<![CDATA[Tenaga pendidik adalah salah satu kunci mutu satuan pendidikan tidak terkecuali pada jenjang PAUD. Artikel ini mendiskusikan tentang permasalahan dalam proses perekrutan tenaga pendidik pada satuan PAUD akibat kelangkaan sumber daya manusia. Artikel ini untuk mengetahui (1) perekrutan dan seleksi tenaga pendidik di Sanggar Belajar Segambut mempengaruhi mutu pendidikan, (2) mengetahui kelangkaan sumber daya manusia di Sanggar Belajar Segambut Malaysia mempengaruhi mutu pendidikan, dan (3) mengetahui langkah strategis yang harus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Sanggar Belajar Segambut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi secara partisipatif, wawancara tiga narasumber, dan dokumentasi. Ditemukan bahwa proses perkerutan dan seleksi di Sanggar Belajar Segambut dilakukan sebulan sekali, serta kelangkaan sumber daya manusia yang sesuai dengan kualifikasi menjadi kendala Sanggar Belajar Segambut dalam memenuhi mutu pendidikan. Peneliti menyarankan penelitian lanjutan tentang pemenuhan mutu pendidikan di Sanggar Belajar Segambut dari perspektif hak pendidikan anak.]]>

<![CDATA[Global climate change has led to an increase in the intensity and frequency of extreme rainfall that contributes to increased flood risks, especially in upstream areas. In this context, dams play a crucial role as flood control infrastructure by regulating water flow and storing peak discharge. However, the effectiveness of dams in dealing with new hydrological challenges due to climate change has not been comprehensively evaluated, especially in upstream areas. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of dams in mitigating flood risks amid changing climate conditions, focusing on upstream areas. The method used is a systematic literature study of 10 selected scientific articles from 2018 to 2024, which were analyzed thematically and narratively. The results of the study show that dam effectiveness is greatly influenced by storage capacity, upstream environmental conditions, sedimentation, and the integration of adaptive technologies such as AI-based predictions and weather forecast-based reservoir management. Several studies emphasize the importance of adaptive management and land management to maintain optimal dam function. Thus, strengthening real-time monitoring systems, collaboration between institutions, and integration of climate data are the main recommendations for increasing dam resilience to future flood risks. This study contributes to the development of adaptive and sustainable water resource management policies in the era of climate change.]]>

<![CDATA[Perencanaan strategis dan akuisisi talenta merupakan dua elemen krusial dalam menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif di era digital. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan dinamika kompleksitas sumber daya manusia, Analisis Sumber Daya Manusia (ASM) menjadi alat penting dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data di bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran analisis sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan efektivitas perencanaan strategis dan proses akuisisi talenta melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka (library research). Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai literatur ilmiah, jurnal internasional, laporan industri, dan publikasi akademis relevan yang diterbitkan sepuluh tahun terakhir. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa implementasi ASM mampu memberikan pandangan prediktif dan diagnostik dalam mengidentifikasi kebutuhan tenaga kerja di masa mendatang, memetakan kesenjangan kompetensi, serta mengoptimalkan strategi rekrutmen dan seleksi talenta. Selain itu, ASM juga membantu mengukur efektivitas inisiatif SDM serta menyelaraskan kebutuhan tenaga kerja dengan tujuan strategis organisasi. Studi ini menegaskan bahwa organisasi yang mengintegrasikan analisis SDM ke dalam proses perencanaan dan akuisisi tenaga kerja memiliki peluang lebih besar untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kapasitas analitik dalam fungsi SDM dan pengembangan sistem data terintegrasi sebagai langkah strategis ke depan.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi Pemilihan Kepala Desa (Pilkades) serentak di Kabupaten Banjar tahun 2022 dari perspektif kepemimpinan grassroot dan kearifan lokal. Fokus analisis diarahkan pada bagaimana nilai-nilai luhur budaya Banjar membentuk kriteria kepemimpinan yang bermartabat di tingkat desa, serta pengaruh pandemi Covid-19 terhadap proses demokratisasi lokal. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan etnografi politik dengan melibatkan informan kunci dari unsur pemerintah daerah, tokoh adat, ulama, dan masyarakat desa.Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan desa yang efektif di Kabupaten Banjar tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kemampuan administratif, tetapi lebih pada internalisasi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal seperti bahandap, baik hati, dan beradat. Dari 9 desa yang menyelenggarakan Pilkades serentak, mayoritas pemenang merupakan tokoh agama dan ulama yang memiliki kredibilitas moral tinggi di mata masyarakat. Proses seleksi yang melibatkan tim akademisi Universitas Lambung Mangkurat memastikan netralitas, namun keputusan akhir masyarakat tetap didasarkan pada penilaian karakter dan integritas kandidat sesuai nilai-nilai lokal.]]>

