Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan dan pelaksanaan manajemen berbasis sekolah di SMK Negeri 6 Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru-guru, dan siswa kelas XI tata busana SMK Negeri 6 Padang. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data dengan menggunakan model interaksi dari Miles dan Michael Huberman yang terdiri dari: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan perencanaan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di SMK Negeri 6 Padang sudah berjalan dengan baik, semua ini tidak terlepas dari peran seorang guru yang selalu melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan dan menerapkan strategi tentang meningkatkan semangat siswa dalam melakukan pemebelajaran. Pelaksanaan rencana manajemen berbasis sekolah di SMK Negeri 6 Padang bahwa dalam pelaksanaan rencana manajemen berbasis sekolah berjalan dengan baik. Dalam melaksanakan perencanaan manajemen berbasis sekolah di SMK Negeri 6 Padang Kepala sekolah bekerja sama dengan para guru serta staf yang berada di SMK Negeri 6 Padang, selama proses perencanaan berlangsung selalu melakukan evaluasi terhadap perencanaan yang telah dilaksanakan untuk melihat sejauh mana atau sudah berapa persen rencana itu terlaksanakan dari rencana yang telah dibuat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS SMA N 1 Siberut Utara. 2) pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS SMA N 1 Siberut Utara. 3) pengaruh motivasi belajar dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS SMA N 1 Siberut Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi dimana seluruh populasi penelitian dijadikan objek penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil peneilitain ini menunjukkan 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS SMA N 1 Siberut Utara. Ini di buktikan dengan nilai koefisien regresi (r) sebesar 4,29 dan nilai thitung (2,419) pada ttabel (1,987) signifikan 0,05, 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelejaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS SMA N 1 Siberut utara. Ini di buktikan dengan nilai koefisien regresi (r) sebesar 3,93 dan nilai thitung (2,758) dan pada ttabel (1,987) dan taraf signifikan 0,05. 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS SMA N 1 Siberut Utara. Ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung (6,690) > Ftabel (3,10) pada signifikan 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah Pengaruh Kompetensi Guru dan Fasilitas Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan siswa Kelas XI Teknik Kendaraan Ringan Otomotif di SMK Negeri 5 Padang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam Penelitian adalah menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif karena tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian deskriptif karena hanya mengukur variabel yang ada dan tidak memanipulasi vriabel tersebut. Populasi dan sampel yang ada pada penelitian ini adalah sejumlah 57 siswa program keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan Otomotif di SMK Negeri 5 Padang. Variabel yang diteliti adalah Kompetensi guru dan Fasilitas belajar sebagai variabel bebas dan Hasil belajar sebagai variabel terikat, data diperoleh dari angket dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif antara kompetensi guru dan Fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan siswa di SMK Negeri 5 Padang, dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,237 menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kompetensi guru dan fasilitas belajar secara bersam-sama berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan sebesar 23,7%.

Abstract

The objective of the research to find out the student’s skill in reading comprehension of narrative text, the student problem in reading comprehension narrative text, and the adventages of narrative text through power point. This research was conducted at SMKN 6 Padang. The academic year 2020/2021. This research used the descriptive research. The population in this research was 55 students second year of SMKN 6 Padang, namely second busana one and second busana two. In taking the sample, the researcher used cluster random sampling technique and second busana one was selected as a sample with a total of 25 students. The instrument for collecting data in this research used is reading test. This study shows that the results of the reading skills test in the average part of reading ability to determine tittle in reading narrative texts using powerpoint media are 14.52 and can be categorized as standard scores with an achievement percentage of 52% of students. In determining the main idea of a sentence in reading narrative text using powerpoint media has an average of 23.1 and can be categorized as a high score with a percentage of 52% of students. In determining the meaning of a sentence in reading narrative text using powerpoint media has an average of 17.18 and can be categorized as a standard value with a percentage of 36% of students. The final mean score of all 3 components of reading in English is 54.7 and is categorized as C or Enough. Based on the explanation above, the researcher can conclude that the students' ability to read narrative texts in English using power point media is at the moderate.

Abstract

This thesis discussed about an analysis of students’ vocabulary through song. This research was conducted at elementary school Baiturrahmah Padang, the academic year 2022/2023. The researcher conducted this research based on finding in the classroom. This research used descriptive research. The population in this research was 11 students at first grade of elementary school Baiturrahmah Padang. In taking the sample, the researcher used total sampling technique and the class wasselected as a sample with a total of 11 students. Most of students have moderate vocabulary. The instrument for collecting data was vocabulary test. In collecting the data, the researcher gave students a song and asked them to read and singwith loudly in order to analysis their vocabulary. In data analysis, researcher calculated the test by using vocabulary rubric score that was adopted from the teacher.

