Abstract

This Class Action Research Workshop (PTK) aims to train educators of MTs N 4 Central Maluku and MA N 3 Central Maluku to reflect on the results obtained from the learning process that has been carried out previously in the form of scientific papers. This devotion to educators uses the method of training and workshops. The participants in this activity were educators at MTs N 4 Central Maluku and MA N 3 Central Maluku which totaled 50 people. The result of this training and workshop is that participants have been able to create a class action research design and know-how to carry out the process and report on class action research.Keywords: Classroom Action Research, educator, reflection.

Abstract

Stunting adalah suatu permasalahan gizi kronis yang berdampak pada pertumbuhan anak. Kondisi ini menyebabkan anak mempunyai tinggi badan yang lebih rendah jika dibandingkan anak pada usia sebayanya. Pencegahan stunting bagi anak usia balita dapat dilakukan dengan penerapan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS). PHBS merupakan suatu usaha yang dilakukan guna menerapkan kebiasaan dalam berperilaku bersih dan sehat sebagai tindakan pencegahan berbagai penyakit. Implementasi PHBS di Desa Ngoro dikatakan masih kurang. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dilakukan sosialisasi tentang PHBS di Desa Ngoro. Sasaran dalam kegiatan sosialisasi yaitu anak-anak Pos Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Tujuannya yaitu untuk mengenalkan dan meningkatkan pemahaman anak mengenai PHBS sejak dini. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan penyuluhan atau sosialisasi mencakup 2 (dua) tahapan, pertama adalah tahap persiapan, dan kedua adalah tahap pelaksanaan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kuesioner tersebut memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman anak yang awalnya 64,6% menjadi 92,3%. Peningkatan tersebut menunjukkan keberhasilan dari kelompok KKN Tematik MBKM 110 dalam merumuskan program kerja yang berfokus pada upaya pencegahan stunting di Desa Ngoro.

Abstract

One way to increase people's income is through tourism development that utilizes local resources. Many regions in Indonesia are competing to manage their natural resources and package them as tourism products, one of which is the Raja Maruntu Building which is a favorite gathering place for the people of Lapandewa Village where the condition of the foundation of this building needs improvement. When there are tourist attractions in the vicinity, the community's creative economy becomes more alive. What we mean is that tourism is a means to boost the economy. Therefore, academic intervention is important to ensure that the community is able and willing to develop and manage local resources into tourism objects that are able to raise the standard of living of the community. The implementation method is that the mentoring team invites the Lapandewa Village Government. This event will be held in conjunction with the implementation of a comprehensive program. After that, a discussion or question and answer session will be held. After the discussion session is over, the next task is to set a schedule for submitting permits to stakeholders in Lapandewa Village. Abstract

Pemanfaatan media massa dalam meningkatkan komptensi siswa menuju industri 5.0, merupakan tantangan baru yang dihadapkan siswa di lingkungan sekolah. Media massa atau media digital adalah perpanjang tangan dari penyampaian pesan lewat internet. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada siswa SMA Muhammadiyah Mamala Kecamatan Leihitu Kabupaten Maluku Tengah yakni, meningkatan potensi siswa melalui pembuatan film dan digitalisasi media. Pengabdian kepada siswa ini, menggunakan diskusi terbuka dengan melibatkan siswa kelas X dan XI yang berjumlah 30 orang. luaran dari diskusi ini adalah siswa mampu merancang dan mengaplikasi media digital (handphone) digenggaman mereka sebagai proses meningkatkan minat dan bakat dalam capaian prestasi pembelajaran di sekolah.

