Abstract

The accuracy of writing medical terminology can affect the accuracy of coding because if the code written by the doctor is not clear, the coder will have difficulty determining the diagnosis code and this can hamper the data processing process in the hospital. Based on the results of the initial survey, the level of accuracy in writing medical terminology was 40% and coding accuracy was 80%. This study aims to determine the relationship between the accuracy of writing medical terminology and the accuracy of typhoid fever diagnosis codes. Type of analytical research with a cross-sectional approach design. The total population is 312 documents with a sample of 175 medical record documents. Simple random sampling technique. Observation and interview data collection techniques. This research instrument is an observation guide, interview guide, checklist, and ICD-10. The results of the research on the accuracy of writing medical terminology were 78 documents (44.57%) and the inaccuracy of writing was 97 documents (54.43%). Inaccuracies are due to not being by the writing in ICD-10, namely 14 documents (14.43%), not complying with the list of abbreviations at the hospital 33 documents (34.02%), and inaccuracies due to the use of Indonesian, namely 50 documents (51.55%). The accuracy of typhoid fever case codes was 141 documents (80.57%) and code inaccuracies were 34 documents (19.43%). Inaccuracy due to incorrect assignment of the fourth character code. The results of the chi-square test showed that the p-value was 0.000<0.05, which means there is a relationship between the accuracy of writing medical terminology and the accuracy of the typhoid fever diagnosis code in inpatients at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital, Surakarta. Suggestions for the head of medical records are to create an SOP or standing procedure regarding writing appropriate and consistent medical terminology by ICD-10 and a list of abbreviations, so that there is agreement between doctors and medical records officers.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to empirically test the influence of taxpayer knowledge and tax sanctions on the payment compliance of individual taxpayers in Kudus Regency with taxpayer awareness as a moderator, with a sample size of 100 respondents who have submitted annual tax returns to KPP Pratama Kudus. The results of the research show that taxpayer knowledge has a significant effect on compliance with individual tax payments, but tax sanctions do not have a significant effect on compliance with individual tax payments in Kudus Regency. Taxpayer awareness has not succeeded in strengthening the influence and sanctions of taxes on compliance with individual tax payments in Kudus Regency. As much as 59.2 percent of knowledge, tax sanctions and taxpayer awareness contribute to compliance in paying individual taxes. Massive socialization to increase tax literacy supported by the tax digitalization program needs to continue to be encouraged in line with increasing service quality so as to increase mandatory confidence in fulfilling tax obligations and increasing the achievement of tax revenue targets. Taxpayer awareness in this research failed to strengthen the influence of knowledge and tax sanctions on compliance in paying taxes so that it is possible to modify it by including other variables such as tax avoidance, motivation, commitment to taxes or other variables.

Abstract

E-RT is a development of E-Government to improve public services so that people in the surrounding environment can more easily access information. One of the neighborhood Association functions is to create security, order, harmony and comfort in the environment. This security and order can be realized with one rule: guests must report 1 x 24 hours. However, the lack of public awareness of this rule means that the rule is not implemented. So this research aims to develop e-RT applications in the fields of security and order and comfort to increase effectiveness and efficiency, especially in reporting guests who come to the neighborhood Association environment as well as reporting on citizen activities and finances that are transparent and easy to access information. The approach used is qualitative with descriptive methods. The research results are in the form of an e-RT application that can be accessed by residents and neighborhood Association administrators. In this research, application design is based on user needs analysis, where data collection uses the interview method. In visualizing and building application model concepts, this research uses UML. Application testing uses the black box method with initial results containing errors in scenarios three and seven, so the test success is only 80%. After scenarios 3 and 7 have been repaired, especially in the coding part, the application can run 100% according to its needs or function. The conclusion in this research is that E-RT is a faster system for carrying out reporting without being limited by time and distance.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is a measure of the value of a product and service that will affect consumer interest in repurchasing the product or reusing the service. In addition to the quality of the product itself, price is one of the indicators that indirectly affects consumer response to repurchase the goods. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price on repurchase interest through consumer satisfaction at coffee shops in Denpasar. Method: This study uses a quantitative method with a differential analytical descriptive approach. The number of samples used was 100 respondents calculated from the number of indicators in the question. The questionnaire used has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study were analysed usingalternative structural equation modeling (SEM) method PLS (Partial Least Square) with the SmartPLS 3.0 M3 program. The results of this study indicate that price and consumer satisfaction factors affect consumer repurchase interest, while product quality is not significant to consumer repurchase interest. Mediating consumer satisfaction is proven to only apply to the relationship between price and repurchase interest. Satisfaction indirectly influences consumer repurchase interest in addition to paying attention to product quality and the price of the product itself.

Abstract

The growth of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector in Denpasar City, Bali, is increasingly rapid along with the penetration of digital technology. Digital MSMEs are the main drivers of economic growth and job creation. However, amidst this progress, worker welfare and the performance of digital MSMEs still face challenges, especially work stress that can affect employee performance. Factors such as a competitive business environment and pressure to adapt to new technologies often increase stress among workers. This study aims to investigate the effect of stress on the work performance of digital MSME employees in Denpasar City, considering the moderating role of leader support. This study uses an observational analytical method with a quantitative approach and a cross-sectional design. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to digital MSME employees in the Denpasar City area. The research sample consisted of 100 employees selected using the proportional random sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using statistical methods, including descriptive analysis to summarize respondent characteristics, correlation analysis to examine relationships between variables, and multiple regression analysis to test the effect of work stress on work performance. Additionally, a moderation analysis was conducted to assess the role of leader support in moderating the impact of work stress on performance. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were tested using Cronbach’s Alpha and factor analysis to ensure consistency and accuracy of the measurement instruments. Hypothesis testing was carried out at a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05) to determine the significance of the relationships among variables. The results showed that work stress had a negative effect on work performance, while leader support had a positive effect on work performance. Leader support was also shown to moderate the relationship between work stress and work performance. These findings provide important insights for digital MSME owners to understand the role of leader support in creating a healthy and productive work environment. This study is expected to provide practical recommendations for MSME managers to manage stress and improve employee well-being and business performance.

Abstract

The transition from the Official Assessment System to the Self-Assessment One of the major challenges is the increasing risk of non-compliance due to inaccurate or deliberately manipulated tax reporting. Another significant weakness is the increasing demand for strict monitoring and enforcement mechanisms. Tax authorities must improve their audit capabilities and apply stringent sanctions to ensure optimal compliance. However, such enforcement measures require substantial resources, including skilled personnel and sophisticated information technology systems. The study uses a qualitative approach aimed at analyzing the weaknesses arising from the transition from the Official Assessment System to the Self-Assessment System and evaluating their impact on tax compliance and revenue effectiveness. The findings are expected to provide policy recommendations for improving the tax system to improve compliance and ensure sustainable tax revenue collection.