Abstract

The research results of the teacher's creativity variable have t count (9.488) > t table (2.0016) and the sig value of the calculation obtained is 0.000 <0.05. This means that H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that teacher creativity has a significant effect on student learning outcomes at Ekasakti Padang High School. The learning environment variable has t count (4.970) > t table (2.0016) and the calculated sig value obtained is 0.000 <0.05. This means that H2 is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that the learning environment has a significant effect on student learning outcomes at Ekasakti Padang High School. The calculated F value is 157.735 which is greater than the F table value of 3.17 (see attachment table F) and the probability value resulting from the calculation is 0.000b less than α (5%). This means that H3 is accepted. Based on the test results it can be stated that it can be stated that teacher creativity and the learning environment together have a significant effect on student learning outcomes at Ekasakti Padang High School with a degree of success of 95% (α = 5%).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the influence of socio-economic status of people and the school environment on students' motivation to continue higher education in class XII SMA N 3 Panyabunagn. The population which is also the research is 158 students of class XII. The variables studied were parents' socioeconomic status and school environment as independent variables and motivation to continue tertiary education as the dependent variable. Data were obtained from questionnaires and analyzed using regression with the help of the SPSS program with a significance level of 0.05. The results of this study show that parents' socio-economic status has a positive and insignificant effect on motivation to continue higher education, as evidenced by the results with t = 1.367 and p = 0.174 < 0.05. The school environment has a positive and insignificant effect on motivation to continue to college, as evidenced by tcount = 1.1959 and p = 0.053 < 0.05. The socio-economic status of parents and the school environment simultaneously influence the motivation to continue to higher education. proven from Fcount = 3.978 and p value = 0.021.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning failities and learning motivation on ips learning outcomes for students of class VII SMP SMP IT Al Madaniy Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam in the academic year 2021/2022. The research was conducted at SMP SMP IT Al Madaniy Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam in November-Desember 2022. The population of this study was all students of class VII SMP IT Al Madaniy Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam in the academic year 2022/2023, totaling 57 people taken by total sampling. The questionnaire test was conducted at SMP IT Yayasan Wakaf Generasi Madani Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam. The technique of collecting data is through a questionnaire. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis is tasted by t test and f test. The results showed that: (1) Learning failities (X1) had a positive and significant effect on ips learning outcomes for students in class VII SMP IT Al Madaniy Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam, as evidenced by the t test, the value of tcount is 2.202 > ttable 2,005. (2) Learning motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on ips learning outcomes for students in class VII at SMP IT Al Madaniy Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam, as evidenced by the t test, the value of tcount is 2,412 > ttable 2,005. (3) Learning failities and Learning motivation to learn have a positive and significant effect on the ips learning outcomes of students in class VII SMP IT Al Madaniy Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam, as evidenced by the results of the F test, the value of Fcount > Ftable is 11,099 > 3,168.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia, including at SMP 05 Sutera Pesisir Selatan, has summarized the curriculum applied at all levels of education, including the 2013 Curriculum. Each lesson aims to develop students' cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. Affective, cognitive and psychomotor assessments are carried out through observation and analysis of the learning process, especially in learning persuasive speech texts. However, there are obstacles in the learning process, including students' difficulties in writing speech texts and the lack of variety and flexibility in the teaching methods used by teachers. The learning process only involves assessments at the beginning and end of learning, while the lack of variety and flexibility in teaching methods can hinder student creativity and independence. This research aims to analyze the process of learning persuasive speech texts at SMP 05 Sutera Pesisir Selatan using the 4C approach (Critical Thinking, Creative Communication, and Collaboration). Qualitative research methods were used with research instruments in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that learning planning includes providing learning tools and the necessary hardware and software. The learning process consists of three stages: opening, core, and closing, which involve activities such as attendance, introduction to material, and group discussions. Evaluation of the learning process involves authentic assessment in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains, with assessment techniques such as written tests, observations and assignments.

Abstract

Pembelajaran huruf vokal dan konsnan, khususnya dalam membaca permulaan pada siswa tunagrahita ringan, pendidik harus kreatif dalam memilih atau menentukan media yang digunakan karena sebagai seorang guru kita harus mengetahui dimana kekurangan dan kelemahan pembelajaran huruf vokal dan konsonan. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran huruf vokal dan konsonan pada siswa tunagrahita ringan kelas III SLB Negeri Ranah Pesisir Pesisir Selatan Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat di simpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran sangat berpengaruh dalam proses pembelajaran mengenal huruf vokal dan konsonan, didapati pada siswa Hidayat terdapat perubahan yang cukup baik dalam mengenal huruf vokal dan konsonan, dan pada siswa Raju masih terdapat kesulitan dalam mengingat huruf vokal dan konsonan tetapi Raju sudah mulai mengenal huruf dengan cukup baik dan pada siswa Aidil hasil yang didapati cukup baik dalam mengenal huruf vokal dengan jumlah yang tidak banyak sedangkan pada huruf vokal siswa mengalami kesulitan karena jumalah huruf konsonan yang terbilang cukup banyak. Pada Raju dan Aidil mengalami sulitan dalam mengenal atau membedakan huruf /b/,/d/,/p/,/q/,m/,dan /n/. Ini disebabkan karena karakteristik pada siswa tunagrahita ringan yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam memsutatkan konsentrasi dan sukar dalam mempelajari hal baru.
