The development of digital technology has significantly impacted the marketing strategies of small and medium enterprises, particularly those engaged in export activities. This study aims to investigate the efficiency of digital marketing and its influence on the financial performance of export-oriented SMEs in Central Java, Indonesia, while also examining the moderating role of digital literacy. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing survey data collected from 200 export-focused SMEs in the region. The findings suggest that the effective implementation of digital marketing can positively impact the financial performance of these SMEs, with digital literacy serving as a critical moderator in strengthening this relationship. The study provides valuable insights for SME owners and policymakers in understanding the importance of digital marketing and digital literacy in enhancing the competitiveness and financial success of export-oriented businesses.

Abstract

This study explores what drives profitability in Indonesia’s Regional Development Banks (RDBs), focusing on both internal and external factors. Using financial data from 10 Islamic commercial banks over the 2014–2019 period, the research applies multiple linear regression to assess how capital adequacy, liquidity risk, and financing risk—alongside GDP and inflation—affect bank performance. The results show that strong capital adequacy supports higher profitability, while liquidity and financing risks can significantly reduce it. Notably, financing risk also acts as a bridge between internal factors and profitability outcomes. On the macroeconomic side, GDP growth tends to boost profitability, whereas rising inflation has a negative impact. These findings highlight the importance of solid internal risk management and a stable economic environment. For bank leaders, maintaining sufficient capital and minimizing financial risks is essential. For policymakers, supporting economic growth and keeping inflation under control can directly influence the health of the banking sector

Abstract

Individual financial management behavior is a crucial factor in determining economic well-being, especially in today’s era of high consumerism. Low financial literacy and unhealthy lifestyles are often the primary causes of poor personal financial management. This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and lifestyle on financial behavior among respondents. A quantitative method with a descriptive correlational approach was used. The sample consisted of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire, then data analysis was carried out using percentages in univariate, partial tests and simultaneous tests. Descriptive analysis showed that the majority of respondents had good financial literacy (84%), a good lifestyle (78%), and positive financial behavior (83%). Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that financial literacy had a significant effect on financial behavior (p = 0.000; β = 0.725), and lifestyle also had a significant effect (p = 0.002; β = 0.202). Simultaneous testing (ANOVA) revealed that financial literacy and lifestyle together significantly influenced financial behavior (p = 0.000; F = 141.193). It can be concluded that better financial literacy and a more positive lifestyle are associated with better individual financial behavior. These findings highlight the importance of financial education and lifestyle control in supporting healthy financial management.

Abstract

The growing public awareness of healthy eating patterns in Indonesia has driven the consumption of organic foods and environmentally friendly products. However, despite this rising trend, not all consumers have a strong intention to purchase healthy foods. This study aims to analyze the influence of environmental concern, food quality, health consciousness, and media exposure on the intention to purchase healthy food, with subjective norm as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), involving 140 domestic tourists who had visited Bali, selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument was adapted from previously validated standardized scales. The analysis results show that all four independent variables significantly affect subjective norm, and subjective norm partially mediates the relationship between environmental concern, food quality, health consciousness, and media exposure with the intention to purchase healthy food. These findings highlight the importance of social influence in shaping Gen Z consumers' intention to buy healthy food. This study offers theoretical contributions to the development of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and practical insights for marketing strategies of healthy food products based on social and environmental values.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the social meaning of Tongtek artistic practices and identify factors contributing to the normalization of sexual violence against female artists. The research design uses qualitative research with snowball sampling techniques. Informants in this study consist of: 1) art connoisseurs (users); 2) cultural organizers; 3) female artists in Tongtek art. The results of the study indicate that Tongtek artistic practices are local traditions and cultures that have adapted to contemporary cultural conditions. Although they have historical and aesthetic value, these practices also harbor complex problems, especially related to gender and power relations. Factors contributing to the normalization of sexual violence against female artists in this context include: 1) the still-strong patriarchal cultural construction; 2) the unequal power relations between female artists and art connoisseurs; 3) the lack of regulation and legal protection for female artists; and 4) the internalization of cultural norms that consider sexual violence as normal in certain contexts. However, in reality, this phenomenon has not been able to be analyzed and explained so that it becomes one of the local cultures that contributes to the development of culture in modern society. It is hoped that the research findings will provide critical reflection for stakeholders on preserving local culture without compromising the rights and dignity of female artists. Thus, Tongtek art is viewed not only as a cultural heritage but also as a medium for promoting social justice and gender equality in society.

Abstract

Headache is a common complaint in hypertension sufferers. Pain management using deep breathing relaxation therapy can stimulate the body to release endogenous opioids, namely endorphins and enphekalins, which are useful for reducing pain. Likewise, music therapy can also reduce pain by distracting a person from the sensation of pain. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in effectiveness of deep breathing relaxation therapy and music therapy in reducing hypertension pain in Pegandon Village, Pegandon District. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test post-test with a control group. The research instrument used a Numeric Rating Scale observation sheet. The study population was patients with hypertension. The total sample was 42 respondents, divided into 2 groups: 21 respondents with deep breathing relaxation therapy, and 21 respondents with control, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used the Independent Sample T-Test. The results of the study obtained a p-value in the group after deep breathing relaxation therapy and the control group of 0.372>0.05, meaning there was no significant difference between the deep breathing relaxation therapy group and the control group in reducing hypertension pain in Pegandon Village, Pegandon District.

Abstract

Anxiety is one of the psychological disorders often experienced by pregnant women, especially in the third trimester. If left untreated, anxiety can have a negative impact on the physical and mental health of the mother and the development of the fetus. One non-pharmacological approach that is considered effective in reducing pregnancy anxiety is prenatal yoga. This study aims to examine the effect of prenatal yoga on the level of anxiety of pregnant women in the third trimester through a literature review method, referring to scientific literature from 2020 to 2025 with data sources obtained from national and international journal articles. PICOS approach, by reviewing 13 articles from various trusted sources such as Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, Research Gate, and Garuda Kemdikbud, and selected databases that have been indexed at the national and international levels, such as Sinta 1, 2, 3, 4, Scopus, and Index Copernicus International (ICI). Based on Table 4, 13 articles showed that there was a relationship between prenatal yoga and anxiety with a value of (p = <0.05) with the most frequent practice being 4 times a month (once a week) with a duration of 60 minutes. The findings from this literature review indicate that routine prenatal yoga can reduce the level of anxiety of pregnant women, improve sleep quality, and increase emotional readiness before childbirth. In addition, prenatal yoga exercises have also been shown to improve maternal connection with the fetus, stabilize emotions, and help reduce physical stress that arises due to physiological changes during pregnancy. Prenatal yoga is one of the non-pharmacological methods that is effective in reducing anxiety levels in pregnant women in the third trimester, it is recommended that health workers, especially midwives, encourage the implementation of prenatal yoga as part of education and health promotion for pregnant women.
