Abstract

This research is included in quantitative research. Quantitative research is research that uses numbers either directly taken from research results or data processed using statistical analysis. The results of the study show that the Problem Based Learning Model at the Rohani Ikhwanul Muslimin Islamic Senior High School in Serdang Bedagai Regency is included in the moderate category, which is in the interval of 19.46-23.66 with an average value of 21.57. Student learning outcomes in the subject of aqidah akhlak at the Rohani Ikhwanul Muslimin Islamic Senior High School in Serdang Bedagai Regency are included in the moderate category, which is in the interval of 63.97 - 76.77 with an average value of 70.38. The t-count value which is greater than the t-table and the sig value which is smaller than 0.05 indicate a significant influence of the Problem Based Learning model on student learning outcomes. The Adjusted R² value of 0.347 indicates that 34.7% of the variation in student learning outcomes can be explained by the application of the Problem Based Learning model, while 65.3% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the leadership strategy of the madrasah head in improving the social competence of teachers at the Imam Muslim Private Aliyah Madrasah Islamic Boarding School Sei Rampah, Serdang Bedagai. This research uses a qualitative approach with case studies. This research uses two data sources, namely primary and secondary data with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study include:  The strategy of the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Pondok Pesantren Imam Muslim in improving the social competence of teachers: (1) Involving  in education and training (2) Involving ustadz in MGMP activities (3) Conducting In House Training activities (4) Conducting supervision (5) Enforcing discipline (6) Motivating ustadz. Supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the social competence of ustadz: Supporting factors: (1) Good cooperation between the head of the madrasa and the ustadz. (2) Madrasah has human resources, all of which are S1 scholars. (3) The existence of motivation and encouragement to be better. (4) Good madrasah environment. (5) Many activities in support of improving the social competence of ustadz. Inhibiting factors: (1) Madrasah does not yet have facilities and infrastructure that support the social competence of ustadz to develop. (2) Madrasah has limited funds. (3) Different backgrounds of students.

Abstract

This study aims to make interactive learning by using plotagon applications and wordwall-based evaluation games to make learning more active in order to avoid monotonous learning that results in boredom. Therefore, this study uses Research and Develompment (R&D) research. Development of learning media using ADDIE model with stages, namely, Analysis, Design, Deveploment, Implementation, Evaluations. Instruments used to collect data through questionnaires (likert scale) at the time of the trial. The results of the expert assessment of the material with a very good category while the results of the expert assessment of the media with a very good category. The results of the assessment of learning media at the implementation stage by educators reached a very good category, as well as the results of the assessment of the response of students to the feasibility of Learning media and materials presented have a very good category. Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that the learning media using plotagon and wordwall is feasible to use in the eyes of the Class XI ahlak Creed on the subject of Kalam streams.

Abstract

Department of Islamic Religious Education, Islamic College of Tebingtinggi Deli. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a field research study design. This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, and evaluation related to the Implications of the library literacy program in increasing students' reading interest in SMA Negeri 1 Medang Deras, Batu Bara Regency. This study obtains information by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation from primary and secondary data sources. Primary data comes from several informants as interview resource persons, namely the principal, class teachers, library staff and several students at SMA Negeri 1 Medang Deras, Batu Bara Regency. The data was analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and making conclusions/verification.            The research data was checked for validity by using extended observation, increasing persistence, triangulation and using reference materials. The results of this study indicate that 1) Literacy program planning in increasing students' reading interest in SMA Negeri 1 Medang Deras, namely: planning related to schedules, work programs/activities, methods, and supporting facilities and infrastructure in the literacy program. 2) Literacy program strategies in increasing students' reading interest in SMA Negeri 1 Medang Deras, namely: Providing special hours for students to read in the school library, motivating students about the importance of reading, arranging the layout of books in the library to attract students' interest in reading, making reading a habit before learning begins 3) Evaluation: Evaluation of the literacy program can be known based on student learning outcomes and report card grades.

Abstract

Media merupakan alat bantu yang dapat menjadi perantara terjadinya interaksi antara guru dengan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Wordwall merupakan salah satu web yang menyediakan berbagai jenis permainan yang dapat dijadikan sebagai media asesmenn dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis wordwall pada materi “Beriman kepada hari akhir”. Metode penelitian ini adalah Research and Development dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri tahap analyze (analisis), design (perencanaan), development (pengembangan), Implementation (implementasi), Evaluation (evaluasi). Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas XI-B SMPIT Al-Ghazali Palangka Raya dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil evaluasi dari ahli materi mendapat skor dengan rata-rata 84%, menunjukan bahwa materi dalam media “sangat layak”. Sedangkan, hasil evaluasi dari ahli media mendapat skor dengan rata-rata 73%, menunjukan media “Layak” dan mendapatkan skor dengan rata-rata 82, 44% pada angket respon siswa. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan wordwall sebagai media asesmen pada pembelajaran PAI materi beriman kepada hari akhir layak untuk digunakan.

