Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of Cyber Bullying in the digital era during adolescence. This research uses a literature review study method. This research found results in the form of the influence of Cyber Bullying in the digital era during adolescence. Based on a literature review study, it was found that the current generation of teenagers will have a good education in both the real and virtual worlds. Indicators of the causes of Cyber ​​Bullying are 1) Anonymity: The freedom to remain anonymous while using the internet can encourage people to act violently without worrying about facing immediate repercussions. 2) Lack of Empathy: When a perpetrator is physical. Abstract

The martial art of Karate is an expression and human work that is used to protect oneself or defend oneself without using weapons. This research was conducted with the aim of exploring and analyzing the use of physical conditioning programs for Tuban Karate athletes who will face Porprov 2025 through aspects of biomotor endurance. The research participants consisted of 20 athletes, with 10 female athletes and 10 male athletes, who were preparing for Porprov 2025. The research method used was quantitative descriptive. The research results showed that the MFT test on Tuban Regency Karate athletes, consisting of 20 athletes (10 men and 10 women), showed an average height of 167.75 cm and an average body weight of 60.80 kg. The average body mass index (BMI) value of Karate athletes in Tuban Regency is 21.59. The highest and lowest values ​​for aerobic capacity (VO2Max) are 46.2 and 28. The average overall ability of Tuban Regency Karate athletes, with an age range of 16-22 years, is 34.3 ml/kg/min, which is included in the category good (Good). The conclusion of this research is that Tuban Regency Karate athletes, aged 16-22 years, have good VO2Max abilities when facing Porprov 2025.

Abstract

Cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L) is a type of horticultural plant that has small fruit with a spicy taste. Chili is one of the important vegetables and has high economic value in Indonesia. The solid waste from the tofu industry in the form of tofu dregs has a percentage of around 70%. Solid waste or tofu dregs have a higher protein content compared to liquid waste. Tofu dregs contain many compounds such as Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), Potassium. Tofu dregs can be used as a protein source feed ingredient because they contain quite high crude protein ranging from 18-25%, fat 4.5%, crude fiber 18.21%. It is hoped that this content can play a role in plant growth, by processing it as fertilizer. Research objectives (1) To determine the effect of giving tofu dregs bokasi on the growth of cayenne pepper plants (Capsicum frutescens L) (2) To determine the correct dose of tofu dregs bokasi to increase the production of cayenne pepper plants (Capsicum frutescens L). The method used is a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with one factor, namely bokasi tofu dregs fertilizer and NPK consisting of 7 treatments and 4 replications of observations to be carried out every 14 DAP, 28 DAP and 42 DAP. The application of bokasi tofu dregs and NPK fertilizer is P0 Without bokasi (control), P1: 200 g/tnm tofu dregs, P2: 250 g/tnm tofu dregs, P3: 300 g/tnm tofu dregs, P4: 200 g/tnm dregs tofu + NPK, P5: 250 g/tnm NPK, P6: 300 g/tnm NPK, P7: NPK. The results of the analysis of variance using the BNJ test with a level of 5% showed that the combination of tofu dregs and NPK (P4) fertilizer had a significant effect on growth in stem diameter, number of branches, and leaf greenness in cayenne pepper plants.

Abstract

This research aims to develop booklet learning media based on coastal environments by identifying the feasibility of learning media through validity, response and effectiveness. This research is research and development, through the ADDIE model which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. The analysis stage was carried out by identifying the need for developing coastal environment-based booklet media through interviews and observations. The design stage involves designing a framework and prototype booklet based on the coastal environment. The development stage involves compiling a media booklet based on coastal environments according to the design and validating the media with 2 experts, namely a material expert and a media expert. The validation results from material expert 1 obtained a score of 97%, material expert 2 obtained a score of 95%, media expert 1 obtained a score of 96%, and validation from media expert 2 obtained a score of 98% in the very appropriate category. The media was implemented in one class of 20 students with the learning outcomes test getting a score of 90% in the complete category. And the results of the student response questionnaire obtained a score of 90.5% in the very good category. Media Booklet can be said to be feasible after media validation and can be said to be effective after conducting trials.

Abstract

As a fast-paced sport, badminton necessitates quick reflexes and agility on the court in order to hold and drop the shuttlecock into the opposing court. The goal of this research was to see how students in the badminton club at St. Albertus Catholic High School in Malang responded to shadow training to improve their agility. The research employed a pre-experimental strategy, specifically, a one-group pre-post test layout. There were two meetings per week for a total of eight weeks during this study. In order to get in shape, try this 6-point shadow training program. The shadow test was used as the instrument to gauge agility in this research. The t-test for paired samples was used to analyze the data in this study. The significance level of 0.000 for the t-test hypothesis test with paired samples t-test analysis is lower than the conventional threshold of 0.05. As a result, we can conclude that H1 is true and H0 is false. Students participating in badminton as an extracurricular activity at St. Albertus Catholic High School in Malang found that shadow training significantly improved their agility.

