phenomenon of increasing iPhone use among UT students shows that there is encouragement from aspects of product quality, digital lifestyle, and the need to build self-image through personal branding. This study includes quantitative research using the Google form filling method. The analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study indicate that product quality and lifestyle have a significant influence on iPhone purchasing decisions. In addition, personal branding is proven to moderate the influence of product quality and lifestyle on purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that UT students not only consider the features and design of the iPhone, but also make it part of their identity that supports their professional image in academic and work environments.

Abstract

The rapid development of the bussines world requires companies to contiously innovate in order to remain competitive. Collaboration with Kpop artists have become a popular marketing strategy to attract consumers, as a demonstrated by PT Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia through its partnership with the girl group Aespa. This collaboration utilized co- branding strategies and leverages the Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) phenomenon, particularly prevalent among generation Z, potentially triggering impulse buying behavior. This study aims to examin the influence of Co- branding and FoMO on impulse buying behavior toward the Nabati with Aespa collaboration product in Surabaya. The research uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as the research instrument. The sample consist 100 generation Z repondents who have purchased the collaborative product, selected using purposive sampling. The result show that co- branding and FoMO have a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on impulse buying contributing 40,2% to the behavior. The reamaing influence is a attributed to other factor such as exclusive packing design and digital marketing. This study suggest that future researchers explore additional variabels and broaden the sample and population for deeper analysis.
