Abstract

This thesis aims to: 1) find out the reality of students' understanding of the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject at MTs Yapika Petanhan Kebumen, 2) find out the application of the concept song method in improving students' understanding of the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject at MTs Yapika Petanahan Kebumen, 3) find out the contribution of the concept song method to improving students' understanding of the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject at MTs Yapika Petanahan Kebumen. Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the efforts to build students' disciplined character through the study of Aqidah Akhlak at MTs YAPIKA Petanahan Kebumen. To identify the issues in this research, the author employs a descriptive qualitative research methodology with a case study method. The results of this study indicate that: 1) it shows that the teaching of Aqidah Akhlak at MTs YAPIKA Kebumen has a significant contribution to forming and strengthening students' disciplined character. 2) The strategies used by Aqidah Akhlak teachers include: integrating discipline values into the teaching material, instilling exemplary behavior through the teachers' attitudes, applying participatory learning methods, and providing reinforcement through religious advice and habits such as arriving on time and reciting Asmaul Husna.3) For the internal inhibiting factors, there are still some students who have a low level of awareness regarding the importance of discipline, both in terms of time, assignments, and adherence to school and religious rules. Furthermore, habituation activities such as reading Asmaul Husna and class duty are sometimes not maximally supervised, causing students to carry them out insincerely and merely as a formality. The supporting factors in this activity are: The Aqidah Akhlak teacher at MTs YAPIKA Petanahan not only conveys the material theoretically, but also provides real examples in disciplined attitudes and behaviors. The teacher arrives on time, is friendly yet firm, and is consistent in guiding students both in and out of the classroom.

Abstract

Islamic religious education to strengthen environmental awareness at SMA N 1 Batur has succeeded in instilling environmental awareness in students through real activities and teaching on religious values. Students are active in protecting the school environment and understand the importance of protecting nature. The level of environmental awareness of students at SMA N 1 Batur is quite good. It is evident through the activeness of students in real activities such as class pickets, clean Fridays, and school cleaning activity implementation programs, students not only maintain school cleanliness but also understand the importance of a clean environment for the learning process. The data collection method is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis used used descriptive techniques with qualitative data types.

Abstract

Discussion of education will not be separated from the core activity, namely learning. Therefore, in the teaching and learning process, various methods or learning models are delivered that aim to make it easier for students to absorb the knowledge delivered and be motivated to learn. One of the educational learning methods in Indonesia is Problem Based Learning (PBL), this method is also used in Islamic Religious Education subjects. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method on students' analytical abilities. The approach used is quantitative to collect and analyze data through numerical forms. The type of research uses a survey. This study will use data from observations, documentation, and questionnaires. The technique used for data analysis uses a simple linear regression technique so that SPSS chi square is needed to analyze it. Based on the results of the chi square analysis test on the data obtained by the researcher, it explains that the Pearson chi square value is 4.649 with a significance of 0.031 <0.05, indicating that there is a significant relationship between the PBL learning method and students' analytical abilities. The conclusion obtained based on the research conducted is that there is an influence of the Problem Based Learning method on the analytical skills of students at SMAN 1 Glagah in the PAI subject, which means Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of interactive learning media Kahoot in increasing student participation in Arabic language learning in class VIII MTs Al Washliyah 01 Medan. The background of this study is based on the low involvement of students in Arabic language learning which tends to be passive and monotonous. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires using a Likert scale and class observation. The research subjects were 35 students, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics in the form of percentages and averages. The results showed that the use of Kahoot had a positive impact on five indicators of student participation, namely learning pleasure, active asking and answering, understanding the material, enthusiasm for learning, and perceptions of a pleasant learning atmosphere. All indicators recorded a high average score between 4.00 and 4.23. As many as 85.71% of students stated that they felt more active and motivated when using Kahoot. In addition, the learning atmosphere became more lively and competitive in a healthy way, although there were still technical obstacles such as limited devices and internet connections. The conclusion of this study is that Kahoot is effective in increasing student participation and can be used as an innovative alternative in learning Arabic that is more interactive, fun, and in accordance with developments in educational technology.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the implementation of visual media and its implications for students’ ability to read Hijaiyah letters at SDN 5 Tomilito, North Gorontalo Regency. The research background is based on the difficulties students face in recognizing the unique forms of Hijaiyah letters, which differ significantly from Latin letters. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the use of visual media, such as images, PPT projector displays, animated cartoons, and student textbooks, positively impacts students. They find it easier to recognize letters, distinguish between them, and read them correctly. The results show that visual media enhances students’ reading ability and learning motivation. It also facilitates understanding and recognition of Hijaiyah letters, particularly in pronunciation and letter forms. Consequently, students’ ability to read Hijaiyah letters improved significantly, as evidenced by increased reading accuracy and speed. Therefore, the researcher recommends the development of more varied visual media and teacher training to maximize the use of media in learning.