Abstract

The role of school/madrasah principals in today’s educational landscape is increasingly complex and dynamic. As organizational leaders, principals are not only responsible for administrative management but must also ensure that all processes run efficiently and effectively. As educators, principals play a central role in enhancing educational quality by collaborating with teachers, students, and the community to create an excellent learning environment. On the other hand, their role as supervisors requires overseeing and mentoring the teaching quality and the professional development of teachers. However, the challenges faced by school/madrasah principals have intensified in the modern era, ranging from changes in educational policies, limited resources, to the challenges of digitalization in education. This article delves into the principal's duties and responsibilities across these three main roles, while also analyzing the contemporary issues they frequently encounter and offering strategic solutions to address these challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of learning methods contained in the Al-Qur'an Surah An-Nahl / 16 verse 125 on student achievement. Knowing effective learning methods to improve student achievement at the Al Izzah Integrated Islamic Private High School, Batu Bara Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Where in this study, the data is displayed as it is without manipulation or other treatment. This study was conducted to study, analyze and describe data and facts. The data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are the implementation of learning methods according to the perspective of the Al-Qur'an Surah An Nahl 125 which is applied at the Al Izzah Integrated Islamic Private High School. In the researcher's research, the learning methods contained in the Qur'an Surah An Nahl 125 are wisdom that can be applied through experimental learning methods, lecture methods by providing motivation and role models. Mau'idzatul hasanah, good advice that can be applied in lecture methods, discussion methods by providing good advice and motivation. Jidal is applied in the discussion learning method by implementing differences of opinion with the aim of raising awareness and conveying the truth.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research. The type of this research uses a descriptive approach where this type of research is focused on answering research questions related to the questions of who, what, where and how an event or experience occurs until it is studied in depth to find patterns that appear in the event. In short, it can be explained that qualitative descriptive is a research method that moves on a simple qualitative approach with an inductive flow. This inductive flow means that qualitative descriptive research begins with an explanatory process or event which can finally be drawn a generalization which is a conclusion from the process or event. The purpose of this study is to find out how the strategy, planning, implementation and evaluation related to the guidance and counseling teacher (BK) strategy in preventing Bullying at SMA Negeri 1 Sei Rampah. Data collection used in this study was in the form of observation, interviews and documentation as well as other data that supports this study such as primary data and secondary data. Interview activities with teachers, principals and vice principals are data sources in the form of primary data. The results of this study's findings indicate that there are forms of Bullying actions in SMA Negeri 1 Sei Rampah such as calling friends by other inappropriate names, this is called verbal bullying. In addition, other forms of bullying were also found such as hitting, kicking or pushing friends on purpose, this form of action is called physical bullying. From this case, the strategy and role of the teacher are very much needed. The strategies used are to provide appropriate consequences, advise, and evaluate by finding out what factors cause bullying cases to occur.

Abstract

Pendidikan pesantren memiliki peran sentral dalam membentuk karakter dan wawasan keagamaan santri. Pendekatan berbasis Sintuwu Maroso, yang mengedepankan prinsip persatuan yang kuat, merupakan strategi yang efektif dalam membangun Moderasi Beragama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana internalisasi nilai-nilai Sintuwu Maroso dapat memperkuat moderasi beragama di kalangan santri. Isu yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penguatan nilai-nilai Moderasi Beragama yang ada di lingkungan pesantren. Langkah-langkah pengambilan data yang dilakukan oleh peneliti ialah dengan membaca literatur-literatur yang berkaitan dengan Moderasi Beragama di pesantren. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui pendekatan Sintuwu Maroso, pesantren berhasil menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang inklusif dan toleran, memperkuat ikatan sosial antar santri, serta meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerimaan terhadap keragaman agama. Internalisasi nilai-nilai ini juga membantu dalam mengurangi potensi radikalisme dan konflik berbasis agama. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai persatuan dalam kurikulum pesantren untuk mendukung terciptanya masyarakat yang harmonis dan toleran.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in enhancing Islamic moral values in the digitalization era within the environment of SMP Swasta Plus An-Nur Mulia in Tebing Tinggi City. The rapid development of digital technology presents new challenges for educators, including PAI teachers. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of the study indicate that digitalization has brought positive impacts on PAI learning through broader access to information, but it also presents challenges, such as the spread of negative content. PAI plays a crucial role in guiding students to use technology wisely while instilling strong moral values.