<![CDATA[This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview methods, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that in general, the condition of the tomb complex is still well maintained even though there is minor damage due to natural factors and lack of intensive care. The Sakatiga Village community has a positive perception of the existence of the tomb, which is considered an important historical and spiritual site. The tradition of pilgrimage and other religious activities are still actively carried out, strengthening social relations and the cultural identity of the local community. This study also found that the tomb has an important role in the social, cultural, and spiritual life of the community, and has the potential to become a cultural tourism object that can increase awareness of the preservation of local cultural heritage. Therefore, the preservation of the tomb and education for the younger generation are very important to ensure the sustainability of this cultural heritage in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline, and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office of Balikpapan City . In this study, there was a population of 70 employees and a sample of 34 respondents . The method used in this study was a statistical test with primary data from the distributed questionnaire . Data analysis used SmarPLS. The results of the study showed that the variables partially Motivation and work environment have no effect, while work discipline has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work Life Balance terhadap job performance dengan stakeholder pressure sebagai variabel moderasi pada UD. Sendy Leather. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden, sementara teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 38 karyawan dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa work life balance memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job performance, efek moderasi stakeholder pressure memperlemah work life balance terhadap job performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Paten merupakan salah satu aspek hak kekayaan intelektual yang perlindungannya sangat penting. Namun, penemuan suatu Invensi baru yang diklaim sebagai Invensi oleh DABUS sebagaimana diklaim oleh Dr. Stephen Thaler menimbulkan pertanyaan baru mengenai apakah AI dapat dinyatakan sebagai Inventor untuk permohonan paten. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai kedudukan AI dari perspektif hukum Indonesia, hukum paten di negara lain, dan putusan pengadilan yang relevan. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa hukum Indonesia tidak mengatur bahwa AI dapat dinyatakan sebagai Inventor dari suatu Invensi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perubahan regulasi untuk mengakomodir hal tersebut guna memberikan kejelasan bagi para pemangku kepentingan AI di masa mendatang.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted based on a phenomenon, namely why consumers want to buy products online even though this system has several risks such as fraud by sellers, the length of time for goods to arrive and others. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ease of online shopping and consumer trust on online purchasing decisions in the Medan City community. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through a survey method. The population used in this study were consumers who had shopped online in Medan City. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with a stratified random sampling approach or sampling based on stratification. The sample in this study was 100 people based on the Household Analysis Unit taken from 3 sub-districts in Medan City. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis was multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that Ease of Online Shopping has a positive and significant effect on Online Purchasing Decisions, as evidenced by the t-count value of 7.541 with a significance value of 0.000 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.749. Consumer Trust has a positive and significant effect on Online Purchasing Decisions as evidenced by the t-value of 3.759 with a significance value of 0.000 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.499. Ease of Online Shopping and Consumer Trust have a positive and significant effect on Online Purchasing Decisions as evidenced by the F-value of 79.765 with a significance of 0.000. The R Square value of 0.622 indicates that the ability of the independent variable to explain the variation of the dependent variable is 62.2%, and the remaining 37.8% is explained by other variables outside the research model.]]>