Abstract

pembelajaran juga memiliki kemampuan untuk: 1) Meningkatkan pemahaman konsep yang dipelajari secara; 2) lebih bermakna; Mengembangkan keterampilan, menemukan, mengolah dan memanfaatkan informasi; 3) Menumbuhkembangkan sikap positif kebiasaan baik dan nilai-nilai luhur yang diperlukan dalam kehidupan; dan 4) Menumbuhkembangkan keterampilan sosial peserta didik. Permasalahan kemudian yang ditemukan adalah masih terdapat kendala guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya guru dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran tematik siswa kelas IV di SDN 07 Limboto. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa upaya-upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam mengefektifkan pembelajaran tematik meliputi; 1) peningkatan kompetensi melalui Pendidikan dan latihan, maupun diskusi / workshop dalam wadah kelompok kerja guru, 2) upaya pengembangan dan penggunaan media pembelajaran yaitu audio visual, visual dan lainnya melalui pemanfaatn alam sekitarnya; 3) upaya menerapkan model pembelajaran yang variatif yaitu, Problem Based Learning (PBL), Project based learning (PjBL) dan discovery learning; 4) upaya penggunaan waktu yang tepat meliputi masuk sesuai jadwal, penggunaan alokasi waktu yang sesuai perencanaan dan pendalaman materi yang dilakukan di luar jadwal pembelajaran; dan 5) upaya mengenal dan memahami differensiasi peserta didik, dengan cara penggunaan bahasa pengantar yang mudah dipahami, penugasan individu diberikan secara klasikal, dan memberikan pendampingan khusus pada peserta didik yang lemah kemampuannya. Saran-saran yang dapat diberikan meliputi: 1) Kepada perguruan tinggi dalam hal ini, IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo khususnya fakultas Tarbiyah, hendaknya terus menyesuaikan kebutuhan pendidikan yang aplikatif dan sesuai penerapan kurikulum di dunia pendidikan. 2) Untuk pihak sekolah dan guru, hendaknya terus mempertahankan kualitas pembelajaran dan memaksimalkan upaya peningkatan efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran tematik; 3) Kepada mahasiswa hasil peneltiian dapat dijadikan sebagai bagian dari referensi penelitian; dan kepada masyarakat hasil penelitian ini adalah bahan dan informasi bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam menciptakan sebuah proses pembelajaran yang efektif.

Abstract

Artikel ini mempunyai tujuan (1) untuk mengetahui tentang bagaimana aktivitas religius remaja di masjid siti watiah, (2) untuk memahami serta mengetahui apa saja nilai-nilai karakter religius yang diadakan di masjid siti watiah. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara kepada para remaja masjid siti watiah. Pada hasil penelitian ini Pada hasil penelitian ini menampilkan bahwa kegiatan religius yang dilaksanakan di masjid tersebut yaitu kegiatan majelis taklim yang diadakan setiap satu minggu sekali sangat berdampak atas meningkatnya karakter religius terhadap remaja masjid siti watiah yang dapat dilihat perilaku para remaja lebih aktif dalam mengikuti kegiatan keagamaan. Adapun untuk kegiatan keagamaan ini dilaksanakan secara rutin satu munggu sekali

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of the Think Pair Share type cooperative learning model to improve science learning outcomes for Class IV Students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Tebo Regency. This research is classroom action research carried out in two cycles. The subjects of this research were Class IV students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Tebo Regency. This research was carried out in the second semester of the 2024/2025 academic year in Class IV of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Tebo Regency. The results of this research are (1) the application of the Think Pair Share Type Cooperative Learning Model to improve the learning process of Class IV MIN 2 Tebo Regency students, carried out through the planning, implementation and evaluation stages of learning, (2) the application of the Think Pair Share Type Cooperative Learning Model (TPS) can improve the science learning outcomes of Class IV students as seen from the increase in teacher observation data from the average value of Cycle I, namely 78.12 in the "Quite Good" category to 90.62 "Very Good" in Cycle II. Furthermore, the increase in student observation scores with the average score in cycle I, namely 77.35 "Quite Good" increased in Cycle II to 88.25 "Good". The increase in the value of learning outcomes for the Pre-Cycle stage, namely 68.6 in the "Not Good" category, increased in Cycle I to 79.1 in the "Good" category. In Cycle II there was also an increase to 85.5 in the "Good" category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of the Think Pair Share type cooperative learning model can improve science learning outcomes for Class IV MIN 2 Students in Tebo Regency.

Abstract

This research seeks to examine the teachings of the Qur'an thematic perspectives on mental health using a grounded theory approach. Even though the phrase "mental health" is not directly stated in the Qur'anic text, many verses convey concepts that align with modern psychological understanding, such as inner peace, emotional regulation, resilience during adversity, and spiritual healing. Through open, axial, and selective coding processes, six major subthemes emerged: inner peace and emotional balance, emotional resilience in facing life's challenges, spiritual therapy and healing, hope and spiritual optimism, self-acceptance, and spiritually guided life direction. The findings reveal that the Qur'an offers a holistic framework that is more than just theological as well as useful for maintaining mental and emotional stability. The verses analyzed reflect values that can serve as religious strategie for mental well-being, especially amid modern life complexities that often lead to stress, anxiety, and existential crises. This study highlights the significant contribution of Islamic spirituality-particularly Qur'anic wisdom-in promoting and strengthening mental health in both individual and communal contexts.