Abstract

Workload analysis is human resource planning which aims to determine energy needs so that organizational goals can be achieved. The number of medical personnel available exceeds actual needs, and this can have a negative impact on employee productivity. Therefore, objective workload measurements are needed based on real conditions in the field. One method that can be used to analyze the target workload is Full Time Equivalent (FTE). Data regarding workload is collected through recording on instruments such as daily logs and interviews, then analyzed and converted into FTE index values. The results of the analysis show that the workload of supervisors and medical record administrators is classified as normal. Thus, the PB Selayang II Medan Selayang Community Health Center has enough medical record personnel to meet the needs of patient medical record files.

Abstract

The phenomenon that memorizing the Qur'an is increasingly being applied in Islamic educational institutions, including at SDI Al-Barokah pamekasan is an example of the progress of islam. The success of memorizing the Qur'an at SDI Al-Barokah is one of them determined by the guidance of the teacher who is specially prepared to guide the memorization. Therefore it is interesting to research scientifically about 1. How is the process of Islamic religious education teachers guiding students to memorize the Qur'an? 2. What are the supporting and inhibiting factors of Islamic religious education teachers in guiding students to memorize the Qur'an at SDI Al-Barokah Kramat Tlanakan PamekasanThe method used in this research is field qualitative. As for data collection using interviews with students and teachers, observation and documentation. From this method, researchers process and analyze to arrive at scientific proof. Research result reveal that: The teacher's efforts in guiding students to memorize the Qur'an, namely: correcting student reading when depositing memorization, give examples of reading, repeating what has been memorized, factors that hinder the implementation of teachers in guiding students to memorize Qur'an are : the ability to read and memorize each child is different, less time allocation, some children are not enthusiastic for some reason. In addition to these inhibiting factors, there are also supporting factors, namely : strong motivation or spirit of children, very intensive meetings between teachers and students.

Abstract

Education basically aims to shape the character of students. The expected goals in education are stated in Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System in article 3, the contents of which are "National education functions to develop and shape the character and civilization of a dignified nation in order to make the nation's life more intelligent, aimed at developing the potential of students so that to become a human being who believes and is devoted to God Almighty, has noble character, is healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and becomes a democratic and responsible citizen. This research was conducted to determine the pattern of implementation of religious character education learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ma'arif NU Sutojayan. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a case study type. The methods used to collect data are interviews, observation and documentation. Then the researcher used source triangulation and technique triangulation. This research produces several conclusions that the learning pattern for religious character education at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ma'rif NU Sutojayan is through the habit of performing religious services at a certain time, as well as in terms of tolerance for social objects. There are students who are excessive in their appearance of decorating themselves, wearing gold bracelets that are not supposed to be worn when school time. There are also students who are not fluent in connecting Indonesian sentences neatly, especially when asking questions to the teacher during class time, which results in ridicule from their friends.The teacher's efforts to maintain an attitude of tolerance towards students' awareness of students' awareness of accepting differences in conditions by providing understanding, advice, motivation and direction as a group which is encouraged by providing exemplary examples shows good relations in social life between teachers without distinction.

Abstract

Vocational education in Indonesia aims to ensure that graduates can have good jobs. This is in accordance with the competencies that have been learned during education or you can also continue to college and develop yourself through entrepreneurial innovation. Entrepreneurship is also an important part of the work of vocational education graduates because this activity results from students' understanding through practical learning with various strategies such as Project-Base Learning or other approaches. Entrepreneurship is a way of learning as a medium for students to develop themselves and improve competencies as needed by the world of work (Mahmudah et al., 2023). Increasing competence through self-development practices. In preparing graduates who are ready to work, vocational schools often encounter problems, namely the large number of students who continue to college compared to students who work. The 1945 Constitution mandates efforts to make the nation's life more intelligent and for the government to strive for and implement a national education system regulated by law, namely Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. One part of the National Education System is vocational education. Vocational High Schools (SMK) as vocational education institutions aim to develop students' abilities to be able to work in certain fields, the ability to adapt to the work environment, see job opportunities and develop themselves in the future (Al Hafidz & Sofyan, 2022).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the human development index (HDI) in Wonosobo Regency from 2014 to 2023 based on the education index which consists of average length of schooling (ALS) and expected length of schooling (EYS) as well as health expressed by life expectancy at birth (LEB). Research data was obtained from data from the BPS-Statistic of Wonosobo Regency, Central Java Province, as well as the national BPS. The analysis in this research includes the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, and anova test. The research results show that partially the ALS and LEB variables have a positive and significant effect on HDI, while the EYS variable has an insignificant effect. Meanwhile, the third variable has a positive and significant effect on HDI simultaneously with an influence level of 98%.