Abstract

Abstract: The development of science and technology today cannot be separated from the progress of internet services that are getting better and more comprehensive. This must be used optimally to encourage the creation of a superior and productive generation such as supporting the national literacy movement in the campus environment through community service activities. Service activities in the form of optimizing website-based student literacy media are expected to be a solution to support the literacy movement in the IAIN Ambon campus, especially in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education study program. Abstract

Pentingnya analisis kebutuhan dalam perencanaan potensi desa wisata sebagai langkah mempertemukan antara landasan teoritis dan data kongkret. Strategi pendekatan melalui raja dan tetua adat negeri dalam mengidentifikasi potensi desa melalui perencanaan,  pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi diyakini mampu memecah permasalahan yang ada dilapangan. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 28 Juni hingga 2 Juli bersama 10 orang masyarakat adat Negeri Nua Nea. Tujuan pengabdian ini ialah untuk 1) Mengidentifikasi hasil observasi lapangan 2) Mengidentifikasi dan melihat kondisi yang sudah dan belum baik berdasarkan standar umum-normal, 3) Mengonfirmasi temuan dan program yang dibutuhkan.  Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa identifikasi fisik dan non fisik yang terkait langsung dengan potensi Desa Wisata di Negeri Nua Nea belum dikelola dan didayagunakan secara maksimal. Identifikasi fisik meliputi kondisi Negeri Nua Nea secara keseluruhan yang sudah tertata, jalan setempat yang sudah semenisasi, perumahan dan balai adat masih alami, namun lampu penerangan jalan dan penunjuk arah minim. Identifikasi non fisik meliputi penerimaan masyarakat adat negeri terhadap desa wisata, kebutuhan pembelajaran, pelatihan, dan pendampingan, administrasi desa yang masih manual, serta kebutuhan penerapan berbagai teknologi dalam pengembangan potensi desa wisata. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi, maka direkomendasikan dilaksanakan program penyuluhan pengembangan desa wisata untuk meningkatkan ekonomi penduduk setempat.

Abstract

This paper aims to identify the potential of karst areas as a material for consideration in the management of sustainable karst areas through the process of collecting data and mapping the existence of caves and the potential of the local community of Lisabata through ethnographic studies, especially exploring the role of women in the management and utilization of social, cultural and environmental potentials. ; pioneering local community assistance maps to follow up on management plans and utilization of social, cultural and environmental potentials, especially karst areas; conducting an educational process, namely knowledge transfer and capacity building for local governments and community groups to manage and utilize karst areas; and provide input for the development of karst areas to village or regional governments that are oriented towards nature conservation and the welfare of local communities. The methods used in this ethnographic study were participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and FGD and PRA. The instruments used were Interview Instruments, Goa Susur Wearpack, Jumar Ascender Petzl, Helm Petzl, Superavanti Seat Harness Petzl, Croll Ascender, Laser Distance, Suunto Tandem Clinometer, Handy Talkie. As a result, there were five caves that were successfully mapped, namely the Tenin cave. Tutu'u, Mana'un Mahapeka, and Alaeke and Nian caves are recommended for geotourism

Abstract

 Community service is an activity that aims to help the community in several activities. This form of activity is designed in the form of online training. Since the outbreak of the pandemic due to the coronavirus, the government has established a lockdown policy or isolation of areas in certain areas. The impact of the pandemic due to Covid-19 has limited youth activities. One of the limited activities is learning activity. Althougt can be improve by online learning, also allows for a negative impact on adolescents who do not have a positive goal orientation. The purpose of this PPM is to build youth self-orientation in the Purwomartani area, Kalasan, Yogyakarta to be more positive with mastery-oriented or more focused on achievement development. The method used in this Community Service is to provide Online Training using the Zoom or Google Classroom application combined with the meet program so that you can interact face-to-face, the activity is carried out 2 times. The increase of the mean score on all components after online training indicates that the activities carried out by the service team can provide increased self-recognition, goal setting and goal orientation, but the low of gain score between the pre and post tests indicates that the increase of goal orientations is less effective. Thus, the activity can be increased with a longer time and better management in order to get maximum results.Keyword: goal orientation, mastery, youth

Abstract

Kepala sekolah berfungsi baik sebagai manajer dan pengawas, yang memungkinkan dia memiliki dampak terhadap lingkungan. Sesuai dengan tanggung jawabnya, kepala sekolah memiliki kebijakan yang terperinci untuk membawa perubahan mendasar dalam sikap, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan etos kerja. Metode observasi atau pengamatan digunakan dalam analisis penelitian ini. Sekolah MA Bina Karya Hatawano belum sepenuhnya memahami gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, menurut temuan analisis. Oleh karena itu, memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap hasil kinerja guru.
