<![CDATA[Homeschooling is increasingly being recognized as an alternative educational option that offers flexibility and personalized learning experiences. This study aims to explore the benefits, challenges, and effectiveness of homeschooling within the context of Indonesian education. Data were collected using a qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews and case studies with families practicing homeschooling. The findings reveal that homeschooling can enhance the quality of learning through tailored approaches to individual needs, albeit requiring high levels of commitment from parents and children. This research provides insights for families and policymakers in designing an inclusive and flexible education system.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses the influence of extracurricular activities on the quality of learning outcomes for students at SMP Negeri 20 Medan. This research is quantitative research where data is collected in the form of a questionnaire, and processed in the form of percentages (%) and analyzed using statistical analysis techniques. The total population was 342 students selected using purposive sampling of 25 samples. The research results show that there is a positive influence between extracurricular activities and the quality of student learning outcomes of 0.791 and is in the correlation coefficient which is included in the very low category. This means that both influence each other. This means that if students are more active in extracurricular activities, their learning achievements will increase. .]]>

<![CDATA[One of the innovations in the implementation of e-government and Smart Government in Bandung City is the launch of the Salaman application created by the Bandung City Population and Civil Registry Office. This innovation aims to facilitate the public in population administration services. The method used in this article is descriptive analytical and literature review. The research is intended to collect information on the status of existing symptoms. This research is intended to determine the level of effectiveness, community participation, and the impacts that occur in the implementation of the Salaman application innovation by the Bandung City Population and Civil Registry Office. The results of the study indicate that population administration services through the Salaman application run effectively and some people feel satisfied and helped by the innovation, although in its implementation there are still obstacles, for example people who do not understand and still have difficulty understanding and accessing various applications provided by the government and end up getting conventional services. <![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the factors influencing career choices among accounting students. Various factors investigated include financial compensation, professional training, professional recognition, social values, work environment, labor market aspects, personality, and more. A quantitative approach was used to collect data through a survey of accounting students at Universitas Nasional Surabaya. The analysis found that students' perceptions of these factors vary depending on the type of career they choose, such as auditor, corporate accountant, or government accountant. Financial rewards and professional training stood out as significant influencing factors, while the influence of social values and work environment was less significant. This study will make an important contribution to educational institutions in developing appropriate curricula and help companies understand the preferences of future accountants to create a more supportive work environment. <![CDATA[TikTok as a short video-based social media platform has become a global trend that affects various aspects of life, including student behavior. This research aims to analyze how the TikTok application contributes to changes in student behavior, both from the positive and negative sides. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview methods and content analysis to understand TikTok usage patterns. Research results reveal that TikTok plays a role in encouraging creativity, changing communication patterns, and influencing student lifestyles. However, this application also has a negative impact, such as the emergence of dependence, decreased productivity, and exposure to inappropriate content. This study emphasizes the importance of digital literacy to maximize the positive impact of using TikTok and reduce its negative impact. This finding is expected to be a guide for educational institutions and the community in responding to the development of social media wisely.]]>

<![CDATA[According to Ibn Khaldun, a great thinker in the social and economic fields. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive analytical approach. In this study, the author examines the main concepts in Ibn Khaldun's thoughts related to the distribution of wealth, such as the theory of "asbab" (cause and effect), "umran" (civilization), and "al-'amal" (work) in economics. This study also explores Ibn Khaldun's views on the role of the state, society, and factors that influence the inequality of wealth distribution in society. The results of the study indicate that Ibn Khaldun identified economic inequality as a result of social injustice and structural factors in society. In addition, Ibn Khaldun emphasized the importance of equitable distribution of wealth to achieve the welfare of society as a whole. This study contributes to understanding the concept of wealth distribution within the framework of Islamic economics, as well as its relevance in dealing with contemporary economic and social problems. Their business activities include mobilizing and channeling funds through various contracts, as well as developing innovative financial products. The primary difference between Islamic and conventional banks lies in the underlying principles of their operations. While conventional banks focus on financial returns, Islamic banks emphasize justice, sustainability, and social responsibility. The business activities of Islamic banks aim not only to generate profit but also to contribute to sustainable economic development. <![CDATA[Penelusuran alumni Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia FKIP Universitas Alkhairaat bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana pendidikan yang diterima oleh alumni relevan dengan dunia kerja dan untuk mengidentifikasi keberhasilan, tantangan, serta kontribusi alumni dalam berbagai sektor, terutama dalam bidang pendidikan dan bahasa. Penelusuran ini juga bertujuan untuk memperoleh umpan balik yang dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan kurikulum dan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Hasil penelusuran menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar alumni telah berkontribusi secara signifikan di sektor pendidikan, baik sebagai pendidik maupun dalam bidang lain seperti media dan penerbitan. Alumni juga menilai bahwa kompetensi yang diperoleh selama studi cukup memadai meskipun ada beberapa tantangan terkait pengembangan profesionalisme dan kesempatan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelusuran, disarankan agar program studi lebih menekankan pada keterampilan berbasis teknologi dan memperkuat hubungan dengan dunia kerja untuk memfasilitasi penempatan alumni. Penelusuran alumni ini juga memberikan wawasan penting dalam membangun jejaring alumni yang dapat memperkaya pengalaman akademik dan profesional mahasiswa serta memperkuat posisi Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia di masa depan.]]>

Although the use of digital money has not been able to completely replace cash payments, the use of digital money is increasing every year. The study uses a quantitative research method using a survey. The results show that convenience, security and efficiency have a significant effect on increasing the use of digital money. <![CDATA[Internal communication plays a role in supporting employee performance within an organization. This study aims to analyze the effect of internal communication on employee performance with a focus on how effective information delivery can improve productivity and collaboration. This study uses a qualitative literature study method, by reviewing various secondary sources such as scientific journals, academic articles, and relevant books. The data collected shows that open, clear, and transparent internal communication can strengthen employee understanding of their roles and responsibilities, while building harmonious working relationships. The results of this literature review confirm that good internal communication management is a strategic element in improving operational efficiency and overall organizational success.]]>
