Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Store Atmosphere, Product Variety, and Service Quality on Repurchase Intention at Abadi Exclusive Store Bireuen. The research was conducted at Abadi Exclusive Store located in Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province. The population of this study consists of all customers of Abadi Exclusive Store, with a sample size of 108 respondents. The method used is a quantitative approach with Multiple Linear Regression analysis assisted by SPSS 25.0 software. The results of the study partially indicate that the Store Atmosphere variable (X1) does not have a significant effect on Repurchase Intention, with a significance value of 0.269 > 0.05. Furthermore, the Product Variety variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the Service Quality variable (X3) also shows no significant effect partially, with a significance value of 0.166 > 0.05. Simultaneously, the results show that Store Atmosphere, Product Variety, and Service Quality have a significant effect on Repurchase Intention with an Fcount > Ftable (103.978 > 2.69) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The correlation coefficient R value of 0.866 indicates a very strong relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The Adjusted R Square value is 0.743, indicating that the contribution of Store Atmosphere, Product Variety, and Service Quality to Repurchase Intention is 74.3%, while the remaining 25.7% is explained by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

The first-to-file rule gives registration a central role in Indonesian trademark law, but filing priority cannot validate conduct aimed at capturing another party's market reputation. This article evaluates Central Jakarta Commercial Court Decision Number 21/Pdt.Sus-HKI/Merek/2024/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst, which upheld the refusal of the “Roti Bimbam & Logo” application even though the product-variant designation had not been registered. The study is doctrinal and examines the relevant legislation, the court's reasoning, and trademark concepts. It argues that an unregistered designation may still be considered when bad faith is assessed; however, the reputation attached to Tan Ek Tjoan cannot, without further proof, be extended to every name used for its products. A refusal should be supported by evidence that the disputed designation identifies a commercial source, that consumers attribute its goodwill to a specific undertaking, and that the applicant knew of and sought to exploit that association. The judgment protects the integrity of registration, yet it does not sufficiently distinguish the registered house mark from a trade name and a product designation. The article therefore formulates a sequential three-part assessment covering the function of the sign, attribution of reputation, and the applicant's market conduct.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effects of compensation, work environment, and leadership style on employee job satisfaction at Herman Dody Tanumihardja & Partners Public Accounting Firm. This study employed a descriptive quantitative method using a questionnaire as the research instrument. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression to examine the effects of each independent variable on employee job satisfaction. Sampling was conducted using a saturated sampling technique (census), involving 35 employees as respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and subsequently processed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 22. The results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (t = 5.372; sig. = 0.000). The work environment also had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (t = 2.921; sig. = 0.006). Meanwhile, leadership style had no significant effect on job satisfaction (t = 0.502; sig. = 0.619). Overall, the three independent variables were able to explain 80.5% of the variation in employee job satisfaction (R² = 0.805), while the remaining variation was influenced by other factors outside the research model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of reward, work motivation, and workload on employee performance at the Representative Office of the National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN) of South Sulawesi Province. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents. The data analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25. The results indicate that reward, work motivation, and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows that the independent variables explain 48.6% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining portion is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. These findings suggest that improving reward systems, enhancing work motivation, and optimizing workload management can contribute to better employee performance.

Abstract

The digital transformation of immigration services requires websites that are secure, reliable, and capable of protecting sensitive user data. At the same time, the increasing use of websites in public services amplifies the risk of exploiting application security vulnerabilities. This study aims to systematically analyse prior studies on website security testing using black box and white box approaches and to examine the tendency of their effectiveness in the context of immigration service websites. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following the PRISMA 2020 guideline. PRISMA 2020 provides a checklist and flow diagram for transparent systematic review reporting, while the OWASP Web Security Testing Guide (WSTG) serves as a comprehensive guideline for web application security testing. Literature sources were obtained from Garuda, Scopus, Google Scholar, and Semantic Scholar within the 2021-2026 publication period. Based on the identification, screening, and eligibility selection process, 30 articles were selected. The synthesis results show that the black box approach still dominates website security testing because it is more practical, faster, and suitable for simulating attacks from the external side. In contrast, white box provides greater analytical depth because it leverages knowledge of the internal structure of the application. The most dominant tools and references are OWASP ZAP, OWASP Top 10, and OWASP WSTG. This study concludes that for immigration service websites, black box is more effective for initial detection and evaluation from the attacker's perspective, whereas white box is more effective for in-depth verification and continuous improvement. Therefore, the combination of both approaches is the most recommended.

Abstract

This study examines, as an educational simulation, the effectiveness of video marketing and Social Commerce in strengthening Customer Engagement in digital commerce. The model positions video marketing and Social Commerce as independent variables and Customer Engagement as the dependent variable. A quantitative explanatory design is illustrated using a synthetic dataset of 200 Indonesian respondents and a five-point Likert instrument. The simulation covers reliability, convergent validity, and structural-model calculations using construct scores. Video marketing shows a positive relationship with Customer Engagement (β = 0.452; t = 7.943; p < 0.001), while Social Commerce also shows a positive relationship (β = 0.355; t = 6.236; p < 0.001). Together, the predictors explain 44.6% of the variance in Customer Engagement (R² = 0.446). These figures are intended only to demonstrate data processing and interpretation for student learning and do not represent empirical findings from real respondents.
