Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence the level of income of MSMEs in Umbulharjo District. The independent variables used are Business Location, Marketing Strategy, Business Capital, Education Level and the dependent variable is Income Level. This study is a quantitative study. The sample obtained was 52 respondents with a sample of MSMEs in Umbulharjo District. This study uses primary data which is a source of data obtained directly through a questionnaire. The analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression processed using SPSS25. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Business Location, marketing strategy, business capital, and education level partially have a significant effect on Sales Income. Keywords: Sales Income, Business Location, Marketing Strategy, Business Capital, Education Level and Multiple Linear Regression.

Abstract

This article examines the relationship between social structure and economic structure on the implementation of income redistribution policies in the Riau Islands Province. The research method used is a descriptive analysis research method with a literature study approach. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a correlation or link between social structure and economic structure on income redistribution policies. Social structure and economic structure are able to represent community welfare and visualize income gaps. In this way, it is hoped that the social structure and economic structure can be used as an illustration regarding the targeting of income redistribution policies so that they are not mistargeted.

Abstract

Basic education plays a crucial role in shaping the academic and behavioral foundations of children worldwide. Amidst challenges such as early onset social and psychological issues, guidance and counseling in elementary schools are pivotal in providing the necessary support for the holistic development of students. This article systematically reviews literature concerning the implementation and evaluation of elementary school guidance and counseling programs. It focuses on evaluation methodologies, outcomes measured, and factors influencing successful implementation. The studies reviewed span various global contexts, exploring diverse approaches and practices in evaluating counseling programs. Key findings reveal varying evaluation methods utilized, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative techniques to gauge the programs' impact on students. Evaluation outcomes underscore improvements in academic performance, enhancement of social skills, and advancements in students' mental well-being. Critical factors contributing to successful implementation include strong school leadership, adequate resource allocation, and active parental engagement in the counseling process.

Abstract

The identity and national integration of the Indonesian people are very important things to maintain. Identity is a sign of identification of the nation itself, while integration is a form of unity aimed at the Indonesian nation today. In this research, the aim is to find out how the identity and integration of the Indonesian nation is implemented and the importance of these two discussions. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method using a library approach. From this research, the results are that identity and integration are things that cannot be separated and are very important in maintaining the integrity of the Indonesian nation..

Abstract

This life is not spared from communication, every human being must communicate in his daily life. The role of effective and good communication will build good communication quality. Interpersonal relationships are interpersonal relationships with each other.  The more active a person is in building relationships with others, the more extensive interpersonal networks will be built and produce quality self-competence. This is what can bring success in many ways. This journal aims to analyze the role of effective communication in building and improving interpersonal quality relationships, as explained above that interpersonal relationships are very important in life, therefore it is necessary to play an effective communication role in building them.

Abstract

The Zakat institution is an institution that controls the source of zakat funds received from muzzaki and is also an institution that has the mission of distributing these funds to those entitled (mustahik). The development of the amil zakat system must be accompanied by a good and transparent public accountability process that prioritizes the motivation of the people in carrying out its mission. In oder for the implemention of zakat to unction properly, amil zakat institutions must apply the principles of good organizational governanc. The problems identified in this study are: (1) How to implement the trustworthiness of an amil in the distribution of zakat funds. (2) How to optimize the function of amil zakat institutions in the distribution of zakat funds for welfare in the perspective of trustworthiness. The method used is normative juridical. The result of this study is that in maintaining economic stability, good management is needed, in this case recomanded by the the Qur’an as amilin. The party is expected to be able to mediate professionally and seriously to manage, collect and distribute zakat funds. Channeled properly will realize welfare, zakat in its management must e managed by amil zakat who can hold the mandate of muzzaki so that these funds can be allocated to mustahik who need it by determining it according to islamic law. The nature of amanah and fathanah is important to be held byamil zakat where the nature of amanah is interpreted as a muslim’s life mission and fathanah is interpreted as a muslim’s life strategy, an amil is important in applying it is related to the trust of the people, meaning that muzzaki will wilingly sumbit their zakat through zakat management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine profitability, leverage and company size are able to influence tax avoidance practices. The data used in this study are the annual reports of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2018-2022. This study uses a quantitative method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools using the analysis tool, namely SPSS IBM 23. The implications of the study are expected to provide a positive contribution to all parties. For companies, companies can be used as a reference or benchmark for tax avoidance practices on the impact of several ratios in financial statements. This study is also expected to be useful for investors and potential investors in seeing opportunities for tax practices or compliance in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage industry sector listed on the IDX. Regulators can also assess and monitor whether there are indications of fraud on the impact of tax avoidance which of course is not in accordance with the tax regulations in force in Indonesia. Based on the hypothesis in this study, profitability affects tax avoidance, leverage affects tax avoidance and company size does not affect tax avoidance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence between the quality of police services and public perception by using service quality and perception variables. The method used in this research is linear regression analysis with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consisted of 130 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The results in this study show an R square value of 0.140 or can be interpreted as 14%. This value provides an explanation that service quality as an independent variable influences perceptions as a dependent variable by 14% while 13.3% is influenced by theoretical factors that are not explained in the research. The results of this research show that there is a negative and significant influence between the quality of police services on community perceptions at the Tambun Selatan Police Station.

Abstract

This analysis discusses the significant role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia's economy. Although not as large as major corporations, MSMEs have the potential to introduce local products to the global market. This study examines the contribution of MSMEs in supporting the national economy, focusing on the Godhong Asri business, which explores the factors contributing to its success in eco-printing, as well as the challenges and opportunities it faces amid industry competition. Established in March 2021, Godhong Asri employs eco-printing—a technique that uses plants to create patterns on fabric or leather. This business not only contributes to the economic improvement of local communities but also embeds sustainability values within the creative industry.

Abstract

Penelitian tracer study ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kesesuaian kurikulum Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris Universitas Negeri Gorontalo dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja serta mendeskripsikan profil lulusan periode 2021–2024. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner daring yang diisi oleh 76 alumni, mencakup aspek status pekerjaan, relevansi pendidikan, tingkat kepuasan, dan kompetensi lulusan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 90,8% alumni telah bekerja, sebagian besar di sektor formal seperti pendidikan dan administrasi, dengan relevansi tinggi antara pendidikan yang diterima dan pekerjaan. Kompetensi utama, seperti bahasa Inggris, komunikasi, dan etika profesional, dinilai baik, sementara literasi digital memerlukan peningkatan. Metode pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman, seperti diskusi kelompok dan kerja lapangan, dianggap paling efektif dalam mempersiapkan lulusan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting untuk menyempurnakan kurikulum, memperkuat literasi digital, dan membuka peluang karier yang lebih beragam guna meningkatkan daya saing lulusan di pasar kerja lokal, nasional, dan global
